Met by a reluctant server having had to ring a bell for service, the person serving clearly could care less about how they come across. When I asked if they had any different milks he said “what do you want?” to which I replied “what have you got?” He gave a wisened look at which point I gave up on trying to have any sort of pleasant interaction and waited for my drink to be prepared which was promptly dumped on the side.

Years ago, pumpkin cafes' sausage rolls were served on crunchy rolls with flour powdered on top and 4 sausage halves, for a low price. Believe me when I say, that breakfast slapped. Nowadays pumpkin cafe uses cheaper low quality bread and only 3 sausage halves. So I'm giving 3 stars to reflect the number of sausage halves they put in their rolls. Lovely staff though.

I recently visited Pumpkin cafe’ shop and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff called Nang who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. Came in a couple of days ago and had a lovely little conversation with Nang who was on the counter. Incredibly helpful towards some of the questions I had about the times for the coaches and makes a banging cup of Tea (shame it’s PG tips though) Thanks again Nang.

The woman working there this morning gave me my change wrong. I got a tea (2,35£) I payed with 20£ and she gave me 12,65£... I was sitting in a table just in front and when I realized it I told her and she answered “it’s too late”. The most expensive tea of my life... very disappointed.

The practice of putting on a surcharge of 40p for soya milk in coffee, or even tea is totally unacceptable. This establishment needs to be boycotted. Unable to post without awarding stars, I have had to award one, but this practice does not deserve any.

Food was very baseline takeaway.what you’d expect from a coach station over the counter shop. The worker behind the till was fantastic though. Neng, I think she was called. Thanks again.

Small Romanian/Slovakian looking woman looks like she's on crack has overcharged me 3 times now and given me a bad attitude. It's 2.99 for prawn mayo sandwich she charges 4.25 I wonder how much money she makes by the end of the day

Great service, coffee and cake…Shame the adverts for Google reviews makes the place dirty… All tables sticky where old sellotape has previously been!

Disgusting, tasteless coffee. Cheap lid kept coming off, spilling boiling "coffee" all over me. Promptly binned. Avoid.
