I have been a customer of Simply Self Storage in Castleton since shortly after they opened. At the time, I had a storage unit at a competing company in Fishers that had ground level, outdoor units. I would occasionally get water in my unit, which would get to my work samples and literature. The place was older and there were frequent maintenance issues. When I switched to Simply SS, Kevin was very helpful in getting me set up. The site is usually pretty clean, the folks get to know you by name if you stop by the office from time to time, they accept deliveries and you can quickly change your payment, view bills online, etc. I cancelled and came back after a short loss of the need of a unit and Kevin still remembered me. This place is great and I'd recommend it to anyone who can appreciate clean, friendly service at an affordable price.

Great service! If you need storage in the Castleton area, this is the place to go. While in the middle of a stressful move, I found that I needed additional storage and came into Simply SS today to obtain another unit. Wayne was a huge help and even found me an additional unit that was adjacent to my current unit. He was polite, efficient, and super helpful by going the extra bit to look for the right unit for my needs even though I came in ready to take anything. The storage units here are well organized and easily accessible with extended hours and the availability of a freight elevator and several moving carts. It's been a real relief having finding a good storage unit as the least stressful part of my move. I highly recommend!

I've with Simply Self Storage since 2011. I absolutely love the convenience of having access to my unit anytime I wish to go. The peace of mind of feeling safe while at the unit, you can not get in without your code thru the gate nor the door which leads to the units. Always clean with climate control. The staff is very helpful when needed, during business hours of course. I have and will continue to recommend SSS! I will use this location when ever I need a storage place. Thanks for taking your customers into consideration to keep us coming back.

Buyer beware! Simply Self Storage Castleton notified us THIS month that our monthly fee for a unit we have rented from them for 6 years is having a monthly fee increase of $54/month (from $229/month to $283/month). That's a $54 per month increase with only 1 month notification. Same location, same facility, same storage lot. That is just criminal. We will be promptly emptying our unit and discontinuing our contract with this highly shady business that clearly has no problem taking advantage of their customers.

Today I rented storage for the first time in 20 years. The online reservation was easy. However the in office experience was outstanding. Wayne was most professional, courteous, and very helpful. Wayne provided a pleasant experience with completing the rental agreement. He at no time made any assumptions regarding my needs or my abilities. The tour was most helpful of the storage facility. I recommend Simply Storage and Wayne as your go to person in the office for help.

Longtime customer. Lightbulbs burnt out in my unit for over a year, never replaced. Dumpster available for customers when I moved in, they since have locked them and are not available even for a fee. They will not pro-rate your monthly rental when you move out. My advice.. if you find yourself needing a storage unit just sell or give away your stuff, not worth the hassle and definitely not worth the money to "store" your stuff....especially with this company.

Outdated business that has not gotten with the 21st century and included email or text alerts along with a poorly designed mobile payment system, this is also coupled with rates that have increased at least 2 times in the last 6 months (it started at $51, to as of last month $56, now its $61.50) i will be looking at other storage locations as it appears the rates will be increasing every 1-2 months at this rate, with no warning of any kind.

My husband and I were driving through Indianapolis headed to see our grandchild be Born in Michigan, when our vehicle broke down. We sought to store our truck at Simply Self Storage and we made the right decision. Anthony and Iris could not have been more pleasant and helpful. These guys helped to make a very stressful situation so much easier. They went far and beyond what I expected and I highly recommend this facility.

Wayne was absolutely phenomenal!!! He was extremely helpful,as is am from a far away land (Florida). We have lots to do, and he made our transition very smooth and assured us our belongings and treasured valuables were safe!!!!! Not only that, Wayne is a remarkable person. Honestly, can't say enough good things about Doug and his helpfulness. The storage units are safe and secure, as a young woman, I never worried about being able to visit my unit and moving my things. Good location because its out of the way of main traffic but still easily accessible. I would absolutely recommend!!

I went in the office after I got the call about my reservation. The Manager Wayne was awesome. His is amazing. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and well groomed. I got a a great unit. The property was nice and clean. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for storage needs.

I reserved a unit online and then came in. Anthony did a great job showing me around and explaining all the options and pricing. Signing the lease was quick. All in all, the process took up about 30 minutes of my day. I wish everything in life was this easy. I highly recommend this location.

This was my first self storage, so I was nervous. But the manager, Doug, was very helpful and quelled any fears I had. He is an affable chap, and good people. He made me feel at home. He also enlightened me that I was, in fact, not allowed to live inside my own self storage unit.

I have another self storage service that is nearer to my home. However, I checked out the Castleton location after hearing of the great service. I have to say that after visiting I have nothing but praise for this location and Doug who has always been helpful and nice to talk to.

Property was super clean and I was very impressed with Kathy. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was afraid with it all being indoors that would mean that it was that much more inconvenient but it was very accessible and I feel that my things are secure. Would recommend.

My wife and I had a lot of questions as first time storage facility renters. Wayne was very helpful and understanding. He not only answered all of our questions but patiently walked us though using the facility. He deserves a bonus or raise for top-notch customer service.

Pretty clean and easy to reach, but they raise their prices every few months. You don’t get anything additional for the increase, just the increase. There are many other choices in the area that will give you the same type facility and guarantee the same price for a year.

Iris was extremely nice, personable, and incredibly helpful. The overall experience of setting up for a storage unit was streamlined in a customer friendly manner. The facility itself was much more modern and up-to-date than most storage facilities. Would recommend.

Great facility. Units are very clean and well maintained. This location is indoors and also has oversized elevators to make accessing the upper floors easier. The property manager is great to work with and flexible to meet both my storage and cost needs.

Anthony helped me get a unit the same day I walked in. Helped me select my size and showed me how to get in and out of my unit with movers even if staff is not onsite. The facility is well kept and the units look great!
