The store has a great selection of clothes but the sale signs are not accurate. I was buying a jacket that had additional 50 percent red sticker and sales rack had the sign. The manager was not respecting the price it should have been. The employee young girl was moody and not kind.

How awful! I went to the one in Plaza las Américas, when my daughter wanted to try on the clothes, the girl hit her, it bothers me that you are going to buy and you are doing her a favor, not them to you!! I got better, the oriental should train her employees with customer service!

An employee kept following me around while I was shopping and when i grabbed a lipstick to buy she grabbed it right out of my hand and started yelling at me. It was very rude, I’m never shopping here again …

The truth is that one needs to measure one's clothes. If it doesn't fit you, you won't get your money back, you have to buy something else. It seems unfair to me because what if you don't like anything anymore.
