I have been coming to the pharmacy for over 6 months. I have had no trouble getting my prescription from them, and they are always available by phone when I need to re-order. On previous occasions, I have forgotten to re-order and they were able to offer me short term emergency prescriptions without any hassle. The staff are very busy but they always help the customers and I have had good service from them.

They keep giving me a brand of medication that I can’t swallow so I keep not taking my medicine even after specifying which brands I can take. I had to ask ok ‘i’ve paid you for my prescription but I’m out of medication as I can’t take it , now what ?’ Absolutely unacceptable. After going there twice to exchange the meds and being fed lies by the assistants and pharmacist assistant . Discussing !

I recently visited this pharmacy for some last minute purchases and found the staff to be very helpful and I was able to quickly purchase everything i needed in one place. The pharmacy stocks a wide range of products which is helpful for last minute shoppers who are also in a rush like me. Convenient location, helpful staff and well stocked especially during these difficult times.

I went in to buy some beauty products and I must say I came a cross a variety of different amazing products. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful and I was also given advice on how to hydrate my dry skin. Thanks to all the staff you guys are giving 100% excellent customer service. Alpa is a very kind and knowledgeable pharmacist. I have had trouble getting a drs appointment for myself or my child on several occasions and she has always gone out of her way to give us help and advice. I am very greatful to her and for this reason will only visit this pharmacist. Highly recommended

Always Amazing! Pharmacy team worked super hard through lockdown to keep us all going. A real treasure to have in our local high street. My only request would be that they had Sunday opening.
