Somehow majority of times I come here they are always closing early because of “head office” or some sort of supervisor giving them the okay to . This is a chemist , there are one of the most important buildings . To make matters worse I literally watched the woman let someone in just before me and when I arrived she just was being dismissive no we are closed and I was trying to make her understand that it was for my baby that was literally suffering with bad nappy rash and I was really in need of cream I heard bepanthen was the best and the don’t sell them in normal stores . A joke!! . I feel there’s only one nice woman in there didn’t catch her name but she normally serving on tills .

Up until a couple of weeks ago I would have had nothing but praise for the staff at this pharmacy they were all very helpful and professional , now I have lost all faith mainly for the Saturday pharmacist and staff same problem as others from what I read they dispense other patients medication to you and then try to deny all knowledge twisting everything you say I have never ever been shouted at and spoken to the way I was on Saturday shame on you, un professional and rude and not one apology for your error ... The 5 star review is for previous experience like I said up to now I have no complaints with any staff member always polite and helpful keep up the good work !

Clean and not too crowded pharmacy nested among other small businesses. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance that opens up at the press of a button. This helps if you have a stroller/buggy/pram or a full shopping bag with wheels. The wait to checkout was approximately 6 minutes but the wait to see the pharmacist took considerably longer. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prescription medication can be picked up here. Sanitizers and antibacterial wipes are available round the pharmacy.

Visited this Pharmacy for the first time for my Covid jab as they have a vaccine clinic. Really friendly, professional Pharmacist and quick service. They also had a display of disability aids which is ideal for anyone in Enfield who is elderly or has mobility problems. I purchased a drinking cup for my grandmother who has arthritis which she is very happy with. Will be coming back here more!

Had a covid vaccine at pyramid pharmacy Enfield highway today . The guy was great . Explained all side affects and gave me a Leaflet to leave with . Would recommend having jab here . Thank you Work Id or some proof needed if in health care . I have taken a family member else where for their jab and no information was given nor any leaflets. Was only asked if any allergies were known .

Had to change my antigen test certificate over four times before they could get it right...i had so much stress and worry has i was travelling in next day , there was no appointment needed so you wait for over an hour to be seen b cux the pacientes that wanted to get vacinated had they appointment already ...i was truly disappointed with this pharmacy.

This chemist used to be Lyods I used it for over 40 years never had problem but they started changing other staff behind counter and the pharmacist. Now I'm changing my chemist as everytime I go and get my prescription they don't seem to have the full amount come back another day always problem waiting around half an hour.

If I could I would give 6 starts! Mohammed was absolutely great, very professional and unbelievably helpful. We used their services for our vaccines. We didn't feel anything, he gave us all the info as to how to deal with side effects, very reassuring and very quick. Thumbs up!!! Big thank you from Alexandra and Vito!!

If only there was a zero option. Went into Pyramid Chemist , Enfield Highway yesterday evening to buy a nebuliser and the cheeky mare behind the counter just laughed at me as if it was something that never existed. Healthcare!! Told her to go and ask the pharmacist and he didn't have a clue either. Really?

Rip off merchants, went in to pick up some eye drops which normally cost £7-£8, woman behind the counter looked at me and said with a straight face, the price for this would be £15. There is a shortage but that is extortion, went to a pharmacy up the road by Lidl and got them for £7.50

The worse pharmacy the phone line is always busy I even went there just to check and guess what no 1 on the phone and I was out side calling look straight through there window, as for the staff they need to work on the hospitality.

Be extra careful when collecting medicine because they give you the wrong one! I tried to complain but the person whose email they gave me was very unprofessional. I WOULD STILL LIKE TO COMPLAIN! Where can I complain???

Just had my first covid injection at Pyramid and as soon as I walked in I was seen! Honestly was mind blown no queues whatsoever! Mohammed was very informative and comforting as I have a phobia of needles.

Had our vaccines done recently at Pyramid Pharmacy and had the best service. Put us totally at ease with a full explanation of everything. Service was efficient and extremely professional.
