The store staff has very bad attitude. The evening shift girl always closes the store to customer at 10.30 putting notice board on the glass, which is not appropriate. Philps Store closing time is 11pm every where. I've come across several

Came to get gas at about 1:15 a.m. and the worker ignored us at the window. This location is supposed to be 24-hours.
