What can help you make you babies first festival celebration better family going out for some good time and good food but this was not the good evening I had three items loved the nachos but not the both kind of chicken bowls there was runny water from beans it was originally dine in but had takeout as I was having my baby along customer service was not up to satisfying because the girls were talking about how it has been so long and she was no ware near to be done it almost felt like they don’t want to be there. My husband do not have very good English skills but he do understand however he prefers if the person who is attending him speaks the language that he does if not he somehow explain what he wants but not in this case he went twice to the court first asked for a side of hot sauce which he side in the language the girl can speak to but after asking 3 times he had to say in English do remember hot sauce is what he had said in English all 3 times same happened when he went to get container lids when we had to leave unexpectedly. If you are not allowed to talk in any other language please say it right away so your customer does not feel bad Let’s say if I had asked for same items but as a burrito instead of bowl then what if you are going to spend more than 50 dollars you will like to have some good food Two stars are only for nachos I’m sorry not going to come back

They finally tried to address issue only because I left a “1 star review”. I Keep having the same issue since this employee has been hired. For 2-3 years. Anytime she is there I don’t even get food. I just leave. Way Too stressful. Except on 5/28/23 as I was way to hungry. Didn’t wanna turn around and leave this time. I have emailed Corporate and none of them including the owner have done nothing to address it. District manager didn’t address any of the issues. Blamed me and said I had a personal vendetta. I didn’t even know her name till today.. Very biased and prejudice employees here. I can see why this place is very low quality. Even Ryan Morton who’s suppose to be district manager has a “vendetta” against me. He blamed me for their mistakes. Said they offered a free burrito. How’s that gonna fox the ongoing issue? She Can give away free food and cups and food containers but can’t give me a 5 cent bag. Place is a joke. No wonder the employees are always so sad. Nobody wants to work under incompetence.

We got them catered to our wedding on the 16th, food was good and everything except they charged us twice for a pre-authorized payment now they can’t stop the payment and we’re going to be stuck paying for both charges plus the interest fee on our credit card. We called them to get the payment off since it’s still pending so they said in 30 mins the manager will call. 45 mins later we get a call back to hear nothing from their end, we kept yelling hello to them then they hung up. When we called back, they claimed they called and we didn’t answer which is not true, what’s worse is that they told us to wait till Monday to get the money back. I’m not gonna wait till Monday to be overcharged on my account and dealing with the interest fee. We are overwhelmed with the money already, this should’ve been handled better. We’re gonna be charged over $1000 because of their mistake. UPDATE: they have reached out to us and resolved the problem immediately, they were kind and followed up with every step. I appreciate everything they have done to make up for it!!

Honestly, this place is too addicting for me to give an unbiased review. Reliably good Tex-Mex chains can be a but rare, but throw in Tex-Mex with Subway-style food ordering and you get exactly what you want with fantastic options and great service to boot. Worth mentioning are the 4 who often help me the most: Jass, Parveen, Shivani, and Hatinder. They not only remember my order and how I want it, but they're always very welcoming and helpful with any changes that need to be made on the fly. Can't recommend this place enough.

It was our first time to dine-in. The experience was awesome! We don't even know what we're going to order. Gunjan, Jass and their team were very helpful, accommodating and patient in making our orders. Gunjan even gave us free taste with the chicken. There was even an unexpected complimentary drink. Which was awesome!! Washrooms are clean, even the dining floor is spotless, another surprise! We will definitely come back and take friends next time. The experience was superb. Seldom to see a very friendly service like this at the Northside area. Thanks again guys!!!

Second time we ordered and food substandard. Tonight it was delivered to another place as we did not get it. So we dealt with that and reordered. The corn chips that were in our meals and side bag were so salty i would consider it toxic- and i like salt! You can visibly see more salt than chips on them. It ruined the meal entirely as they were in it too. May be hard to see in photo but white crust of salt is there. Probably will never order from them again. Too expensive for mush and salt!

It was our 1st time there and we had the best service!!! A young girl (i believe she was of mexican decent since she knew so much, and had the beautiful features as well)who was so cheerful and friendly and explained everything so well, how it tasted, if was spicy or not, etc, and she was so patient! So hard to find these days. The food was absolutely amazing . So many flavours but all complimentary of each other...i had a bowl and my husband a burrito . We couldnt even finish it was soooo filling! Highly recommended!!!

I used to love Qdoba. It was one of my favourite restaurants for years before it even opened in Winnipeg. I am so disappointed in how chintzy this place has gotten. Every time Ive ordered the same thing and almost every time a few months apart the portion size gets smaller and smaller. Today was the last time I will eat there. I asked for my quacamole on the side like I always do but now for whatever strange reason I can’t have that. It can be put in my bowl but not separate even though a few weeks ago this was not the case. This place is horrible and not worth your money for what you get anymore.

I am not a big fan of Mexican food. It's hit or miss for me. If it is prepared well, the food is very tasty. If not, it is disgusting. I went to Qdoba and ordered their steak bowl. The meat was half cooked and tasteless. I complained to the manager and he offered to refund my money with a $20 coupon. I went to Qdoba two weeks later, and tried the steak again. Again it was half cooked and raw. I would recommend that if you are serving that your servers take time to grill the meat properly. If it take 15 to 20 minutes or half an hour to do so, then do it, rather than serve half cooked raw meat.

Super large portions! It’s definitely quite expensive for a fast-food chain, but you really do get a ton of food — especially if you order an item that doesn’t need to be wrapped, like a bowl or salad. You also don’t pay extra for guacamole or grilled veggies, and the quality of each meat seems to be much higher than at other restaurants. Chips and queso are very plentiful as well. Salsas could be a lot spicier, but it’s the most consistent burrito joint I’ve been to that tastes great AND provides huge portions.

Went here twice in just last two days and had to review this one. They have amazing staff and all the ingredients are very very fresh and flavourful. At other places sometimes you can sense the shift in the attitude of the server when you ask to a thing or two on your bowl, not the case here!! Servings are generous and quality. I went there right before closing and they were running out of a few things, but they were totally polite about it and that matters a lot when dealing with customers. Over all 5 star for flavours and efforts!! Will definitely visit everytime I want Qdoba.

Qdoba is one of those cravings I need to satisfy once in a while. I’ve never ordered their bowls; I just stick with their burritos, especially the ones with the beef brisket base. Their toppings are pretty fresh and I love that they have things like fajita vegetables and cilantro. Pretty novel compared to other fast food vendors. Their nachos/ queso dip is also pretty delicious. This location also has one of those Coke fountain drink dispensers that let you add and mix/match flavours to your soda (e.g., lime, lemon, cherry flavour, etc.). Otherwise, pretty standard set up.

I actually get the salad from here quite often. Usually I'm happy with it. Today I ordered it from Uber Eats and I got it in under 15 minutes, which made me very happy. What didn't make me happy is that today there was rotten lettuce, rotten mushy and black moldy green peppers, a slice of rotten onion, and the shell bowl was stale and chewy and got quite soggy, which is normally not the case. I had several mouthfuls I had to spit out because I could taste the rotten foods. I got a refund but I find this troubling and will make me think twice b4 ordering in the future.

Sunny and all staff was excellent ! Really clean restaurant and friendly staff! They were quick to help and really patient as I took forever ordering and asking what was what. Really appreciated how awesome the service was and how my borrito was soo goood. Thanks all, see you again!

Great Mexican fast food joint. Even though the chain is American based, the local restaurants are very well run, clean and very predicable. Very good quality and selection. Even though it's not at Chipotle's level, it's better then Taco del Mar on average. Expect to pay $9-10 per entree and $3 for refillable beverage. They have the Coca Cola Freestyle, which is great especially if you have kids. Tons of choices. If you're on the email list they also have spontaneous BOGO deals too.

Very friendly staff, tasty food. About $25 for two people for our meal. We both had big burritos. They felt like a baby, they were huge. Probably 2 lbs of food. I didn't eat it all, although I'm sure I could have. I just didn't want to feel super full...know what I mean? I had the Diablo chicken and my uncle had the pulled pork. He said he's picky about Mexican food and really liked the food here, so that might tell you something. I'd give it 5 stars if it was a bit cheaper.

We went to celebrate 'Grandpa's' birthday with the family and it hit the spot! I loved my 3 cheese pulled pork nachos. Grandpa wished his choice of smothering sauce wasn't quite so spicy, but the burrito was great. The taco salads were perfect... The Show and Save coupons were a blessing (we're Winnipeggers) and it was as good as the Qdoba we fell in love with in Grand Forks! We also got a visit from the 'boss', checking to see if we were happy and we gave him a thumbs up!

Not great, meat was cold, rice was barley warm, they barley drain the beans before putting it on so its full of bean water they were almost cold. They don't even toast and warm up the burrito once its made. Really Cheese sauce, nope. I asked for shreeded cheese neved got it. Other fast food tex mex places are much better than this place..

Who told you that having guacamole and tortillas can be called a Mexican restaurant? The taco tortillas are cold, they break. the flour tortillas do not heat them, what kind of restaurant is it ??? It is the worst "Mexican" food I have ever had, because I have gone to other restaurants and they have been ok, but this one is nowhere near Mexican or Tex-Mex food, if there were 0 stars I wouldn't even give it that. Very disappointing and expensive. Sorry guys.

I had a wonderful catering experience, but went there for dinner and our burrito bowls were remarkably small. I don't even usually have a large dinner and we were both still hungry after our tiny burrito bowls. I also don't understand why all the salsas need to have so much cilantro if there is fresh cilantro there to add.

My wife love Mexican food so we visited Saturday Night. The staff was very friendly. Never seen such good cleanliness in a restaurant when its busy. There was this guy working on cash with poppy on his hat. He offered to bring our food to the table, Never seen such awesome service at a fast food restaurant. He even came to ask about the food and took our suggestions about the taste. Definitely on top of our list for weekends!!

Poor value. I tried to order some loaded up tacos due to the price and trying to get some value and you’d think they were running out of ingredients because the tacos weren’t even filled. I would’ve needed to order three orders to be full (which would cost nearly $55). Get outta here ordered the habanero salsa to hopefully have some spice and there was zero spice. This place is a joke and super overpriced.

Visited Qdoba for the first time lastnight about 10 minutes before close. The guy at the front was AWESOME! I wish I had gotten his name! It was my first time here as I said, so he explained how everything works and even gave me some great suggestions. The food was A+ and the staff was even better! Love this place, keep up the great work guys! Bad business motto in my opinion to only reply to the negative reviews..

Very good twist on fast food. Good value. Very good food and the staff was super friendly. They were happy to offer recommendations and even came to check on us to make sure we were enjoying our food like you would expect a server to do in a restaurant where they serve you. We did not expect this at a fast food restaurant. Much quicker than a lot of fast food places theses days too, and the place was very clean.

yesterday i visited qdoba at ellice, and it was my first time at this location. it was a great experience and the food was great. Jass was the one helping us and he’s truly a gentleman. we will for sure visit again

Just go to chipotle! This place is a wannabe with no substance. Thanks for the free guacamole however at chipotle they charge and it ends up the same price as qdoba. The chicken was flavourful however everything was not at the right temperature. The queso was just uncomfortably warm. Chicken and rice were room temperature. The rice was as flavorless as dainty canned rice.

The food is super delicious! Tacos with pork are my favorite I would like to improve the some service scripts, but in general it’s good! Feels like I want more Mexican atmosphere inside.

Service is always quick and staff are friendly. I usually get their 3 taco combo. The toppings on the tacos are generous and they have a wide variety of choices. Also lots of good choices for salsa, though I especially like the habanero for its spicy kick. Their tortilla soup is also delicious, either as a side or a meal in its own right, it's very flavourful.

Amazing.. cant go wrong. Maybe you might have a bad experience. But im very picky and this place has not gone wrong in any way. Super friendly staff. Great service. I mean simply the best. I have never had better "fast food" ever anywhere else in my life... the best part is walking in the door knowing even if i mess up my order im still going to enjoy it!!

Great food great value when you visit the location for either take out or dine in. But when you order from this location from Skip the dishes they tend to give very skimpy portions thought it was maybe a one time thing but happened again and again. Too bad cause they lost my respect and I I love the food and eat there a few times a week.

Tbh the burrito architecture is a little bit sub-optimal, BUT the food is dece and portions are great for the price, plus you can get local beer with your quick lunch. Five stars because it’s a great stop for quick food that can accommodate a grumpy vegan like me when I have to roll thru the Polo Park-adjacent retail hell area.

The food is OK. I personally find it a bit bland and lacking distinct flavors. The portion sizes are pretty large and filling but the prices are up there as well, at least for a fast food joint. Expect to pay around $13-15 for a burrito and drink. It is pretty quick as long as you avoid getting there when there's a line up.

Stopped in for a burrito bowl, so good, can't get enough of them. I'm happy that they have the mango salsa back. It's my favorite.

Have items on thier menu that they don't even offer. If you going to stop selling an item atleast change the menu in your resturant rather then be rude about it while it's still on your board not crossed out. Also very gross to see the resturant being cleaned in front of me over and near open food while I order

No idea why my comment was removed. For the price the food was sub par. Where as before you could pick what you wanted for the burrito bowl, now its little to nothing ingredient wise, and no flavour. Tacos were minimal at best. I suggest going to Sargent Taco Shop if you want good authentic Mexican cuisine.

Ordered from here via SkipTheDishes… won’t order from this location again…ever. It’s unlikely I will eat at the store… it took 78 minutes to get my order and when I did, the steak in my steak burrito was barely cooked… like so rare It was purple… you would think after over an hour, the meat would be cooked…

The food is amazing! So delicious! You can choose to make your tacos, nachos or whatever, different every time...Lots of choices of fresh, delicious ingredients and staff are super helpful, too. Won't go again. I went with some guys from work and was surprised at how expensive it was. I had a taco salad and a drink and it was 15 bucks, for lettuce with a little bit of toppings. For 15 bucks I could've gone to a real restaurant and not fast food. That being said, the beef tasted very good.

I eat qdoba way to much. It isn’t the most authentic Mexican food, but it is sooooo good. Staff is always friendly to the point where they definitely know who I am. I use coupons almost every single time I go here and I’m not even gonna lie I’ve saved hundreds of dollars because of the coupons.

Love this place. They used to have a menu item called "Craft two" which is smaller portion size but you get to try 2 items. It is not on the physical menu anymore but you can still request it. I usually get the chicken quesadilla & nachos. The shrimp promo in the summer months is great too!

The food is great and fresh, and the service is quick and friendly. It perfect for families who want a good quick meal. Or when you're a single minimum wage payed student that's looking for well priced food.(you don't have to be single to eat there btw) eather way 12/10 would QDOBA again.

I usually go at this place for my dinner as I live nearby, food is always fresh and staff is so friendly and polite to describe if i have any doubt regarding anything. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Quesadillas pack a nice punch of flavour! However, the burritos left something to be desired in both flavour and texture, as they are not grilled after wrapping, which leaves the insides lukewarm at best, but more often cold. Perhaps this is well suited to the burrito bowls instead.

Qdoba is bit pricey for sure, which is the only reason I can never really leave 5 stars. The burritos are pretty big, I wouldn't quite say they're worth the $13 (give or take), but they were pretty tasty.

Way too pricey for what it is - stale chips, fatty chunks in the meat, veggies not prepped well (big pieces of bell pepper was off-putting with every bite). I will say, the queso dip is pretty good, however, will not be returning. Could not finish burrito (rare for me!!!)

Staff is kinda rude, they seemed to be annoyed at anyone who comes in. Also sweeping the food area while all the food is exposed is not the best thing to do, or see. The pork though is fantastic, and the only reason I keep coming here, maybe the other locations is better.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but, the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about. They prepare their dishes extremely well and it tastes delicious. And, the manager is extremely nice and knowledgeable.

Love the queso. Like grabbing a quick bite here. Edit: the steak is so bad and so chunky. My husband and I ate in the restaurant and both felt like steak. Big mistake. They need to chop it up and it is so chewy. Terrible. The chicken is better. I had to remove a star.

Quality Mexican food, prepared the way you want it (Subway-esque fashion). Staff are really friendly as well. Prices are good too, and their rewards system looks promising. Make sure to get their app to start earning points from the start!

I’d rate 0 starts if I could. They ran out of cheese and emptied out the container of powder Into my bowl. Then they were extremely rude. They can’t even say “your welcome” or acknowledge a friendly thank you. Horrible customer service.

This is the closest you'll ever get to Mexican tacos and street fare. The dishes, the dressings, the salsas and quesos are delicious. Very tasty. The catering is awesome! The only thing they still can't get quite right is the corn

Thr food was quite good, but the menu was pretty thin. Good place for burritos, tacos or quesadillas but not anything deeper in terms of authentic Mexican food. Prices were generally in line with what most burrito places charge.

My fave for Mexican. Always taste great and don’t forget their valentines kiss deal buy one get one free. One less star for sometimes staff being cheap with their portions, really depends who’s serving you based on experience.

Finally decide to tried it the other day had the deal 10 for 3 taco. NOT big portion but still a good size tried 3 different flavor loved all forgot the names. Definally gonna stop by next time to try other flavors too!

As far as fast casual Mexican, this is pretty good. Quality is no better then its competitors, but portions are more generous and there is more variety in fillings. Layout is slightly puzzling to newcomers, however.

Good place to get some decent Mexican food. Also happy they have the mini burritos now. I'm making a note to order the bowl next time for myself. Always taking some from my partner's plate - it's so good too.

Very poor value. Except for the burritos, portions were exceptionally small. Flavour was very disappointing, not much taste at all. Ordered from here before, but this time it has very much declined.

It's my 4th visit there, I try to go to store twice in week.but I think won't go there again. Girls are super Rude there. But the boys are good. I will give 0 for CS for the girl prepping my food.

Good food for reasonable price. Go with the menu or customize. Worth the stop to dine in or take out. If you can't do that, use the many food delivery services and enjoy a hearty, healthy meal.

Food is good, flavours are a bit lacking. I find it quite expensive even with the use of coupons. 3 adults and a kid meal, only one fountain drink (using 2 coupons) and it was still over $26

I will never come here again. They stop selling burritos WHO DOES THAT?!?!? Update: Dec 24. They now make burritos again. And they are back to being amazing. Review updated to five stars.

Always has something delicious and filling. A bit pricier than other fast food but keeps you full and energized. Recommended for active people. Service was good and fast.

The food is delicious. The staff is great. This has become one of my family's new favourite places to eat. For the amount of food you get the price is pretty fair.

Ordered a chicken taco salad and it didn't have any lettuce. At all. That's just goo in a bowl at that point. Very disappointing.
