Owner sounds lovely on a phone but that's about as good as it goes. I was promised a lovely bouquet delivered in the morning which came with 10 pounds surcharge. About noon of the delivery day I tried to reach the shop several times before phone was picked up. I was told that flowers are with the driver. To my question why the flowers are still with the driver but not with my wife, guy on the phone blamed traffic. I sad that he has to think about a better excuse as it is only half a mile from the shop to the delivery address. Man on a phone went absolutely mental, I was told that he doesn't like the way I speak, that he will call the driver off and arrange full refund immediately. Here is the thing. I didn't ask for a refund, I wanted to know what is happening with the order and what caused the delay. It was no apology for offered at any point. He called me back later and shouted on the phone that driver is back and money refunded. Really? What about the purchased items and prepaid service? Did I ask for a refund? Is it OK for a business just cancel the transaction and turn around? Not to mentioned that a nice surprise I was hoping to make for my wife at our wedding anniversary was totally ruined. Can't recommend this place, I'm afraid.

Forgot to take pics of the flower but it was a very beautiful bouquet! We literally walked up to Putney Florist on the morning of our ceremony (back in Dec 2020) and asked if we could pick it up in 2 hours and they worked their magic. All we did was tell them the colour and theme we had in mind, and my husband picked red. They were also able to make the buttonhole flower for him to match. The bouquet was firmly tied, had a pretty red bow, rustic as imagined, and was just perfect for the day. Fast, friendly, and fairly priced. Happy that we put our trust in them and they exceeded our expectations. Would gladly patronise again in the future.

The gentleman I placed the order with (2 days before the requested delivery) was nice. But although the flowers were for a birthday, by late afternoon they had not been delivered. In a quick follow up phone call I spoke to a woman to turned out to be rude and unpleasant. She said it was fine that the flowers arrive any time, and that it wasn't important to have the birthday delivery in a timely matter. She kept interrupting me on the phone. Avoid this florist -- there are plenty of other ones to use for your flower needs.

Rashid & the team at Putney Florist did an exceptional job with the flowers for my Mum's funeral - every tribute was stunning. They took their time with me to work out what I wanted so the whole thing felt very personal. They managed the floral tribute orders from family and friends brilliantly and were very sensitive to our communications at this tricky time for us as a family, despite the funeral being just days after Mother's Day so their workload was immense. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you Putney Florist.

Gorgeous orchid from a fantastic florist delivered. Emailed late the night before and got an email back in the morning to say that they could locally deliver that day in Putney. So happy to accommodate us and so so friendly. Rashid and I chatted on the phone and he sent over photos over their orchids and pots for me to choose. I then paid over the phone and the orchid was delivered within 3hours to a very happy and excited niece for her 22nd birthday! Thank you Putney florist, totally recommend!

I'm reluctant to write this, as small businesses need all the help they can get at the moment, but I was very disappointed. I hadn't bought my wife flowers for some time because of lockdown, so I grabbed a few bunches of tulip buds for £6 (yes, I know - you get what you pay for) and asked if he might have some gypsophila to add to it. He didn't so he put in some what looked like long-stemmed daisies instead. Came to £13.50 at the till! What's more, the tulips never opened. Felt mugged.

Actually my name is Caroline Upcraft ..I live in Spain & needed flowers sent to uk for a family member..the service was excellent from Lynsey & payment by card over phone very simple .Rashid kept me in formed that all was in order at all times as i was anxious being so far away....the flowers chosen were perfect..arrived on time at the undertakers & everyone admired them..i would certainly use this friendly company again but hopefully for a happier occasion!

I called from Texas, USA, to order flowers for my daughter who is seriously ill. Rashid was so kind, caring and helpful. When I called again to make sure the payment had gone through Rashid said he'd left the flowers at the front door and would check to make sure they had been taken in, if not he would return them to the shop and redeliver fresh flowers tomorrow. Having bought flowers from here a few times and always been impressed, I popped by today to pick up a Christmas wreath but he had unfortunately sold out of all of the fresh ones this morning as so busy. But he said that he would make up a bespoke one for me that I could pick the colours for and I could come back to collect in 45 mins. Amazing service, and now have a beautiful wreath hanging on my front door! Will definitely use again!

No way to run a business and have incorrect opening and closing times. Despite showing on Google that they were updated 5 days ago . Went to this florist at 4:20pm on a Sunday and the man was sitting inside and refusing to open the doors when the closing times are clearly stated 5pm. Caused so much inconvenience which could have been avoided .

We bought our wedding flowers (2 bouquets and button holes) from Putney Florist. We went in with an inspiration photo of a bouquet, and they suggested all of the flowers to go in it, delivered on time, and the flowers were beautiful. I had emailed before and had no response, so suggest calling/going into the shop to get served.

I popped in today to get a bunch of flowers for my wedding anniversary. Rashid made a lovely bouquet after I showed him a photo of some flowers I wanted in it. We had a nice chat while he made it in front of me and then gave some helpful advice on how to keep them looking nice. My wife is delighted, so thank you Rashid!

Got my timings mixed up so these guys had tried to deliver twice while my friend who just had a baby was still in hospital. Excellent bouquet was delivered. My girlfriend was extremely pleased for her birthday and said was the best she had seen in a very, very long time. Lady phoned me to make sure a replacement of tulips with another flower in the bouquet and if it was okay. Good service and will definitely be back.

Popped in to pick up two bunches as a gift for a friend. The manager was so lovely, he created a whole bouquet and made it look so beautiful without any fuss. I'll most definitely be adopting this places as my "go to" for all my flowers In future. Totally recommend them!
