EVERYONE BE CAREFUL ABOUT THIS BRANCH And BRAND! they will cut your storage and enter to your space and sell all your property and stuff for nothing after some stupid phone call and none reasonble enough reaching you out and cover their own low budget maybe! Don't never cheat on the name or brand they are , super cheap management and staff to find some opportunities to reach out people stuff and sell it without any permition! they keep calling when looking for new customers, but when you have problems, none one is responsible from stupid call center to property managers they pass you each other . Very poor system just looking good from outside

During this difficult time for me of my dear husband's passing, I was faced with a decision to give up the place where we live. I had to pack up our things and put them in storage. The staff at Public Storage on Arrow Road, namely Mohammed, Fenix and Athira were of tremendous help. They were very professional. Very respectful and pleasant at the same time. I was pleasantly surprised Fenix chatted with me like we've known each other for long. She's so down to earth and that made it easy to freely talk to her. I would recommend Public Storage on Arrow Road to anyone I know. They have great people and good service there. Thank you Mohammed, Fenix and Athira.

I had an excellent first experience with Baliks & Atira to rent my first storage unit. Baliks was very thorough and very kind and helpful and Atira helped make my experience most enjoyable. I thought it was a one off and I was lucky. I recently rented a second unit and was lucky to meet their manager, Mohammed. Atira helped me rent this unit with the same professional manner that I experienced the first time around. While there, I listened to Mohammed talking to another client . He was so kind, helpful and very thorough. His attitude has rubbed off on his staff and they make such a wonderful team. Hats off to them and Thank you from me

I’ve been at this location for approximately 10 years. I e had opportunity to move however, the staff at this location is absolutely amazing I wish I could take them with me Paul Krupa and baliks all great and very helpful. Today I went to 1001 arrow rd to book a storage after I left church and that was one of my most beautiful morning from being in gods present to going to that storage the staff in there are so nice what a worm welcome especially Athira with his big warm smile and wonderful service. The associate who helped me was very informative, and was very patient with all the questions I had. It was also very easy to end the rental contract (just provide 2 days' notice). I rented a unit at Public Storage for 5 years and always felt that my belongings were safe and secure. The facility is clean, air conditioned and the staff are very helpful. The keypad at the main entrance makes it easy to enter and exit the property and online bill payment options makes for a smooth payment process. I would definitely use Public Storage for my storage needs in the future!

I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff at Arrow. I usually come to help one of their clients with moving their contents. I needed storage immediately, so I went to check their prices. I love this place. So organise prompt in response to customers. I watched the whole customer relations and interaction the very first day i was there. I enjoyed it. I forgot the name of the gentleman i met there, though he said he was from south Africa, his customer service was so exceptional. I live all the staffs, they always give me the help i needed always.

The new Managers are amazing. Very knowledgeable about online payment and all other thing. I was trying many time to update online payment, I was not able to login. Today Athira fixed my problem without any hesitation. Always Baliks helpful and kind to me. Both these managers made my day. Athira let me fly to Ganna without any stress regarding payment.

We rented a unit from public storage today. It was a good experience...however...you must ask for the discounts.. otherwise they won't offer it...as in my case. I rented before...as well...and paid full price...because...I wasn't aware of the discounts. I recommended to my friends and family...besause I feel they are honest and forthright. Thank-you.

They have inproved the staff compared to 6 months ago. I still do not understand why I have to pay $8 insurance when my items are covered from my own insurance company. I still hope that they can take off that $8 a month mandatory Insurance payments. Still paying that 3xtra aindurance. Then need camera's at our location in the outdoor lockers.
