A giant, one-way box in the middle of San Marco, a poorly designed, poorly thought out location. The deli layout is confusing and leaves little room for the customers to interact with staff and makes a natural choke-point for that entire corner of the store. The store is physically very small, although nicely appointed but wow, Publix really passed the cost of the real estate, planning, design and layout on to the customers because the prices are high, higher than even the Nocatee Publix. This was a one and done for my family, never going back.

First off the prices here are way too high, but they realize that they dominate the neighborhood so they can screw you. Secondly, some of the cashier in here are so ghetto, and they won’t even acknowledge you or speak to you. I asked one for a double paper, and he just sighed annoyingly and gave me a nasty look. At the end. No thank you have a nice day no nothing. I said thank you to him, and he just looked away from me. Sick of poor customer, service, and sick of ghetto attitudes.

I went here to check out the new location with my boyfriend. Stopped to get a sub and the woman working, I believe her name was Fei, was so insanely sweet to us. Made our whole night. Everyone was friendly but she stood out.

Love this new Publix in San Marco. Covered parking and elevator service to shopping on the second floor are major pluses in my book. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and service is what I've come to expect from Publix.

New and very clean. The first floor covered parking on the ground floor was great on sunny and rainy days. The large elevators can easily allow you to bring carts down to your car.

Very nice atmosphere the workers are very helpful very nice and clean and I love that it has a parking garage and the store is on the 2nd floor!

Parking is so easy. The store is really clean and the employees are incredibly nice. I prefer driving a few more minutes to go to this Publix.
