Oh i'm awfully sorry, I though this is the salon that I visited before and they were asking for a good review. I'm sorry about that. Anyway, I've been to this salon yesterday and my lash tech roxy is so great. She always make sure that my lashes are wonderful and perfect in every angle. Credits to her for the efforts she does everytime i need to get my lashes done. I'm always inlove with the results. Also, she's always lovely and free when I need an ASAP appointment with her. Moreover, plus points to this salon because it's just walking distance from my house.

The salon is made up by multi award winning lash artists who genuinely care not only for the health of your lashes but ensure that the lashes/brows suit your desired look and what suits your face. I'm always so thrilled with the results. The staff are professional, and the atmosphere is relaxing, beautiful and clean. My lash technician paid great attention to detail, delivering natural-looking and long-lasting extensions. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely recommend!

I have been using Queen Lashista for five years and I would never go anywhere else. The service advice on after care and professionalism has always been amazing. I am so impressed by the new salon and the fact it is a one stop shop for all beauty needs is amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the salon is a beautiful place to visit. Mingma is the sweetest, friendliest and most professional lady that’s ever done my lashes. She does them to how you like as well, besides suggesting what would suit your face and eye shape better. The lash retention is so good. My lashes barely fall out when I wash them regularly. Ladies, if your are running late, she’s so understanding. I’m even excels in doing your lashes within the time slot and sometimes with time to spare. Cannot fault her - highly recommend

Have been seeing Karolina for over a year, she is so talented. I've never seen a nail technician who does nails to such a high standard and tells you about proper nail care. They last for 4 weeks with no chips or breakages most of the time. My nails are long for the first time in my life! I also see Mingma for my eyelash inserts, such an amazing high standard and so friendly. Both are so experienced and knowledgeable about their work. 10/10 stars ✨

Individual lashes and Eyebrow tattoo Roxana is amazing Not only is she thorough and knowledgeable of her craft, she loves it and continues to improve and develop to provide a wide range of all things eyes and eyebrows. I’ve just got back from having a manicure (gel overlay with gel colour on top) and I am so beyond ecstatic with how they turned out. Karolina put so much attention to detail into the manicure and educated me along the way about the care of my nails. She put so much time into the prep and it’s really paid off because they look fab! She’s also super lovely and I can’t recommend enough!

I've been getting my lashes done here for nearly a year now, I used to get them done at Allure down the road but would recommend queen lashista over them as the vibe feels friendlier and more personable. I get mine done by Mingma, she always gives me the most gorgeous lashes plus she's really friendly and makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Mingma is honesty the best lash tech I’ve found I’ve been to a couple as I wanted a certain look and length and never felt listened to and the others would just do what they were used to doing but mingma always gets it right I constantly get compliments on them and they don’t look fake xx just lengthy and wispy xx thanks mingma

The process was okay but started to hurt in the middle, my lashes haven't still fully fallen off which is weird. They're EXTREMELY close or even on my water line which sometimes hurts. I can't use cream or simple eye cream on my lids because whenever I use these where my lashes and eyelids touch or meet it gets swollen.

Gemma did my hybrid lashes on the 6th of December and was lovely. They have been going strong for 4 weeks, lasting through a weeks holiday (swimming etc). I have never had lashes last this long. Already booked my next appointment for January, but I may have to push it back as they have lasted so long!
