I recently went to Putney Pharmacy for some travel vaccines before my trip to east Africa. The pharmacist, Harsha, was very friendly and gave me fantastic advice, explaining what vaccines I would need for my trip. I would highly recommend a visit here to talk through your vaccination needs, or for general pharmaceutical advice! 11/10

Booked and attended for flu jab (last year) and my two latest Covid jabs. Friendly, professional service on all visits. Last week I asked advice from the pharmacist and was impressed with the time taken and with the helpful advice I received. I recommend this pharmacy unreservedly.

I went here with my son after another pharmacy said the scar on my son’s face was fine. The kind pharmacist who looked at my son in Putney pharmacy told me it was infected and it was important I take him to the doctor. She was brilliant -

Truly awful customer service. Had to call them and the phone was answered with "Yeah?" Was put on hold without being advised. There was no hold music so dead silence
