I have always had good experiences with QT... But this one in particular gave me the best experience yet. The cashiers were super fast, and genuinely kind, AND helpful in helping me make a QT kitchen order. The food was great, but the service was even better! Keep up the good work guys! I will definitely be back here again soon

The pumps here don't work. I tried to pay outside. Couldn't get it to work. The pay credit here button wouldn't operate. So I went inside and paid $100 to fill up my truck of diesel. I went outside to the pump and it still wouldn't work. I had to cancel the hundred dollar transaction. Now it's time to fill up at QuikTrip.

I placed large pretzel order 2 hours in advance, I get there and they were not made because they did not have gloves. They didn't bother to let me know that the kitchen was not operational, plus I got the "corporate aplogie" from 2 employees. Panhandlers and beer thieves are very common. Usually have fast casheirs.

I've worked in customer/client relations on all levels throughout my career. The cashier, Bella, is the picture perfect definition of impeccable customer service. She was attentive, explanatory when necessary, quick, considerate, and made one feel like a person rather than a "next". *F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S.

What happened to this store! Worst QT I have ever been to. Filthy dirt inside and out. Literally stuck to the floor walking to the register. 4-5 fountain drinks were out. Grabbed a biscuit couldn’t even bit through it! Panhandlers in the parking lot, trash all over. Avoid this place.

Very well stocked convience store. Lots of gas pumps, so I've never experienced any backup in that section in the entirety of QT's operating in this area. Public restrooms are usually very clean and have sanitary items to keep people clean and healthy. Very good store.

I'm a single dad of 2 trying to stay in a hotel and for some reason I went to this QT on Sunday. I meet a guy there named Randy and as well as some of his staff and we were able to keep our room and eat. We thank you so much for the blessing!!! You won't be forgotten..

Usually have great experiences at all QT's and go to this one almost daily. The girl working behind the counter where the milkshakes are made, had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. Terrible attitude terrible milkshake. Hope her day or live improves.

Clean and busy. But the workers are not the friendliest compared to other QT's and there is neevveerrrr paper at the gas pumps. It's annoying because I had cars for my job and then I have to go inside and wait in a long line just to get a receipt.

The company and store in and of itself is great. My large issue is that I never feel comfortable going here due to the amount of panhandlers outside of the store. I understand many people are in hard times and I give as much as I can but

I stopped to get ice cream and use the bathroom, you could see they are out of gas. They were rude and told me I could not use the bathroom because they were cleaning them. Mind you I was there only customer, but not anymore or ever again

Customer service is terrible. Young black male cashiers argue with and go back and forth with customers when they've made a mistake. They should keep quiet, fix the issue, and keep going along with their day. Also, the pumps don't work

This location has really gone downhill over the past couple years. QTs are typically known for having clean restrooms, but they are filthy here. The rings in the toilets and other nastiness tells me they haven’t been cleaned in weeks.

I was standing in line to pay and me and this other guy got to the line at the same time so the cashier called for him to go up and I didn't mind but then this other lady got in line too and instead of calling on me that same cashier

Please, can you avoid closing the Kitchen in the middle of the day on a Saturday? WaWa and Sheetz do not do that. I know labor is tight, but I question having a kitchen at all if it's closed at random times.

Convenience Store with many gasoline pumps and a kitchen for hot food. They also have a roller grill, grab & go sandwiches, pizza and salads. They have coffee and fountain drinks too.

Great staff but QT please try amd figure out a way to keep paper in the pumps for receipts so I do t have to go stand in a long line for one when all I needed was gas

Polite and prompt staff, always crush lines quickly. I'm impressed every time. Most recently went out of their way to correct a super minor issue.
