I’m gonna be honest I’m not a review person I own a garden center myself and if people review me I’m on tender hooks. But I can’t not give credit where it’s due especially cause I’m a bit of a mingebag to park in somewhere like Qpark. I I’m a wedding photographer was late to the venue, I pulled in my battery died I had no jump cables and had to follow the bridal party to the venue straight away. A tall blonde girl asked me if I was ok? I said my batt is dead. She laughed and said wait there. She driver her car opened her boot and jump started mine!!! I asked her name so I could give her a boss review she said no don’t worry! I’m not going to leave you stranded it’s nothing!. So blonde girl about 5’11 I didn’t get her name she if she sees this I’ve got a thank you card and voucher for you. Thank you again you again!
I’m not one to leave reviews honestly I don’t see the point. But I have to give credit where credits due. After a 6 hour drive from London I wanted to get to my hotel and get to sleep. I had been told that parking was included in my stay at another car park near. When I went to check in I was informed this wasn’t the case. I was directed to Qpark Dale Street and I will be honest I was so frustrated that I was quiet sharp with the staff member Danielle. She took this in her stride and asked me about my journey and I told her everything about the hotel and parking issue. She took care of everything really cheered me up and even wheeled my bags to the hotel for me. There’s going above and beyond but to this girl it was natural like we were friends. Thank you Danielle I hope you got my thank you card.
Was very safe overnight and in the day as you have to have a ticket to enter the building. However, didn’t get given a ticket on entrance and so used one of the 50000 help buttons and were told to ask the hotel we were staying at! Then went to hotel and they said to pay there, so we payed discounted rate of £15. When we returned to car park, we couldn’t get in as no ticket. So used help button and they told us to use another help button. Then told to use another button by that help line and then the other told us to use the one on exit because we had paid. (All helplines very rude!) Then on exist the women was lovely but just took our word that we had paid for ticket and so may as well not paid! Also the whole building leaked when raining and so shoes and luggage got drenched!!
This is an ideal multi story car park located right on the edge of the city center. It was supposed to be a secure car park but as we returned to the car park we follow 2 young men 1 was in slippers they approached the barrier doors and placed a drinks can on the tarmac this then raised the door which and allowed them to enter it took them 5 secs so as for a secure car park obviously not.. although there was a office on the ground floor I didn’t see anyone in there when parking or leaving . Yes you pay more for a secure facility and yes our car was fine .. it would have got full stars but for the lack of security the parking supposedly offers
I was recently at your Dale St facility and i had a lot of bags and other items. I was immediately greeted by an employee named Will. He sensed, straigh away, that i was struggling and offered his assistance. He took half of what i was carrying and helped me to my van which was located on the 5th floor. He was very engaging and fun to talk to. He went above and beyond and i was left very satisfied with the service he provided. I would 100% reccomend this car park if all your employees are at the same standard as Will.
Expensive, needed to find car parking as my usual car park was closed. You pay for every hour you go into not every physical hour you stay. I was there for 3 hours and 20 minutes and was charged for 4 hours (£12). I wish this was clearly signposted before entering the carpark otherwise I wouldn't have entered at all. There are very narrow turns on each floor, which usually isn't the case in Q park. My ticket also wouldn't let me enter the building and had to press the help button to be let in.
I pre booked 5 hours of parking here online. Had a confusing experience when it came for me to leave as I couldn't scan the pre paid barcode at the machine or enter it in. Had to go to leave and then speak to a staff member of the intercom to get it verified. Will not be pre booking here again, system not good enough in this day and age and could be much simpler with the current level or technology available. Otherwise car park clean and tidy and well run in a good location.
Pre booked parking for new year but realised on receipt it only covered us for 31st not beyond 12 o clock paid for 9hours. Tried several times to contact them and left 3 messages for a call back. Never replied..car park ok but on return to car bar code wouldnt work and the charge had gone up £3 as it was past 12 Got attendant on intercom who sorted us out without extra charge thank you to him Also not secure group of men on one of the landings glad i wasnt on my own
Really hard to get assistance. In terms of season tickets loss, no matter if you have your account number on you, your reg or you are in a extremely urgent situation they wont let you out without paying the daily fee (and then ask for a refund); Too much hassle for a membership that you pay everymonth. I'd be great if they change for reg readers. Carpark is not safe, loads of adicts coming in and out sleeping in the upper floors and kids with skates in the lowers.
Travelling the country with my jet washing business I use Qpark a lot. I must say in terms of customer service the Liverpool Dale Street tops them all. I was very tired and unhappy to be awake so early. A young lady called Danielle came over to greet me and see if I needed any help. She helped me find the offices I was looking for and was really friendly with a great sense of humour! Always cracking the jokes! Well done Qpark you’ve really made my week!
I recently lost my season ticket which would have cost me to replace. I contacted one of the attendants, Danielle, and she was extremely helpful. She made enquiries with her other colleague, Steve, and thankfully he had found it on the floor next to my car and kept it safe for me. She called me back to let me know. I am so grateful and just thought that I would give them credit for their honesty and their time. Thank you.
Pre booked. Followed instructions for ticket but barcode wouldn't scan even with brightness turned up. Ended up paying again. Pre booked a VIP spot as I was in a van, no VIP spots in Dale Street (looked for signs as instructed and no mention of VIP spots) Long Wheel base transit customs only just fit around the corners. Well lit and very clean. Just disappointed with paying twice and dishonesty with VIP places.
Don't parking here, I parked here as part of my stay with travelodge, my window was smashed I emailed them and got no response they also don't have a contact number and will only respond if you get your insurance to contact them. Its a joke pay for off street parking in what is supposed to be a secure car park was a waste of money and cost me 140 to get my window fixed not worth the hassle.
Just want to say thank you to Danielle for the help she gave me last week. I couldn’t get the discount voucher to work on the machine and got irate. I was gonna be late for an interview. She was so patient with me and sorted everything straight away. Calmed me straight down and made me laugh instead of being stressed. Thank you so much what a lovely girl.
I used dale street carpark earlier today and had problems with my ticket. I called the 0151 number and I was helped by a member of your staff. I asked for her name as she was very polite and extremely helpful towards resolving my issue. Thank you danielle ( I hope I have spelt this correctly ) you are a credit to your company. Regards Mr A Lamb.
My daughter and myself parked overnight January 29th.went for car Monday 30th drivers window smashed another driver had also had his smashed..it's cost my daughter 75 excess to have it repaired.garage have told her the frame needs replacing after they have used tool to try get in first..security not there all the time he looks after 2 parks
Very insecure, I parked for 2 days, whenever I returned to my car there were drug users taking drugs on the staircase, I did get in touch with qpark who assured me that they would contact staff on site to sort it but everytime I returned to my car the drug users were there. Luckily my car didn't get tampered with
I had a problem with a forgotten 'Marketing' ticket today. Mr Morton (Parking Host at Vernon Street) was more than helpful - he arranged for payment to be made and the issue of a replacement card. Mr. Morton was polite, courteous and could not have been more helpful. The assistance was gratefully appreciated.
'Safe and secure car parks' we parked our car in one of there Liverpool car parks in February and have been left without a car because of parking it here. 4 windows smashed which we can't afford to fix and Q Car park couldn't care less. AVOID unless you want your car being broken. Disgusting. …
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - very misleading signage on window advertises hotel parking for £9 but does not state what hotels. When you go to pay they charge you 3x the price. Nobody on duty and intercom button gets no response. Save yourself a fortune and park at the NCP car park 10 metres up the road.
Although pre booked ,the code couldn’t scan so I had to pay again for the parking. No answer from anyone on the service call that could have helped. So annoying. Waste of money and time. Editing the review to confirm that after I posted a qpark rep emailed me and I received a refund
Love this car park! Really secure and when we broke down in the car park, the two staff members on site at the time were incredibly helpful and helped get our car started. Super friendly and it was really easy to call for assistance. Don’t know the two guys names but we love you!
Returned to my car at 5am this morning to find several homeless people in the stairwell slumped with their needles . One shouting abuse at me to get out . Not the secure location advertised and probably explains the reported smash windows. Yes I have emailed You QPark
A handy carpark for the city centre. I particularly like parking here as the security is really good - it’s only accessible with a parking ticket - I’ve always felt safe using it. It’s also really clean. It’s not the cheapest but it’s worth the money IMO.
Being semi-disabled and struggling with a package your employee Danielle Bennion went over and beyond her job description helping me in your car park . She is a credit to your company and should be rewarded for being so kind and helpful.
car park is going through building work, place is very dusty and dirty , most spaces are not availible as most floors are closed (only availible from floor 6 and up) not worth the money I pay every month to put up with this.
AVOIDD!!! Returned to our car and the window was smashed and glovebox open this is not a secure car park it is over run by drug addicts in stairwells breaking into cars for there next fix AVOID this car park at all costs.
And the award for the worst car park design goes to.. Q-Park! Come here if you fancy some challenging driving turns into tiny spaces. Oh yes and enjoy the bumper bash on the way out from the ridiculously angled exit ramp.
Good, clean and safe parking area.Located a few metres from the heart of the city centre of Liverpool.Good choice to park if checking in at Travelodge Central Liverpool.24 hrs parking, you pay £8 (after 60% discount).
Barrier to get out not great! Prebookings and tickets not being recognised. Help button is behind a metal fob so not obvious to spot if you need help getting out! Today there was a long delay getting out. Awful!
The only downside is that the electric car charging stations are useless! One of them is faulty for months and the other one is always blocked by people parking petrol / diesel cars at the wrong bays!!
Outrageous pricing. £22 for 12-24 hours and the prices are not on display where you would expect to see them. Victoria street car park, two blocks away is just as nice and costs £13 for 24 hours.
Great secure parking. We did have an issue trying to escape the car park as the barcode thing didn’t work correctly. A bit of to and fro on the intercom and we managed to negotiate our release.
Dan and Steve is literally are the best. I lost my work phone and the two legends found it and have kept it safe and took it back to my place of work for me!!! can not thank them enough!!!!
We parked at Dale Street QPark and Jeff and Kirsty came to our aid when we discovered we had a flat battery. They were fantastically helpful and very courteous. Thank you very much.
If you drive anything larger than a Citroen C1 then avoid this car park, the ramps are too tight and it’s really not fit for purpose, walls are covered in paint from victim cars
Drove in and drove out. Worst designed car park ever. I class myself as an experienced driver but blimey you have your work cut out in here, forget about stress free parking!
Would have given 5 stars... But its very tight going up and down the ramps. Apart from that it was very clean well lit and secure... Paid via parking app was a lot cheaper
£22 for less than 24 hours is scandalous. enough to put me off coming back to Liverpool. Parked also at capital car park overnight for £13.50 Definitely QPARK is a ripoff
Overcharged on prebooking. Don’t do it. Always check on site parking charges. Was charged double the actual cost to pre book over the actual price on site.
I would say a typical Q Park except for one thing, it was very tight, which is not exactly the reason I chose your carparks. Nice, wide and clean normally.
Excellent car park, centrally located. Fantastic service from Danielle and Terry who helped us after we had a flat battery, lovely, friendly people.
Centrally located car park with reduced rate for guests at the Doubletree hotel. It seemed very secure and was convenient for the city centre.
Very modern, brightly lit car park. The only issue I can see is that the up and down ramps are really, really tight. Watch your wheels, guys.
Parked there was no issue, great price. Had a bit of sweat with going up and down as its very narrow, so prepare if you have a bigger car.
Handy for the Travelodge and other hotels. Feels very secure. Not cheap but your hotel should give you a discount - Travelodge gave me 50%
Handy for getting to certain parts of town, but not a great car park. The lift never works, it feels quite dirty, and it is very cramped.
Was having a issue with paying in the machine and a member of staff called ste g was there to help. He was so nice and helped us out.
Ramps are very tight if you are in a bigger car and without hotel subsidising price would be very expensive for an overnight stay.
Left my battery on over night, called the number for help an ste g a worker was there in half an hour to sort me out …
Had a flat tire on my van had great customer service from danielle and mike. Would just like to say a big thanks to them.
Only £8 for over 24 hours if you get discount ticket from the travel lodge. Make sure you pick this up before you leave!
As carparks go, they seem that little bit better than others. Always clean, well lit and wide clearly identified spaces
I'm saying this with no sarcasm, this was probably the best equipped, cleanest and well spaced car park I've ever used.
Handy location, narrow parking spaces. My advise would be do not loose parking ticket or you will have to pay £22.
Had an incident with my van today. Help from Steve G..... he couldn't of done anymore for me. Thanks again Steve.
I’m not sure Google has the correct post code? We struggled to find the Car Park despite following the SatNav.
Rubbish payment system. Overcharged and double charged me. Was told to claim refund online - where? Shambolic!
Nice clean car park, very secure, as only accessible with your parking ticket. Staff on hand if any issues.
Excellent facility really clean and safe Steven R the parking host is extremely helpful and professional
Great place to park if you want to make sure your car doesn't get damaged. Can cost quite a lot though
Nice car park, but not suitable for vans..... It took me 10 minutes to get into it because too narrow.
Reasonably wide parking bays plus a loyalty scheme. Not bad. Shame they don't accept American Express.
This car park is very tight!!!!! Small to medium car's ok anything bigger it'll be a squeeze lol
Ok location but super expensive. I came from Manchester and the new road layout made it awkward.
24hr parking but rather expensive over two hours, not too far from centre if you like walking.
Had some issues with debris left near my car, Daryn quickly delt with it. Really appreciated.
Easy to find and so simple to use. Pre booking and payment - ANPR opens the barrier. Perfect
Decent secure parking. Queue to get out at rush hr isn't great, but not the car parks fault.
Easy access from the motorways, East lancs and tunnels. Reasonable rates for liverpool.
Great customer service from car park attendant Danielle we definitely use again.
Great place to park and Danielle was most helpful, she’s a credit to the company
Good clean safe and secure. Easy to use. Everything you want from a car park.
Convenient car park and excellent admin services provided by Ben and Heather.
I was confused about the payment and Stephen R was on hand and very helpful
Parking Host Steven G was very helpful and answered the questions I needed.
Had issue with my ticket Danielle and Mike sorted it out very quickly.
Good secure overnight parking in central Liverpool thanks all. Rob
Ramps are a little on the small side but a well located car park.
Q parks are brilliant, secure good rates and excellent locations
The bloke who was doing work on the place was an absolute star.
Good spot for city centre parking. Nice car park, easy to use.
Good location but not too much spaces and extremely expensive.
1. The lift has been out of action since November last year.
very good secure car park. easy to prebook and easy access.
Very secure, you need a ticket to access the car park area.
I found this to be quite secure carpark and decent price
Pricey but always space and good connections to tunnels
Was water running down a wall but other that that good
Far too tight in turning and the spaces are too small
Great spot to park the car. Easy access in and out.
I was not here will you please remove this place!!
Well situated and prices are fair for town centre
Secure car park. Good location. Helpful staff.
Expensive but secure and easy to use. No cash.
Very secure. £9 a night using hotel discount.
Very secure and clean. Spaces a bit tight
handy to get to L1 reasonably priced too
Safe parking area, recommended to us
