I Found there were a few problems there are no lamps near bed so you can not reach light switch from the bed and the microwave and all crockery is in the overhead cupboards so can not reach them from wheelchair also the dryer is up on the wall out of reach so not very wheelchair friendly the carpets are dirty with a lot of stains and the quilt on the bed was stained and dirty the bed was hard and in my option in need of a new one I used my own bedding due to the state of what was provided the in house cleaners missed taking dirty towels and emptying garbage in the 10 days I stayed there the floors where not cleaned the wifi is limited to 1 GB so can not stream a movie and they have no Foxtel in the accommodation as stated all it has going for it is the bathroom. It’s not a place I would stay again

I loved the location, it was central. Short walk to restaurants and the shopping centre. Beds were comfy and our joined rooms made for a great space for our family of 4. Kitchen appliances worked well and we were able to make a decent home cooked meal. Internet was fast - actually, now I think of it fairly sure I forgot to log out of our Netflix oops. Would be 5 stars however the water pressure is practically none existing in this place from our experience. Thankfully we had two showers to choose from! One of them leaked so badly out of the tap that no joke more water streamed down the wall than out of the shower head. I'd hate to see inside the wall of that apartment. I filled in the maintenance form, hopefully it gets actioned as I'm sure if it doesn't you guys may be up for a new bathroom! That aside, highly recommended thank you

We originally booked a two bedroom apartment, the first night they said there was an issue and they split us into two studio apartments and for one room we were next door to very loud people till late at night and from 5:30am, you can hear everything the people in the next room are doing. Upon the next morning complaining about the issue nothing was done and later that day we were moved into the room we paid for. A bit unhappy with the first night as it wasn’t what we paid for and it was a horrible night sleep for the room next to the loud people. In the 2 bedroom, the shower handle kept falling off and the dryer when we went to use it was filthy and I had to clean it out prior to use. Also the stairs are not older people friendly.

Where do I start. Parking is advertised but you don't get a parking spot. Even if they did it would be 30 dollars per day. Trip hazards, wardrobe doesn't slide and the majority of people here are permanent residents. It's a rough neighborhood so parking was a must. Oh and then the staff shortages so they don't clean yr room. That's OK but having wet towels and no refills of shampoo etc.for 200 plus dollars per night. Could they at least put some dry towels at the door. Only saving grace is I work for a large organisation in procurement, so at least I can get this removed from our preferred hotels! Can't believe this place gets good reviews!

Never stayed in such a disgusting place before. Sheets were dirty, urine and blood stains on mattress, no surfaces had been wiped down, stained towels, bathroom was filthy, shower was mouldy, fridge and stove were gross, yellow drip marks on wall and bed head. Hotel staff continued in after my mum asked them to come back in 5 as I was getting dressed, asked for clean sheets and they replied with ‘maybe tomorrow... we’re just servicing today’ only good thing that happened was a lady (assuming a staff member) helped carry mums bag up the stairs. All in all would NOT recommend staying here, I think I would prefer to sleep in my car.

Checked in to the first room, found the neighbours very noisy so requested a move that was happily granted. The new room was very tired and run down, not just the room but the whole area getting to the rooms. A new paint job is needed everywhere inside and out the rooms. In the actual room there is a burn mark on the wall behind the tv, two shower heads with no control to turn one off and no pressure in either, mouldy tiles and a rusty soap holder. There was hardly any toilet paper left on the roll and no extra. I appreciated being able to be moved at last minute but this place is very run down and needs a face lift urgently.

location is good. rooms are kept clean and tidy. Reception very helpful . 2 issues . 1st being, no reception if you are arriving late. I could not stay st night as my flight was late arrival, so you can't check in. 2nd being the stale smell of BO, (body odour) left by the cleaners . I raised this issue discreetly to reception, as the cleaners did a good job. on one day there were 4 cleaners in my room on cleaning exercise. the smell was so bad. I was nearly throwing up with smell. doors, Windows air con were all switched on and i waited on balcony untill safe to enter. don't let this put you off as I think and hope staff will deal with hygiene.

Really noisy neighbours late at night and early in the morning. Loud voices mainly and paperthin walls. On a positive note, TV reception and wifi are good, staff friendly and housekeeping did a good job. All considered I would not stay here again, not a good experience.

Amenities are okay, a bit tired, but sufficent. Hardly the 4 star as it is fairly basic. The shower is pathetic, not much more than a trickle. If that's a water saving measure then it fails, as it takes 5mins to adjust the temp before I could even get under it.

Got cold during the night, went to get spare blanket from cupboard but there was none. See through blinds (at night time) on living area windows. Stains on lounge. There was a locked door in the hallway which leads to adjoining apartment for if ever someone wants adjoining rooms-the noise that comes through that door is appalling - could hear neighbours conversation and tv clearly word for word. Apartment was nice and roomy and friendly counter staff only positives.

Easy check in, friendly staff. Easy close parking to my room. Asthetically the room was nice, had a one bedroom apartment, nice out look to the park, large lounge and bedroom. Good location and quiet. Considering covid and just general hygiene there was no detergent, no hand soap, no sanitiser in the room. I wiped every surface before use and it was disgusting, think they just make the bed and empty bins because the place was dirty. Bottle with cigarette butts on balcony, blood spots on sheets, mouldy shower. Nice room just filthy!

Staff were extremely friendly, especially the housekeeping and Gary the maintenance man. Felt very comfortable. The facilities are a little run down and the cooking items in the apartment were lacking. From previous comments it looks like the rooms are due for an upgrade, but really just a new couch would have made it so much better and some new cooking equipment. Otherwise location was perfect and the room serviced everything else we needed including a nice big bath!

Staffs are friendly and the room was clean and tidy but the whole experience was ruined for us because there is no privacy between the next door room and the room we stayed in. The only thing separating both rooms was a thin wall and a common door which let the sound pass through. We could hear their conversation as if we were in their room. We even heard them snoring all night. You pay for a hotel room and endup having a camping experience.

Very good experience with the place the exceptional position in the city close to multiple amenities such shopping centre, restaurants ,beaches. Staff are friendly and provided exceptional service. The apartment size is very roomy and the layout very good for big families

Reading previous reviews I was a bit sceptical but a found we had a Fantastic large room in a great location. Close to town but lovely and quiet. Service from all staff amazing. A few small maintenance things but we’re fixed when advised. Free car parking which is a a bonus. We will be back for sure.

Not a bad spot, clean tidy and safe. But disappointed with the kitchen facilities. Have an oven but no oven trays and limited cutlery. The room had a coffee machine supplied with only two pods, we stayed 5 days and they never supplied anymore pods. Given the location and surrounding area I thought it was quite expensive.

The mattress was so hard and the blanket has urine stains all over it. A very basic accommodation however lovely staff throughout our stay. OveralI can not believe this is considered a 4 star hotel

Here for 5 nights for work, in 1 bed apartment. Checkin was friendly and rooms serviced daily. Appliances and apartment does show sign of age but is clean and comfortable. Full kitchen and laundry amenities in apartment. Complimentary WiFi available. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

I felt very uncomfortable & cramped, the bed was like lying on a slab of concrete, the bathroom was just plain ridiculous, stepping in/out of the deepest bath to have a shower. Obviously management have never stayed in or used one of these cells. Way to many faults to mention here...

We had a pretty rough experience with our house being made unlivable and stayed at Quest Frankston as temporary accommodation. The staff at Quest Frankston were professional, kind and understanding of our situation and went above and beyond what I would expect. Thank you.

Cheap, and it shows. It's easy to miss the entrance. When we got there house cleaning was just rushing in to check it was clean. Big brown obviously freshly "cleaned" stain on the floor. Very slippery weak bath shower combo. Just felt kind of dingy.

1st room we were but In still had blood on the carpet wasn't impressed at all. Then after we spoken to them they put us in an other room it had a slit up grade would of like a view but just walls

Very bad experience staying here. They call it 4 star but the services were pathetic.. Dirty linen, old white goods, smelly oven and gas. Huge noise in the rooms due to some motor or something in the roof.

It's a decent apartment accommodation with friendly staff. You need to check with staff for after hours check-in, but clear instructions are provided.
