I'm not familiar with any other storage facility, so I might not know a lot about this topic, but from my experience this location has been great. My company has had a unit here for many years, and we have opened and closed other units as necessary. The staff (namely Morgan) is always very helpful, and has been there for over 5 years, as long as I've been going there! He always asks about the boss & his wife - very thoughtful. Occasionally you can catch the office unmanned when they're out on their lunch break, but that's to be expected. The place is always clean and well lit, but without wasting energy as the lights are on sensors. They do raise the prices every year by an average of $30, so it's a little pricier than some other places might be, but for a business, it's perfect, and in a great location - right on I-10 & Beltway 8 W!

Absolutely terrible customer service. My company has rented a unit from 10801 Katy freeway for about 12 years. Today we had a very unfortunate event take place. One of our employees went to review our storage unit and was approached by Morgan. Morgan ,whom never introduced himself immediately started yelling when asked about the storage unit. He also tried taking the key from our employee stating it's the wrong key. He continued being very rude and extremely difficult leaving our employee in utter disbelief. Words cannot express how upset our employee was and how upset we are that she had to encounter such rude and unprofessional person. I will be looking to contact the appropriate manager to discuss this issue and will be moving out of this storage facility. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

Facility is clean and conveniently located on the Katy Freeway*. Manager, Morgan is friendly and always helpful. Carts are easily accessible and available to use outside of office hours. Floors, doors and elevators have smooth profile to easily roll dollies and carts. With minor exception this place is easy-in and easy-out, without extra help. I moved out yesterday to another PS facility-not so easy but better priced-I’ll be bringing my own dolly, ramping and a helper. *The front driveway faces the elevated freeway. Parking is ample for small trucks and trailers but be prepared to chock your carts because driveway slopes away from the building. Freeway noise is pretty bad and hard to communicate over. I use earplugs, but all is quiet inside.

I have been at this location for a little over two years. Although, I am moving out this weekend I wanted to express what a great experience I have had. The manager Morgan has been very helpful since day 1 of my move-in. Every time I would call with questions or concerns he was very helpful. As for the unit itself: I was very impressed how clean and safe it felt. I had to move my whole apartment into a unit and I've felt very happy with picking this location to store basically my whole life for the past two years. Next time I need to storage anything again I will be sure to come back to this location. Overall, great management, clean, safe and well maintained. Walking away a very pleased customer.

I own my own business and therefore have crazy hours...I feel very safe going to this Public Storage location. It is always clean, well-lit and superbly managed! I have recommended this particular location to friends, family and business associates with great assurance that they will be 'completely taken care of' in an extremely caring and professional manner. Due to the excellent manager and his team, I plan to continue using this facility as long as I own my business! Wonderful place to keep what I need for my company safe, easy to get to and easy to manage my inventory!!Still here after years of storing...amazing!

I went to this Public Storage, not quite sure what I needed, just knowing I needed help. Paul was wonderful! He walked me through options, helping me find the right size with the best pricing and timing for me(I had time sensitivity). Paul not only helped me with my choices, I feel comfortable that he is responsible, helpful, dependable and thorough. Glad I made the decision to be there. Paul went the extra mile.

I have had great experiences with this location. Always clean, well located, and recently upgraded security are all big pluses. Toni the manager was super helpful picking out the right unit size for my need which avoided extra cost of accidently getting an oversized unit. She had great tips to make the most out of the space. Always helpful and responsive to your requests. Thanks for your hard work.

Morgan was very friendly,patient and knowledgeable. I had a reservation at a another facility and I arrived from driving out of town it wasnt available for me to store my furniture. I arrived at Morgans property right at closing time he gave great customer service. He turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience. He is a great asset to Public Storage.

Storage accessibility hours are inconvenient considering working people. Storage code access is cut off at 6 pm. They have an after hours phone number that allegedly one can call to access the gates. Both times I called I was on hold for 15 min and gave up and hung up. Not practical at all. I've yet to see a storage place with no after hours access to it's renters.

Tina was the manager on duty when i came in. Very nice and kind lady. She was extremely nice and very helpful. She helped me pick out the right size unit, helped me with supplies, and even helped me carry my boxes and supplies out to my car. The sign up process was very easy. The place is very clean, well lit with easy access.

What a great facility! The property manager, Morgan, is so friendly and attentive! The property is very clean and secure, and it was easy unloading all our treasures into the secure unit. Although I hate that I have so much STUFF that I need this unit, I'm glad it's conveniently located, competitively priced and very secure!

Tina is absolutely amazing!! Very informative and courteous. She was gladly willing to go above and beyond to assure me I would get the best rates and service. As a business owner, I would steal her in a heartbeat, seeing as good help is hard to find. She is definitely an asset to the Public Storage brand, thank you Tina!!

The storage facility is clean, well-lighted and secure. The facility manager, Morgan, is a professional who goes out of his way to help people. His mannerisms and helpful attitude make it a pleasure to see him whenever we use the facility. We have used other storage sites, but none compare to the one managed by Morgan

I've been calling around to different storage places in my area, while most places either didn't answer or employees seemed like I was bothering them with my questions. I called this Public Storage and I talked to Ms. Toni; who was very sweet, helpful, and respectful. I'm most definitely willing to do business here.

This specific location is probably one of the best in the Houston area. Morgan has supervised this store for several years, and has done a great job keeping the property maintained and numerous customers pleased. I wish I could rate more than 5-stars because this location definitely deserves it!

She is super down to earth and very helpful! She genuinely tried to help us and inform us on all of our options. Rather than a business woman trying to make money, she made me feel like we were family and assured me of my decision. Very professional....I would highly recommend

Morgan at the 10801 Katy Freeway location is such an asset. The facility is always clean and he is always there to help. I use my unit for business and Morgan has been a great business partner. If we have a delivery or need help entering the unit he is always willing to help.

Very attentive management who responds quickly. When I needed a new lock he quickly made the arrangements. The facility is clean and very safe. This is by far the best facility and best managment of any I have encountered. I would recommend this location with out reservation.

My Mother moved our "stuff" into this location over 15 years ago. We never had a problem and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Morgan the manager even started sending reminders when my Mom got a little absent minded with the bills until I took over paying them.

Morgan is so professional and caring. I had a another storage unit at a different company and the professionalism was poor. This public storage is always clean and well cared for. Morgan has always taken such good care of his customers and is a pleasure to work with.

Public Storage is raising my monthly rate by 30% after only 3 months. I specifically moved to them hoping they wouldn't play the same games as Extra Space Storage (which raised my rate by 40% after 3 months). I'm really frustrated with these bait and switch games

We rented two storage units at this location when we moved and it has been the best facility. Very clean. Always feel safe when we're on the property. It's very well managed and the people here go out of their way to help. I highly recommend this location. Bravo!

This facility is very clean and well kept. Morgan set me up with a great deal on a larger unit than I was originally looking at, so I can now consolidate what would have been two units into a single larger unit. The while process was very quick and painless.

Morgan, the locations manager was personable and took his time to explain everything I needed to know in detail. You can tell he takes customer service seriously. The only negative is how full they are. They only had the smallest storage unit size available!

Tina was great. She explained everything and showed us around. The property is clean, with easy access in and out. They have dollies to help you get your stuff from the car to the unit. It is very secure with the elevator passcode.

Whitney is a great and personable employee at Public Storage. She was very helpful with an issue that my husband had and she stayed open until we arrived. Whitney was very nice to stay open for us to resolve our issue!

Rented for about a year. Excellent climate control, safety controls and mobile app worked well. Smooth move-in and move-out. Never busy when I went. Only thing that would be better is longer open hours on the weekend.

I’ve had this storage for 1yr and a half and it’s always super clean and Tony at the office is very nice and always super helpful! Definitely recommend this one if you are in the West side of town!! Easy access to it!

Store manager Morgan made move in easy. Even on a busy Saturday he was helpful in providing extra carts for me to be able to move in with out any delay. Facility is clean and well lit, and easily accessible.
