I would rate them a zero, if I could. First problem was I was told that I was renting the barrel lock. Nope. When I moved out was told that there would be no return of the lock(s). Secondly, my contract said that I would need one lock. Nope. Was told after I moved in that I needed to get a second lock for the second door. Really In the system it does not show that the space has two doors so you can let the customer know in advance that a second lock will be needed? Please. Then the light was almost burned out in the space from the very beginning and they didn't notice that. I contacted them to make an appointment to get that changed and was told that I needed to bring one of my keys up to them so they could go in and do that. Not going to let some strangers in with my belongings if I am not there. There are no dumpsters or trash cans anywhere. I have never seen a storage facility who did not have these for their customers. They also have the back entrance blocked off, so, good luck in trying to move anything in from a dock. It's not going to happen. They only have two platform dollies available to use. I guess customers should feel lucky to have only two. I kept the space for two months, as the rental amount kept changing each month. The first month, I can see with additional fees. Then the next month went down. Then what I saw that I would have to pay for the third month went up from what I paid for the second month. What No explanation on why it went up. All I can say is that after I signed the contract with PS, I heard from a friend that her daughter was already having problems with PS at another location in the area. I will never, ever rent from this company again.

Highly recommend using this specific location! Hannah is incredible and truly cares about each and every single customer’s needs. Whether that be moving in or having to change locations after a move, she makes sure the customer is taken care of in a first class manner. I had moved my stuff out a couple months back due to a change of location but didn’t have a chance to to turn in my key so I was still being charged. I called to see what could be done and left a message. She called back later afternoon on a Friday and went the extra mile to make sure I could release the unit & transfer to my new location. Hannah needs a raise!

The employee Clara is mentally unstable. She called me the devil because I expected her to be able to do her job. When she called another location to get help she argued with the employee she asked for help. I did not feel safe she jumped up out of her chair and lunged at me. I have been here for over 3 years but knowing the district manager is completely aware of her behavior and kept her as an employee is completely unacceptable. Another employee heard her calling me names and threatening me and Clara has been allowed to stay as an employee. Very unsafe to deal with her. She needs professional help.

No one is there on site or in office, EVER. The light bulb in the unit has been out for months and they won't replace it. No one to talk to or get help. Won't schedule a specific time to meet me up there to replace the bulb. If I had a long ladder I'd do it myself. They let homeless hang around outside hustling customers non stop. Not enough push carts to go around. The price of the unit has gone up about $30 more every month. Public Storage is buying out all other storage companies so it blows. I'd avoid them like the plague. Also, they close way too early. Should be 24/7.

I would highly recommend Public Storage at Henderson for your storage needs and especially recommend Tracy for her great Customer Service skills. We noticed Tracy cleaning the outside area when we arrived and was impressed by her diligence. Tracy was very helpful, friendly and professional. She was very through and explained everything clearly. She gave us the various options available and helped us in our decision making. The property is also well maintained. The prices are reasonable. We rented on Sunday, 2/16. Good Job, Tracy. Marty

Jake was so accommodating and professional when I stopped by to ask about the lights in my unit. He made sure to resolve my issue and was able to anticipate further questions that may have come up. It was nice to have a young adult use critical thinking to resolve my issue rather than waste my time on multiple trips to and from my storage unit . Thank you Jake ! Barbara is an amazing property manager. I was recently closing out my storage unit, but I did not have a method in which to relieve myself of some of my unwanted belongings that were still in the unit. Barbara helped me out by finding a nonprofit organization to donate the goods that I could no longer use. She was a great help and I highly recommend that anyone who needs to rent a storage unit use this location. Great service from a greater person!!! 5 stars!!!

Andria, who just started there, helped me secure a storage unit recently. She was extremely helpful, professional, patient, and friendly in getting me set up. She processed me quickly, and I was moving in within minutes. This was an additional unit. The property manager there, Ana, was likewise so personable and helpful in getting me my other unit a few years ago. She has been extremely dependable all that time. They are the best, and I recommend them highly!

Recently I had been looking for a storage facility for my business to start up and even tho u had canceled my agreement the staff was A1 the view was great and the cleanliness was amazing. Needless to say because of the outstanding service I will definitely be looking forward to doing business with them hopefully in the near future. Keep up the great work I'm very impressed.

I really like this facility! It is clean, lit up and safe! The manager that helped me get set up was really AWESOME!!! Her name is Lyndsey, and her customer service skills are top notch! She told me that she was just the floating manager, but she probably could run the whole company. She really impressed me the most! It is a great location too!!!

I would like to say that Tiffany in the office of this location is awesome! We came in 10 minutes to closing and she still took her time to get us to our unit and was so very polite. Showed us tje easiest ways to unload our 20 foot truck and the units are very nice at this location also

Property manager called me a “D1ck” on the phone… come on…. No professionalism from this place. Every other storage facility nearby is just as cheap and actually has staff on site when they say they are going to. Don’t waste your money on this place. Nasty inside, bugs, etc.
