I started to go here after I had an amazing hydra-dermabrasion right before my wedding. The results were amazing and I decided to continue to go as I suffered from acne, acne scarring and had just dull skin in general. After several monthly facial sessions, I can honestly my skin has never looked better. My acne is pretty much gone except for the hormonal acne. My scarring has definitely reduced and now my skin feels soft and plump instead of like sand paper. The other thing I really like about this spa is that they do not try to up sell products to you. Yes they do make recommendations but a) it is not pushy and b) it is tailored for what your skin needs are at that point in time. (I will say I did buy the products that were recommended to me as the ones I had were not giving my any results.) I also really like that I can ask the aesthetician what type of facial I should get for next time, since my skin is improving and changing each time, and they don't steer to you to the priciest option. Yes, it is a little pricey, but the experience and the results are totally worth it. Also, the front desk experience is lovely - always very welcoming and warm. It just has a really great relaxing atmosphere.

I been meaning to write a review for the amazing care that I received at Qspa. I typically don't do any facials, never really been that person, but decided I needed to become more proactive on my skincare regimen and this is my go to place.. I love Louisa to pieces sincerely, she genuine cares about my skin, is very in tuned with her knowledge about skincare and honestly and truly trust her work. She is so delicate with the care and she will thoroughly examine your skin and provide you with the most beneficial recommendation. I highly recommend this place and Louisa. Unfortunately I will be moving soon to KS for a job opportunity, but I will be making all the attempt and effort I need to just to fly in to see them! Ahhh.. I literally don't even want to take off my facial treatments just because I love them so much and the owners are soo sweet. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. I can't rave enough about Alessandra and her mircro-blading skills. I have been going to Alessandra for my brow shaping for almost 20 years! There is no one in the city who can shape and arch my brows with such precision. Even though Alessandra showed me the best technique to pencil in my brows (her brow pencil rocks!) over the years I was tired of filling them in. I decided to try micro-blading. Of course, I wouldn't trust anyone but Alessandra. She explained the process from beginning to end. I also was able to see how things were going to look before we started. During the process she talked me through everything . It was painless and easy. Her technique, color matching and exceptional artistry created brows that are on fleek. I am so happy I went through the procedure. I love my eyebrows and can't believe that I never have to fill them in again. Alessandra is the best in the business... don't just take my word for it. Make an appointment with her for a micro-blading consult and you be the judge!

I’ve been meaning to get back to Q Spa, because I was impressed with my first visit! Louisa took care of me. Her service was above, and beyond my expectations. Let me just say that I’ve always been extremely skeptical about how much a facial could actually do. My skin type is combination. I wouldn’t say I have an extreme acne case, but I’ve always had some annoying black heads, and white heads around my nose. This makes it very frustrating when trying to apply makeup, and distracts from any look because it’s such a highlight of the face. I walked out that day feeling super fresh. I didn’t want to analyze the experience too much, but after that visit alone my skin was glowing. Applying makeup was fun again! Not wearing makeup too! I felt substantially more confident. I have to go back soon, because it’s winter season now and my skin needs that boost again. This facial is worth every dollar. Louisa is super sweet, and very knowledgeable! Obsessed !! No loner skeptical.

I was recommended by my friend saying this is the best spa so I went there to give it a try. I received a deep cleansing facial and a Lipo Cupping massage, and I have to say this is one of the best spa experience I've ever had! The spa facility is very clean and it just looks gorgeous like the pictures! The facial was very detailed and through. I have combination skin and sometimes have breakouts. My skin felt so refreshed, clean and glowing after the deep cleansing facial! The Lipo Cupping massage is on special promotion for only $55 so I just did it for fun but I loved it absolutely! It's performed by a specific machine that mimics chinese Cupping movement and massage movement. Theyre actually very comparable to real massages. I feel my muscle tension and low back pain immediately got better after the service. For $55 special promotion, why not?? I definitely would be back again! Thank you to all the staff at Q SPA PLUS!

Recently frequented Q spa+ this Wednesday. All in all a five star experience for sure. The people working there are so nice and friendly, the treatment was extremely professional. You can tell the owner and everybody that work there really care about what they are doing, they are very enthusiastic about providing a healthy lifestyle to their customers. I had my appointment with Sara for a facial that day. The product they use is very high-end as when I was done with the deep cleanse, it actually felt like I was given a new face. She got rid of most of my black heads, a few of my acne that were hard to take care of. All I had to do was just lie there and enjoy the idea of my skin getting better.

This spa is beyond soothing and the service was outstanding from check in to check out. My facial was with Louisa, who was wonderful, pleasant and had a smile until the end of my visit. The facial was soothing and effective and my skin really felt like it could breathe! I had no breakouts or blemishes the following day either. This technician really knows what she is doing and we had a lovely knowledgeable conversation about skincare. Would def. ask for her again. With all that, it is nice to know you can escape, unwind and work out the stress with some nice spa time without having to go far. I highly recommend everyone to pamper yourself here. I absolutely love Qspa +! I've been going to the spa for about 6 months now because I was having an issue with cystic acne on my cheeks that was leaving scars. I'm getting monthly facials and my skin is totally different in the best way possible- it's glowing and I haven't gotten deep acne in my skin for months. My scars are healing and thanks to the treatments I've been receiving are nearly gone, and my expression lines on my forehead and eyes are visibly reduced. I get so many compliments on my skin now. When I moved to Chicago 2 years ago, I found this spa for waxing services and they are incredible! The staff is always very nice, the services provided are high quality and the space is very clean - after going here for two years I can definitely see the difference of the quality from other spas. Louisa at Q Spa is a miracle worker. When I moved to Chicago, I went to all the top-ranked spas looking for a great esthetician but was always disappointed until I finally found Louisa. Q spa+ is most definitely a hidden gem, it's rather hard to notice cuz it's located in an office building. But the interior design, the service, the people, are extremely top notch. I had a classic facial with Sara in the afternoon today, she was professional, friendly and patient to answer all of my questions for packages and other treatments. It's hard to switch spas but I'm very glad that I decided to give this place a try. Will revisit.

The staff are professional and friendly. At the beginning I went to seek solutions for some acne issue under my chin, and it took shorter than I expected for me seeing the real effects. The treatment took about 3 months and I decided that I would keep going for cleansing and some maintenance anyways, probably once per month or twice every three months, since I do feel the difference when having professionals to help with normal skin care.

Ana is without a doubt the best person for permanent makeup and shaping eyebrows!! She did my microblading/shading and I felt so comfortable with her. I was nervous coming into the appointment, but once she explained the whole process, I immediately felt at ease. Ana completely transformed my eyebrows and kept them looking natural. If you're thinking about permanent makeup, do yourself a favor and go see Ana!!

I have been doing Brazilian waxes for 10 years and this is the best place I have ever been. I have been going for a few years and the medical grade Brazilian is amazing. My skin feels great and ingrown hairs are not an issue with this Brazilian! I also did a few facials and body treatments before my wedding and they were fantastic! I would recommend Q Spa to everyone for all your skincare needs.
