I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent incident that occurred at your shop during our family's visit. We had come to try on hats, a simple and enjoyable activity, but the experience turned into a distressing encounter. To our shock, your staff or owner accused us of stealing a hat. We were accused without any evidence, and the owner even claimed to have checked CCTV footage, alleging that I took a hat and did not return it. This accusation was not only baseless but also humiliating. Despite our protests and the obvious fact that we had no stolen items on us, we were not allowed to leave. The situation escalated when the owner started recording my husband and me without our consent, violating our privacy. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the owner refused to apologize when it was eventually discovered that the hat was only misplaced. Such treatment is inexcusable, and I must express my disappointment in the lack of courtesy and customer service displayed during this incident. In all my years living in Sydney, I have never encountered such rudeness and disrespect. I strongly believe that no one should have to endure such an unpleasant experience at a place of business. If not my kids I would call the police.

I had run out of my script as had my wife. We are on holidays from WA I had also misplaced my safety net card so was going to have to pay full price for my very expensive vital medication. They rang my usual pharmacy in WA and solved all my problems. These people are true legends way better than any Marvel comic character.

The lady who served me at 5:02 PM was extremely rude. Asked for a medicine, gave me bigger box. I requested smaller one, she threw that off to me from one side of the counter to the other side. I will bring this up somewhere else too because this is terrible. We came there to buy the medicine but not get it for free.

A very obliging and helpful pharmacist. Stupid me left my medication and prescription at home in Ballina but thankfully Kevin came to the rescue and was able to fill it out for me. This ensured that I could have a healthy two weeks cruise. Thanks again Kevin

Great service Priced well Popped in yesterday and got served by Gim - she was tops and happy to help. If you need a pharmacy pop in here - don’t wait for a bigger shop with poorer service - there nice people and prices were good.

What a disgusting place to visit. Items are overpriced; displays the wrong tags and takes payments more than mentioned. Visit them if you want to get ripped off

Very higher price than the original price (five times higher), cannot be returned, refuses to print a receipt after several hours
