This was my first time using a storage unit and the reservation process online was very easy and convenient. When I was ready to put my items in storage- I just picked up the lock and was able to get in and out with no problems. Sherri was great and the facility was very clean. Which was important to me during the pandemic. Only confusing part is finding the entrance as it’s not directly in OST. But, just follow the signs and you should be fine. Move out process was equally as easy. They also offer an option to donate your unit space when you move out(if you can financially manage) to those in need. I thought that was very sweet. If I ever need a storage unit again- I’ll be contacting Sherri!

The staff here at Life Storage as so very helpful and knowledgeable! Jessica helped me prepare for receiving contents of my storage unit as me and the Movers were moving in my furniture . It was a very pleasant experience to reserve the unit, which was done very quickly. The unit was ready as promised without any surprises. The paper work was straightforward and fast. The facility is very clean and very well maintained. I have dealt with storage units in various cities, including different states. It is refreshing to have a customer-orientated service in regards to rental facilities. Life storage at Old Spanish Trail rates a “Five-Stars” in my book. Ask for Jessica, she is a Rock Star!

If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Sherri is AWESOME. Like, seriously. Let's be honest, all climate controlled storage spaces are pretty much the same. The only thing that can really stand out is the customer service, and attention to details and security. Sherri, the manager at this location, has all that down to a science! Super friendly and helpful, Sherri made us feel great about storing our belongings here and explained everything to us in great detail. She explained the security features of the building and walked us up to see all the storage sizes and walked us through using the facility. Cannot recommend Sherri and this Life Storage location enough! Thanks, Sherri!!

We rented storage space to store furniture from our daughters college campus apartment during the closure due to Covid-19. The rental was done online quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with the service especially since we had never saw anyone face-to-face. I have spoken with Sherri DeLaFuente plenty of times over the phone and received wonderful service. We retuned to Texas 8-months later and was pleased with the service received by Vince Havard. Our stored items were safe & no issues to be found. So glad I chose this place as our storage. Since we are going through this difficult time of COVID-19, I decided to purchase a unit online. I went in on Thursday and had trouble getting in, so I called. Ms. Sherri greeted me at the door and immediately took care of everything and any questions I had. I love her energy. She’s such a breath of fresh air and have a great sense of humor! I was having a bad day, but she was so welcoming and kept me laughing lol! This storage is so convenient in location, very clean and safe. I never leave reviews, but I definitely recommend purchasing a unit here.

When Public Storage took ownership of Life Storage, around December 1st 2021, I was told by a Public Storage Representative that if I was not going to sign a new rental agreement with Public Storage, i would have til the end of the month to move out without any charges or fees. Two weeks later when I moved out of my storage they charged me for the month of December and late fees. I do not appreciate being lied to. I tried to dispute over the phone and no one will return my call from corporate. Keith Hernandez at the OST location was very rude.

I was looking all around for nice and Decent storage and I spotted Life Storage and I tell you when I got in there the Lady Sherrie she was the most sweet and wonderful person you ever want to meet she talk to you so sweet so Intelligent Mrs.Sherrie she is such a sweetheart when I say she Greeded me and my Husband soon as we got to the door when I say she is so so wonderful we need more people like Mrs Sherrie around like this for a long time.. Made a reservation for a unit this past weekend and received an informative confirmation phone call the same day. The day I was set to go in and sign the paperwork I received another phone call with a few more details that helped me prepare before going in. The process to sign paperwork and get access to the unit was quick and easy, couldn't ask for a better customer service experience. I was very satisfied with the process and would definitely recommend this LifeStorage location to a friend.

Ms. Sherri really educated myself and my daughter on the process and what is the best size unit and route to take on storage selection, as this is our first time using storage. I've been a customer for almost two years. Rented my space when it was Life Storage. I'm very satisfied with my experience but now it's Public Storage and they are raising prices. From $34 a month to $47 a month. 25% increase literally overnight..

Very clean & maintained location. Staff is very helpful. Made out rental process very easy. Accessibility is very good off hours. However if you are going off hours and you need a dolly of sorts, make sure there is one available for your floor.
