rude rude rude , branch manager, never again will i come to this library. the hispanic security guard is very kind.. but the branch manager yelled at me while i was on the computer with my daughter mind you im here every week to do grades as im a cps teacher.. the security guard even apologized for how rude she was... hate that as minorities we cant be kind to each other and we love to give each other a hard time' I go to west pullman with my daugher all the time and never ever have problems,, in fact the librarians love my child so much they gave her free books and she helps them with project at the west pullman location
The staff at this library is friendly, helpful, and professional. I walk to this branch every Thursday after work, to return movies and to pickup new movies. And books I have requested. It is a small place but, they have several computers so you don't have to wait unless they are really busy. And they also have different program events for adults and children. Around Valentine's day I painted a mug for my husband and the librarian had all the materials and it was free.
One of the worst libraries I have ever encountered. The Librarian, I Believe her name is Ms.Griffin, who is also the manager, is very rude and unprofessional. SHE IS TERRIBLE. Her attitude is very nasty and she does not know how to talk to people. The security guards were so wonderful and more helpful than her. I would not recommend this library if you want to be respected.
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Due to COVID19 there is a capacity limit of 20. I had to reserve a computer but the wait was less than 30 mins. Staff is making sure they are keeping people safe by making you sanitize your hands upon entering and enforcing patrons wear a mask.
The Pullman Library staff could not have been more helpful and supportive. I wish I caught the manager's name but she was friendly, informed and helpful. I will go there more often and maybe part of their book club. Go Chicago Public Library! Best in the country.
What a great neighborhood library! The staff is attentive and helpful. They are patient without making you feel inept. I was talked through a process that allowed me to print out forms I needed. Thanks to the staff, I accomplished my goal. Kudos to you!
Loved this library as a kid & love it even more as an adult. The staff is always friendly & helpful. They have a lot of programs that serves all age ranges. The environment is very welcoming!!!
Closest library to my apartment! Very convenient and easy access. The hours of the library could use some work but overall it's pretty good, computers and book selection is nice too
Terrible service never met a librarian who had no patience. I believe she was manager.i know her office is right of entrance. Very bad attitude I'll never go in there again..
This was my first time visiting the Pullman branch and I must say it was very pleasant! The staff was extremely helpful and I was able to complete my task within 30 minutes.
The grandness of the building(which is spectacular) is surpassed by greatly by the helpfulness of the staff . they are polished diamonds of the five star variety!!!!!!!!
The ladies in the library including the security guard were so kind and very helpful. The library is clean, bright amd has numerous rolls of books. Great experience
I have NO idea why the put people with the worst attitude at the front door to greet people! The lady with the glasses her attitude is horrible. That’s all.

My experience was very pleasant I had a very very nice young lady who help me make copies off the scanner
Some of the librarians come off as a little cold, but the library itself is really nice and well kept.
Ms. Katie is the best childrens librarian in the city!!! The architecture and staff are awesome too!
