Been to many physio and body workers. Only this one explains to me the importance of actually looking after myself and WHY. Got myself into a mess physically and this guy saved me and my career. Honestly the best and should be pricing himself a lot higher. Would speak about him till I'm blue in the face - and then some more.

Saga was brilliant in treating my shoulder pain. Had about 7 sessions in the end. Was given one exercise to do but to be honest most of the relief came from his needlework and massage. Highly recommended, no hidden fees, polite, friendly and cured the ailment. Not much more you can ask for!
