Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was able to sample high-end headphones in my lunch break and just sit and listen to the tracks I wanted to listen to. Pricey equipment, but you get what you pay for including good advice on what to buy in the first place!

The fellow tried to sell me a Bose QC25 as a brand new QC35. I guess he thought I wouldn't know the difference..? Other friends have spoke well of this place though, so maybe that was a bad day.

Rang up and asked if they could check wear on turntable stylus, i was told yes. Drove to shop only to told they could not do it. Staff appeared to have poor knowledge of stylus.

As a newbie to the turntable world, Quantum was great and really helped me get something that suited my budget and needs. Very happy!
