If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would I don’t normally write reviews but this one I have to. I am absolutely appalled with the customer The Bumi girl (whatever her name is) Is extremely rude and should not be working as a pharmacist. I called to speak to the manager she refused and claimed she was the manager. (I know she is not) She does not know how to talk to people. her customer service is disgusting. Refused to give me emergency medication when I know I was entitled to it and was clearly on my notes if she looked at it properly. I had to ask her what to do next since. And said if I have another asthma attack, she replied call 999.. I shouldn’t have to. The young lady is a nasty person who doesn’t care about anything. She has caused me so much stress and anxiety. On a better note I went to another pharmacy not too far from there and the doctor said I do not need a Prescription and was very helpful. I was able to collect it at soon as possible. I work in a private clinic and I do not treat any of my clients with such poorly behaviour.

I have to say hand on heart that I have had the best experience at Queens Road Pharmacy. The service there is top knotch, the staff are exceptionally polite and help with everything. There is one member of staff that unfortunately didnt find out his name, but, when I went to the pahrmacy yesterday, he was there helping me and taking my prescription out to my car for me. Today was no exception, I parked outside on the disabled parking and proceded to go into the pharmacy, I didnt see the young man who had hold of my prescription ready to bring it to me, I didnt expect this at all. This young man is an asset to Queens Road Pharmacy. Thank you Jon Taylor, I strongly recommend that anyone in the area to use this Pharmacy

Really appalling customer service. I went here after being referred by 111 earlier in the morning. 111 said to get there for 8am as soon as they open so it can get seen to and in case I needed further treatment. They were not open at 8 due to the pharmacist turning up late and the woman behind the counter was exceptionally rude. When the pharmacist did arrive she made a rude comment about me. In all honesty, these people should not work in this industry. People rely on pharmacists and doctors to be kind when people are unwell and feeling vulnerable. The people working here are nothing but rude and the service is beyond unsatisfactory.

Some of the rudest, incompetent and careless people I’ve ever had the displeasure encountering, one of the women behind the counter was too busy looking at her phone to be bothered to actually look up my prescription and told me it never arrived, had to wait days to be told they actually did have it all along. And on a separate occasion again after being told a different prescription wasn’t there and having to wait 15 minutes because they can’t serve more than 1 person at a time, I’ve been charged twice? Honestly just don’t bother with this lot go to the pharmacy in Sainsburys up the road instead. They all obviously hate working there

This chemist is disgusting !!!! I M disabled with varies life threatening illnesses, every week without fail there is something missing from my orescription THAT I MAY ADD THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO REQUEST!! I RING EVERY 2ND DAY TO CHECK ITS ORDERED THIS WEEK AFTER TELLING ME THEY HAD ALL MY MEDICATION I HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH OUT 2 MEFICATIONS THAT CAN NOT BE STOPPED SUDDENLY AND ITS BANK HOLIDAY AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I CAN DO??? I AM SO SO ANGRY!!!!!!

Liars. Lost my prescription twice after the GP sent it across. Claimed they had never received it even after the GP receptionist had physically visited the store to confirm that they had it. Incredibly rude staff who laughed at me when I asked them to look for a third time, and didn't even apologise when they finally found it. Lloyd's round the corner are so much better!

I have been told to wait, was waiting for nearly 10 min eventhough there was no people inside just me and 3 staff members. I was told that they are too busy to help me out! Horrible experience, zero customer service skills. They all need training. How can't you serve one customer in front of you??! It used to be much better service but now is far below the expectation.

The staff is just unprofessional and run with ( kids ) and kids are rude & with big attitude. Always missed or order late my son medications . Manager( nasreen) is nice and really helpful but the kids(Girl) is just on her head. Speak like a manager. Better change the staff or teach the staff how important there job is .

I really want to support independent local businesses but it is difficult when they don't accept contactless payments below a certain amount when you don't have any cash on you. I went a couple of doors down to Lloyds Chemist and they were happy to help. Won't be going back to QRP unfortunately.

There are two pharmacies only a few doors apart but the service is like night and day. Friendly staff are efficient and will try to help you deal with the fact your GP hasn’t done something and the opening hours are really long/ you can rely on being helped late into the evening.

I've been having trouble getting a repeat prescription for the last couple of weeks and when i call in to speak to whoever answer the phone has no people skills even when i go in to collect my order and its always been wrong. I know gone to using LLoyds pharmacy instead,

Take super long to give out prescriptions and make people wait outside in the street and are a little rude and snarky for no reason. Who wants to be waiting on a new cross street for medicine like a addict

Rude and utterly useless staff, simply can't be bothered to help. Have reduced people to tears in front of me which is a ridiculous way to run a service people use when they're in need of help

Both the pharmacist and the other lady were so nice and helpful. They were also very informative about the medicine and gave great advice. Also late opening hours so it's perfect. Thanks.

Pandemic profiteers. Back when Covid first hit, they took the opportunity to sell tiny bottles of hand sanitiser at 5 times the usual cost. Pillars of the community right there.

Terrible service and overpriced goods. Refused to fulfil my prescriptions from doctor next door on the grounds they didn't want to make a mistake. Spurious reasoning....

Very bad customer service. On top of that it is dirty and messy inside the pharmacy and outside!! Could clean up in and out as a basic respect for customers!!

Little confused.. I came down today to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy is unexpectedly closed with no explanation!

TO CLARIFY: From 8pm till closing, the pharmacy isn’t fully accessible. You can only speak to staff through the window.
