Edited. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful setting me up with the unit that fit everything I needed it to. He was happy to show me three different units to find one that had both the size and location requirements that I needed. I ended up renting the unit for about 3 months and I was satisfied when I moved out. My stuff was as dusty as you would expect it to be when you leave it sitting somewhere for three months and that was all. There was no damage and there were no unexpected pests. Mike was there to see me on my last day and was just as friendly when he wished my family well. If you need to rent A storage unit, I highly recommend you rent from here I had to take away a star because nobody made it clear that once I pay for the unit for the month I will not be prorated if I close out early. Keep the unit until the end of the month if you end up having to pay for it for any reason. There is no reason to close out 21 days early because you're not going to get 21 days worth of money prorated. It's a storage unit. They're going to keep your 21 days of money and then rent the unit out as soon as possible to make 21 more days of money on the next person. It's business.

Well, this place is as advertized. The workers are cool. It comes without elevators or carts, for the most part. Fortunate to only need a small one that was discounted for 1 month free or 3 months at 50% off, I think, only if you pay online. Not to bad for a 5 x 5. I'm just sayin that they ould be much easier if they accommodated shelves , especially in the smaller units because I need them every time I do this. Maybe it's just me, but I'm sure out of all the units that default the materials to do this would be almost free. Even though they seem almost fully occupied . I know space is a commodity but they could be more service friendly and not gouge, in my opinion. I mean that if you are more than 10 days late, they lock you out. EVEN THOUGH YOUR 20 DAYS EARLY BECAISE YOU ARE PAYING A MONTH IN ADVANCE, it makes it seem like a hostile takeover that I'm sure is on a thin line legally, but we don't do anything about it. It's not this place. They all do the same thing. I'll probably get kicked out for saying it, but It had to be said. It's really not even their fault. It's ours. For doing nothing about it. I said my piece. Nothing personal. Just business. Doesn't make it ok.

This storage spot was extremely convenient and easy to use. Not just because of the location (it is right off of 805 near the 163 & 15 as well) but the property manager Mike was always very helpful and present if you had any questions. He directed me to finding the app that makes entering and exiting the property a breeze since you don’t even need to leave your vehicle. The areas around and inside the buildings were kept very clean. And if you know where your unit is you should never have to travel far to move things in & out of it. If I need another storage unit again in the future I will definitely be back! Very dependable business and Ike is a big reason for that.

As others have already shared - Mike is a so friendly and helpful. Public Storage better realize how lucky they are to have such a professional employee. He is courteous, helpful and friendly. I had to visit my storage once or twice a day across several days. I was readying my belongings for move-out. On every single occasion the cart was at its storage spot. Do you know how much easier that makes moving boxes? It absolutely made my day to have one fewer challenges. Let's be real - moving is not fun, but I would select this storage location again simply because Mike makes that job that much simpler. He takes great care of the property and it shows. Bravo, Mike!!

Mike at Public Storage on Daggett has been phenomenal. I came in from out of state to try and collect my fathers belongings. Mike went out of his way to ensure I could get access to my dads units during my short time frame. He also accommodated my challenging situation by being patient, and checking to make sure I was all set. He even showed me where the unit was, and worked with my availability as i maneuvered through my fathers things. Unpacking his unit went from being a stressful event to being a memorable experience (in a good way). Thanks Mike!

I’m pregnant so he complied with my needs & was concerned about my safety while moving in so he gave me a unit that was easier access for me . Gave me a tour & told me exactly what I needed to know . Mike is a great addition to your team here. He has gone out of his way several times to help me with anything I've asked even helping set up the app which is great. The prior people that were here before Mike arrived never listened when I had a concern especially when the gate was broken at night and homeless people kept coming in. Mike has really cleaned up the facility and made it feel safe when I come here alone at night. He is always friendly and helpful ever time I come here and is sincere which is a great quality and not found often enough.

Roberto IS THE MAN!!!! He just informed me of my lock not being locked properly. I HIGHLY recommend this storage facility to friends and family; or anyone looking for a safe and secure location. The manager always makes sure my things are secure and safe by doing his rounds daily as a good manager should! People writing bad review are probably the ones who are breaking policy and don’t know better. Roberto was very helpful in finding us the right room for our items of furniture. He was very articulate in explaining what we need for our space. He directed us to open an app for public storage to access my account and most especially what I like is how I can open the gate using the app. I think this idea was amazingly awesome. Manager Mike will lure you in with talk of how Public Storage is not as greedy as the rest of the storage places when it comes to a rent increase soon after move in but it's all lies. Within 5 months you're gonna get a notice that you have 30 days to move out or you're looking at a 30 percent rent increase which is about $4 per foot. They have the highest prices in this market after you just moved in under false pretense. Don't move your stuff into this nightmare of a business.

From the beginning to the end, I had a wonderful experience. Jake especially has been extremely polite, professional, super accommodating and helpful which made me feel safe and secure when leaving my valuable belongings under his care. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of which is hard to do when renting a unit and the general politics of it all, but I can honestly say that I really felt valued as a customer. Definitely a five star experience from the entire staff!

Public Storage on Dagger has very good customer service. The ladies there are very considerate. They also have good memories. I haven't been there in a while. When I went to close out the storage today the lady remember me and knew that I needed all paperwork and receipts. I was very surprised that she remembered and thankful for her being so polite. I wish that I could remember her name and I don't want to make the mistake but I am thankful.

I was here helping a friend move his apartment stuff into storage and I was kind of lost, of course the brilliant employee Mike came to save my day. PUBLIC STORAGE is a HORRIBLE place!!! DO NOT rent here. Every year they will increase your rent. My 5X10 went from $98 to $228. I moved to U HAUL and got the same size for $124 and its CLIMATE CONTROLLED. Public storage don't even have any type of dolly to help you and their units are super hot. I am rating them a 0, zilch, zero, NO BUENO! The Manager Mike is horrible!

We stored our furniture here at the Dagget St location while waiting to move out of state and I was very happy with the service. It was very easy to sign up and Mike was extremely helpful during move in and move out. The buildings were clean and I liked how safe the property felt. Reserved my unit online a couple weeks ago and went in yesterday to see it and pay for it. Roberto helped me and he was so great, wore a mask the whole time which I really appreciated being 9 months pregnant. He made it so quick and easy.
