I had previously left a positive review for these ,however after a recent visit I have to change it, for while previously they were good recently they charged for several things that simply weren't touched for example they charged for a new upper control arm,yet car had exactly the same one on when collected,with no sign of even a new bushing, they left front droplinks loose another thing in the list of items they would attent to .these are all statements of fact,I also suspect the oil fill cap was left undone and ajar and the water separator valve on fuel filter looseened to create imperssion of an issue . Incredibly disappointed after several previous positive visits Just to add they also disconnected the dashcam before starting "work". Funny that

Chris was absolutely great couple months back I took my mums clio to him for mot and any work it needed When I dropped the car off he got the car straight on the ramp and cracked on He also invited me to see under the car as the previous garage that my mum used said they done loads of work, upon Chris inspecting the car the previous garage obviously had my mum over cause she’s a women :( Chris and Steve mended the car and got it through its test No hassle or quibbles they cracked on and got it sorted Highly recommend this garage for any work the main thing that I was impressed with if your a man or women fully knowing about cars or not having a clue they don’t have your pants down and charge for work they don’t do!! Highly recommend boys thankyou

Had my MOT done today (had my service with them a few months ago and have been previously before) and both went without a hitch within the given timescale and I was kept updated throughout. I missed my initial appointment due being on holiday and family becoming unable to assist and Queenswood were understanding/empathetic and let me simply rearrange at no extra charge. Great range of services at great prices from a lovely, warm and reliable family run business. I cant fault them at all. I haven't been anywhere else since these were recommended to me and as long as they are here, I'll only go here. 12/10, will recommend until the cows come home!! Chris and Steve have done many of my cars for the past 2 years now ranging from services to new brakes, also fitted a new engine into a 1.0 focus for me, polo clutch, focus diesel gearbox turbo and injector, also a couple tyres throughout the year all at a great price too Both great lads and always fast and reliable service No job is ever too big or too small :) I change my cars more then my socks so Believe me they have done plenty for me :) if your thinking about using them for any car repair work/ mot/ or anything else don’t hesitate 5* review from me Keep up the good work boys

Visited Queenswood for the first time having had too many bad experiences at Parkside in Beeston. Queenswood's staff were really friendly, my Hyundai's full service was done quickly, communication was great, happy to not be charged hundreds for fake problems. Queenswood fixed an issue I had noticed in the price of the service, though I had flagged some brake squeaking and they didn't find any issues even though my brakes still squeak now. Overall very happy and will return!

I have taken my cars and vans to Steve and Chris since they were in Meanwood and wouldn’t take anything anywhere else as nothing seems to be too big or too small of a no (trust me on this - I have tried both!) Reliable and affordability mixed with top work and friendly welcoming equals a company I would always recommend and reuse. My family also take their vehicles to Queenswood Service Centre and all pretty much say the same thing. 5 stars for a reason!

Absolutely great work and customer service provided by Queenswood Service Centre and Chris when I recently took my Kia Sportage in for a high mileage service and brake disc and pads change. Would highly recommend for any vehicle work you need. Work is done quickly and the prices are very reasonable compared to other garages or dealers in the area. I booked online for an mot and to have it collected, I received an email letting me know when it would be collected and they were on time. Everyone I spoke to was polite and friendly. There was some work that needed doing which was completed the same day for a good price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I'm glad I've finally found a good garage and will definitely be back in the future.

Enquired about having a full car service via the website 29th January. Still not heard anything back (its now 5th feb) according to Google they reply within an hour. Looks like my faith in garages still hasn't improved. Anyone know of any good garages in West Yorkshire?
