Public Storage has always been a trustworthy and convenient franchise but I really like this location because of the people. Jaelin is an exceptional coordinator and takes customer service seriously. I have been in retail and I’m sensitive to people who go above and beyond because thats just the kind of people they are; Jaelin is an example of this type of person. I hope the franchise owner promotes her and keeps her in the company because she handled a lot with my moving and storage situation. I had a tricky scheduling issue because I had to coordinate a PODS container drop off and pick up from their parking lot, for easy unloading of my POD to the storage unit. When I was having trouble with scheduling (PODS was problematic and not communicative about pick up and drop off times) and the scheduled delivery date got messed up. She handled our problem instantly on-site while the POD was being unexpectedly dropped off. She is sharp and knew exactly how to handle the issue while keeping me and my stressed out fiancé calm. Jaelin really impressed me and people like her make lifelong customers of people like me (stressed out and appreciative of someone who lends a helping hand even when they don’t have to).

Update concerning my unit's rolling door. The staff was actually at an off site staff meeting and didn't arrive to the Martin Luther King Jr location until 12noon at which time two young men quickly came to my unit and boy was I happy to see them and they were very nice and polite as they usually are. One of the men quickly, within 10 mins, fixed the damaged door, to working like new. I have used this facility for years and have referred several friends and family members. The staff are the best and always helpful and willing to assist. This is also a very clean facility. My only recommendation is to fix all the lights in the upper area that hasn't been working for years.

Terrible customer service and overprice for that part of Seattle. Very dishonest and opinionated. The one light skin Asian looking guy working here keeps asking strangers personal questions and gives random advice that has nothing to do with storage. They used to have many good associates working here now down to a few. Then this company hired more of the bad ones. I understand the job is boring but not everyone is a criminal or lonely. And yes they do have a huge rat infestation and still causing damage to units included mine. So glad, I found a better storage company.

I visited this Public Storage some days ago because passing by it seemed so clean and stately. At the counter I met manager Melissa and her awesome assistant Joey. Joey told me all about the location and discussed some rental information. The place on the inside lived up to the look of it driving by, beautiful place , great customer service and pleasant personalities. I will definitely use this location and would gladly recommend it.

Melissa and Ron gave me great service and helped me so many points to find my public storage room the service they are doing is beyond the heavens they are always happy smile good heart and respect you until you get satisfied. I appreciate the service they did for me and the service they are doing for the community around NB I LOVE ALL OF THEM. SPECIFICALLY MELISSA SHE DID MORE AND MORE GREAT FOR ME

My visit to Public Storage was fantastic. Ron is a true gem and incredibly helpful. He guided me through every step, addressing all my questions. Since it was my first time getting a storage unit anywhere, I was a bit nervous, but Ron and the rest of the team were exceptionally friendly. I would give it a perfect 10/10 rating. I highly recommend it if you're in search of storage solutions.

This place was a phenomenal help all the way through. Renee and the ladies behind the desk were soooo patient with me as I struggled to get into my Dad's storage and the manager, Jim, was a godsend in helping expedite the entry and even came and physically gave me access. Gotta be the best Public Storage in the city.

Overall a wonderful experience. Checked in online arrived in my space was ready to go. Property was clean, secure, and very assessable. All my interactions with employees were wonderful and the location manager is pretty darn cool… Even if she can get a little busy and not have time to listen to my stupid jokes

Nolie Mel Mohamed help me beyond what I asking. I am not good at using Apps and no access to computer. Nolie really gave good service to make the process easier for me to set up an account, from booking to how to choose the size of storage, and access, which made me feel at ease, instead of stressed out.

My experience started out rough when I was told the exterior access to my unit didn’t work and that the only other comparable unit was twice the price. However, Joey came to the rescue and did some digging and found me a larger unit that was only a little more expensive. Thanks Joey!

Jaylin in the office was so accommodating and helpful. She was even able to work with others in the office to make sure we had what we needed. She listened to everything we had concerns about and was able to find us a great spot that worked for us. We had a great experience.

The staff here is always very helpful. I particularly would like to mention Mohammed, Melissa, Joey and Noli as they all worked together to help me sort out a frustrating situation, and together made my experience as easy and smooth as possible. Thank you all!

This location was hard to get out of because if you wanted to go back on the freeway or any other location going out of them is one way only and in order for you to do a U-turn it’s about half a mile which I find a little inconvenient but

I've been storing some things here for a few months and recently noticed that my unit was infested with rats!! There was rat poop everywhere. I informed the management and they said they were aware of the problem. And yet they didn't warn

I moved out of a larger unit to save money by moving into a smaller unit. Now the rent for the smaller unit has gone up, without any notice or price increase. There are additional units the same size my current one is for less per month.

Everyone i have interacted with here (most recently Jaelin and Ron) is on top of things, friendly, and actively helpful. Just off of I5, this location is also very convenient, and rates are reasonable.

I stopped by for a storage unit last month, and Jaelin helped us tour and finalize an option. I appreciated the support and really like the location/times of this storage unit.

If I could do no stars I would. Not only was my storage unit broken into, but after going back and forth trying to do an insurance claim I got no where.
