As we checked out and after we paid, their system froze and we had to spend 20 minutes getting the computer to restart, rescanning all the items, and causing huge delays for everyone trying to pay. Instead of immediately opening up a second register, managers forced everyone to wait and made themselves look foolish. Systems break - instead of making excuses, find solutions.
