When my fiancee and I first moved in together in 2017, we moved everything ourselves and I promised myself we'd hire movers the next time. Fast forward to 2020 and we're moving again, so I look into hiring movers, and end up deciding to go with QShark. And I am SO glad I did! Robert and Yeli (I think that was his name?) did an outstanding job for us. They were quick and efficient despite the temperature that day being well above 100 degrees. They hustled and got the job done quickly, but at the same time were still so careful with our belongings that not one single item was damaged. Read that sentence twice--they disassembled an entire bedframe, and transported two large sofas, 3 bookshelves, 3 lamps, an entertainment center, two nightstands and 30-40 boxes worth of stuff and NOTHING was broken. I assumed for sure a couple things would end up broken, no biggie, it happens. But Robert and Yeli did such an excellent job that our entire move went off without a hitch, and all for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. If you're looking to hire professional, careful movers without breaking the bank or breaking a lamp, call QShark.

I called them based on my friend’s suggestions. 2 weeks before the move I contacted to change the date of the move (to one day earlier) they said im all set. I never received an email from them. While i was overseas, I called a 2-3 days before my move to just confirm since i had not received any confirmation email. The agent told me my move date had not been changed to a newer date, but she can do it now (wow). They scheduled me for an arrival window of 1-5pm. I told them i cannot make my move happen if they arrive later than 3:30pm since my storage unit closes at 4pm. They told me this is how it works with them. I ended up calling several places and finding another moving company that can commit to make my move happen. They kept contacting on the day of although i had told them i wont work with them! They caused me so much stress while i was so close to my move! Will never use them.

Don’t hire this moving company. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with one. First, they take an unnecessary and an unreasonable amount of time to move, they got here at 10 am and finished at 7 pm. Note the house they where moving the furniture to was less than 5 miles away. Causing much trouble and stress. To make matters worse, they break my fridge’s freezer, causing the guy there to take an extra hour to fix it, which he never did! Another hour wasted. Ultimately we fixed the freezer ourselves later. And the cherry on top, they left horrible scars in the wall, broke the railing for the stairs, and damaged belongings! Seriously what the heck? -2/10 I hope there is some way I can get a refund or discount.

Angelo and his helper were professional and on time. Angelo was a superstar and handled the entire move with urgency. He really cares about the company and reputation. He communicated prior to his arrival and while doing the work he was in constant communication about what he was going to do and was extra careful with all of my things. I went over my time but he really picked up the pace and made sure I understood how much longer they’d be. He explained the rate changes and was very polite. I highly recommend this company.

Such an amazing experience using QShark for our move. From start to finish. Jennifer was great in helping us choose the best truck size and number of movers. Joe and his team were friendly, communicative and worked so hard all day. We had a unique situation with a lot of tools in our cellar and a stop along the way to pick up some items at our office and then a steep driveway at our new home. They handled it all like pros! Highly recommend QShark!!

We had a great experience with Qshark today moving my daughter into her new townhouse. Theodore Castro and Spencer Hastings were the two team members that moved us. They were both very professional and extremely considerate. Both of them worked very fast and worked hard moving my daughter from a 2nd story apartment. They were the best movers we’ve ever had! Qshark should be proud to have these two on their team!

Qshark moving helped with my move. I can't say enough good things about them! They wrapped all my furniture and were careful not to damage my walls or furniture. I have used QShark twice now and have been very pleased each time. Ted and Carlos were great! The movers are professional, polite, quick, careful with your items and furniture, and efficient at both packing and unpacking. Rates are also super reasonable compared to other movers in the area. I suggest them anytime someone asks me for a mover.

I used Qshark to move all my stuff from storage in La to newport beach and the team of guys they sent were Awesome!! Martin,josh, and Nick were very personable and professional.
