Had called up the store yesterday and asked for an order to be shipped to me since my suburb which is only 20 minutes away (Fawkner) is in lockdown. I was surprised and happy to receive my order today! (I had expected delays due to the virus) I would recommend this store to anyone book shopping. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable! My #1 shop for buying books.

I LOVE the GIRLS that work here.Absolute queens and give the best book recs that isnt just regurgitate booktok BUTTTT their management is disgusting! The manager has been creepy as **** with me and my friend (16-17 btw) and has asked multiple times for us to apply for jobs. I never go in when hes their anymore lol bye

Horrible customer service. Was in this store few times , last time was the worst. 3 staff members behind the register, with no customers waiting . We’re very reluctant to help , I have spent so much time looking for a particular author, and they kept chatting instead of assisting me . Will never go back to this store

After Borders closed down it's shops and less Dymocks stores nowadays QBD is really doing good. This particular store is small but do have good selection of books mainly fiction and kids books. They also do have other types of books. Staff are pleasent enough. Sometimes the books on sale is really worth it.

This QBD is the closest one to me and the service and prices are always fantastic. It's situated in a decent area of Pacific Epping as well, and while quite small, still has a decent selection of titles that will interest many booklovers. Recommended!

The sales they have are great and books not on sale are averagely priced, not really cheaper than other places but at least on par. It's always super busy and staff are usually unable to help much because of this but when i have asked

I went to there to buy a title that is available on their website but it was not on the shelf though. I realise that it's not necessary what's available on their website should be on shelf as well.

Super helpful staff and really friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have a book in stock they go out of their way to get it into the store for customers.

As regular customer with my kiddo, we are always happy with the staff that assist us with purchases and back orders. Very helpful and friendly team

Overcharged! Purchased 2 books at $19.99 ea on Friday, a brochure I had found in the bag said buy 1 get the other half price, ripped me of $10

People who work there are lovely and the books are cheap. My only issue is that the store has no air-conditioning
