Edit: owner called to apologize about communication gap and explain delays. Apparantly there were extra repairs on the laptop that he was not expecting that he went forward with without consulting me. I am updating review from 1->3 stars in good faith. Hopefully communication returns to suitable level. In any case I appreciate the service. Original review: I would not recommend doing business here. They lied about their time estimate and never warned me about delays for almost two weeks. Here's the full story. The company quoted me a couple hours to repair my laptop, they'd call me. I called two days later as I hadn't heard from them and it still wasn't done. They said pick up tomorrow, max two days. This repeated several times with them saying 'pick up tomorrow, we'll call you' until over a week later, they made me pick up the laptop from a partner store uptown in the pouring rain. As for the repair, I am grateful for the service and low cost. It was completed well except for a dent in the casing. All in all I would encourage this business to provide estimates and keep customers informed of changes to estimates or else potential customers should find another store to do business with.

UPDATE: I just found out that they also broke the vibration motor, AND gave the phone back to me with internal screws missing. If you go there for a repair, get them to promise you they're not going to make any mistakes. I think that for phones, it's pretty much a chop shop and I'm not sure they were honest with me about where they were getting parts from. (The told me they had to order parts for my repair, but twice when I went in, there was some dude hanging out talking with the staff about parts he had in his "phone graveyard.") They also made two major mistakes with my repair, prolonging the repair by about a week. I eventually got my device back and--knock on wood--it's working, so I'm not gonna categorically say "don't go there," but again, make them promise to you verbally (or more formally) that they're not gonna make any unnecessary changes any parts unrelated to your problem--accidentally or intentionally. I hate giving negative reviews but I don't want anyone else to have the stress I had. Not looking for their business to suffer; I'd be happy to see them succeed if they never/virtually never cause others the problems they caused me.

Exercise extreme caution when considering Quick Repair for data recovery services if you value your data and sanity. They failed to recover my data and returned the device. When I sought help from Best Buy, they restored the data, which turned out to be Quick Repair's instead of mine—indicating that this shop probably inserted their hard drive into my laptop by mistake. It took approximately six weeks and numerous phone calls and in-person negotiations for them to could not find my hard drive and ended up offering me unsatisfactory compensation. The worst customer experience I have ever endured.

My phone was broken they thought it was my screen and gave me the price. When he opened my phone it wasn't the screen it was a much easier cheaper but he called me and let me know. So grateful they were honest and didn't rip me off cause I would not have know. 100% will recommend to everyone.

I am from the west coast, here for a week with family and my computer screen stopped working. The service was wonderful and I would highly recommend. This place they went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get my computer back within a very reasonable time Frame.

BE SURE TO CLARIFY YOU WANT AN APPLE SCREEN because the $180 they charge will give you something much worse. Then they’ll charge you even more than that. The screen they replace it with is sub par at best. They did repair the phone at least, at a cost $35 less than apple

Quick repair is a access point for UPS deliveries. I chose them because it's convenient for me to go to on my way home from work. My package was refused and sent back to the shipper. I called quick repair but there was no answer.

Fixed my phone in about 30-40 mins. Was an iPhone 8 they charged me $75. Seemed a little expensive but they gave me a free screen protector for leaving this review. And my screen is too.
