I usually go to puff and stuff just for incense. They have a very wide selection of other smoking apparatuses. The employees that work there seem like your typical head shop employees. The prices are a lot more fair than gas pipe, which everyone knows is very overpriced. I've honestly only looked around the entire store maybe two times taking my time. Most of the time whenever I go once a week, I go straight to the section where I get myinstants, they have a decent selection. They have three different brands of incense, but one of them always seems to be completely empty, it really looks just like a big display with a lot of empty spots where there should be sticks of incense. Then next to those are two other small displays, one is Nag Champa- Agarbatti, in the red white and blue box which is my favorite. Then there is another display next to that, I forget the name of the brand but they have maybe 15 to 20 different scents, a few of them I like and I might get three or four of each even though they're dirt cheap. Like I said I do not indulge in the devil's lettuce anymore, I usually am in the store just for incense so there's not a lot of other items that interest me there. The store is pretty big and they do sell beer as well as munchies, so whenever you leave with your new bong, go home and put your head in the clouds, you can go right back and get all of your candy and drinks for your cottonmouth. I live right next to this shop and have never had an issue there, until recently. Last week I came in to get a new tank (mine was leaking) for my ecigarette. The woman helping me told me the cheaper tanks would not fit my setup and the only one that would, was the more expensive tank. I got home and tried the tank, and it did not fit. Not a big deal, people make mistakes. I went in today and brought the tank with me to exchange and purchase some other items I needed. The guy that initially helped me was super helpful. When he was done helping me he asked the manager (female) about exchanging the tank. The tank is in a box and has obviously not been used. The manager told me they don't offer refunds or exchanges and that I should have tried the tank on before I bought it. However, on my first visit they would not let you open any of the tanks. So Im not really sure what I could have done here. I don't really think I should be penalized when their staff member told me the product would work. I've always liked going to the store, but this left a bad impression on me.

I went here with a very specific need in detoxification as well as several Kratom questions and was OVERLY SATISFIED with the help I received. Danny (ginger hair and beard w glasses) was AMAZING! I’m the kind of customer who likes to ask a thousand and one questions before I buy most things. He is so very patient and explained every item I looked at in detail. This guy is an obvious asset to this location of Puff n Stuff. I’ve been a weekly customer of both the east Dallas location and the Garland location for MANY years and there is no better shop for these needs then they are. I just wanted to make sure I give a shout out to Danny who made a potentially difficult situation easy breezy painless for me. Thanks you for caring about your customers as much as you obviously do!

The service here was horrible. I walked in and asked for Hydroponics and was informed abruptly that the store next door was closed and he walked off. No further assistance or anything. As i made my way around the store was given no further assistance as they were “training”. I also found a small hydroponics section in the back which was exactly what I was looking for. I still shopped despite the horrible service to which I was told that I needed ID to use a debit card in which I have the pin. No one else was asked to show ID. Steer clear of this place. The service is absolutely horrible. If they didn’t want to work today perhaps they should be on the unemployment line like the rest of America. Boycott this shop. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know the same.

As soon as I walked in the door I was overwhelmed by the guy behind the counter. He was quick to ask what I was looking for and quickly escorted me to the spot where he thought I would find it , however apparently they no longer sell plain glass tubing for blowing your own glass. I tried re explaining what I was looking for and was still not able to find it. They used to carry tons of it as I have purchased it here multiple times. Then as I explained I would not need any further help and wanted to look at the glasswork they carry from local artists displayed throughout the store in cases he continues used to follow be very closely until I finally decided to just leave as I don't feel I require a chaperone to look at things through the glass on the locked display cases.

Awesome Place ! Going through some of these negative comments must be people looking for some cheap quality bongs and pipes and getting butt hurt about the prices! These guys bongs are at the highest quality which isn't cheap there Prices range from $200 to like the high hundreds .. they do have some very nice glass pipes that are low on price but not on quality Prices range from $15 - $45 the tobacco products are always fresh .. customer service is hit-or-miss but you're coming here for the product not the staff the majority of the guys do know there stuff and almost everybody's is friendly.. I've been coming here for 5 years and I can say that it's the best tobacco shop in Dallas .

I think it’s time to contact the city and let them know what’s going on at these locations on what’s going on in the back... selling fake products that’s are displays not actual devices. Be very careful at these locations, bought 2 items both times they were displays and not the actual device. I’ve went up there multiple times and no one has an answer nor do they have their bosses number to call and let them know what’s going on at their location. I didn’t ask for the actual number just asked that they find a avenue on which I could exchange the display that they gave me TWICE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Crooked workers and trash customer service.

There is a no-return policy, and they do NOT tell you this before your purchase anything. I made a purchase that was defective. I even showed it to the employees immediately after purchasing it, and they agreed it was defective. They refused to return it though, claiming that their manager wouldn’t let them. Nobody tried to call him. Nobody tried to make the situation right. Terrible customer service. If you want to have a no-return policy, then fine. Tell me that BEFORE I make my purchase. But waiting until I try to return it is shady as hell. Never going back, and I’m encouraging my friends to avoid them as well.

The store is awesome but the sales associate who wears glasses is a very unpleasant, rude, lazy and doesn’t want to be at work. We asked for prices on different hookahs and one didn’t have tag so he says I don’t know the price and didn’t offer to check it for us, we had to beg him to scan it. When he agreed to check it for he had a fit like a toddler threw the hookah box to the ground and slammed the register dramatically letting us clearly see he didn’t want to do it. He treated us like we were window shoppers instead of paying customers and for that I will not be back again. We spent over $100

Amazing shop with incredible selection, great variety, and really friendly and knowledgeable staff, but with insanely high prices on all handmade and American pieces. Though I must admit that they thoroughly surprised me by showing me some excellent China glass pieces that were far far cheaper and that have some very nice percolators for the prices, such as $62.99 for a honeycomb with an ice catcher. All in all very nice shop that I have visited many times in the past and have always been impressed with in all aspects and that I will continue to visit in the future

I guess this location is only friendly to none people of color. Wasn't greeted when I entered the store. However, the white man who came in behind me was greeted and asked to let them know if he needed further assistance. I approached the kratom counter where and older gray haired gentleman was working, he looked up at me and then went back to doing what he was doing. No 'someone will be right with.' Didn't acknowledge my presence. Nothing. If you are NOT BLACK you may get good customer service. I certainly didn't get it. Never entering this establishment again.

I used to go to this shop for my smoke needs.. Had an interview there today. Walked in and was greeted by 3-5 different people. Told them I was there for an interview...30 minutes later, no one approached me for the interview. as well, staff members from other stores were standing around talking about how they wouldn't want to work at this location anymore.. all signs of something I don't want to be a part of. Get it together. that's a horrible image for your service/business.

I would highly recommend staying away from this place. The lady who fist gave me some help was Maria. She was a dream. Unfortunately her coworker Cali couldnt have been any more of the polar opposite. Unprofessional. Belittling. Rude and continued to chew me out for not understanding an exact size of something. I came to receive help, but instead I left feeling emberassed, helpless, and with a tear in my eye. No one deserves to be treated the way I was treated. Stay away!

The layout of the store is good, it allows you to go around the store and check out the merchandise. I have a mixed reception there, sometimes I'm welcomed immediately and sometimes i get skipped because the cashiers we're not paying attention as to who was in line waiting to be attended first (granted i understand they get busy restocking) I've been visiting that particular store for about 10 years and they have a good amount of glass and papers to choose from.

Went for the first time today as a early birthday present for myself. Super nice employees. Helped my boyfriend and I decide on what to buy. Although I bought two things of hemp wick and he forgot to put it in my bag. But I still give it a five stars because he accidentally didn't charge me for the two raw cones I also got so it evened it out. WAY BETTER deals and aesthetically pleasing to the eye than Gas Pipe. Will definitely come back again.

This place would be great idea at a better location. I honestly hate the neighborhood and was almost grabbed by human traffickers in a van just around the corner. The store itself is kinda dingy and in a constant state of repair. The inventory is nice! A little pricey in some items but still nice. Just a crappy location/building. If they got something cleaner and safer, say in Deep Ellum people would flock.

Came here to find some Christmas gifts for some friends. Service and selection did not disappoint! Thank you to Tristin for being extremely patient with me because I was super indecisive. He really spent his time to make sure I knew what all my choices were and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were very fair and reasonable as well. My late husband and I used to visit here every week to pick up a few packs of smokes, buy a lighter or two and just window shop. If you're 420 friendly this place has everything under the sun. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They've even got cool clothes for your dog..... Prices are reasonable and the Dart bus is practically at the door. well worth a visit for the tobacco connessieur

Horrible customer service. They talked me onto buying a Cali Pod disposable eCig because they were out of the Mighty Mint pods, but it didn't work. It was defective. I tried telling them that, and all they said was "there's nothing we can do for you." They didn't offer to exchange it for a replacement or anything. I won't be going back. They're more concerned with pushing product

I have never written a review for anyone ever! I bought an electronic cigarette from there and dropped it in a 5 gallon bucket of water. when I dried it off it still worked! the staff who work there go out of your way to make sure you get what you want. I have been shopping here since it open ed and it just gets better and better. I love the store and it's honest employees!

My normal head shop is right around the corner from me in Hurst, and I no longer shop there, now i drive 40 minutes to Puff n Stuff because it would be worth a 2+ hour drive for the quality and pricing you get.

Its a prevervbial candy store for smokers.and i think they even sell candy lol Staff is usually very knowledgable about the glass.more so than the average head shop employee.deffinately my favorite place to browse the most exotic and fanciful glasswear in the city. Still the best selection around...maybe in the state.

There are a few okay employees most are rude from my experiences there. They do seem to treat those of color differently as some have mentioned below me. If you aren't white they seem to think you're extremely ignorant and don't make much of an attempt to help. Trashy people will act like trash though so go figure.

It's an awesome selection and great hours, but it feels like they've been cutting stock. I keep asking different people if they can order the product I practically buy out every month and they say yes, but it never gets into the store. It's aggravating I want to take my business here but they won't work with me.

The staff here are some of the nicest and friendliest of any establishment in Dallas. They usually know what I'm coming in for before I even have to say a word. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. I drive almost an hour here, one way, because of the prices and the amazing staff.

I bought a vaporizer and less then a week later it stops functioning properly. I took it back to the store and the manager said that “It wasn’t broken enough to replace it for me”. I won’t be going back which sucks because I live close to this shop but “not broken enough” is unacceptable.

We went to buy some Dart accessories and they had a nice selection on Darts and bought some cool shafts. They had a lot of water pipes and items for smokers. The woman with long braids, Sorry... I forgot her name, Was very nice and helpful. I will go back for my Dart needs.

The best inventory AND customer service in town. Irma, one of the managers, stayed on the lookout for a certain piece for me for months (through Covid, no less). When she found it, she ordered it and set it aside until I came in for it. Above and beyond!! Best around

Awesome selection of glass for both flower and concentrate. All pieces have artist names they were made by, which is pretty cool. All kinds of papers, tips and filters. Also one of the biggest stores I've seen in DFW! You can get a alcoholic beverage on the way out.
