By far the worst QT I've ever been to. I've probably been to 15+ in the valley. It's 50/50 if I'll be greeted when I walk in. They are constantly out of Copenhagen Pouches. Whoever does their ordering needs some retraining. If it's a computer, it needs to be reprogrammed. I was there yesterday and the line was six deep. It took the lady three times to call for "help up top" before some guy casually walked up to help. This is a regular occurrence here when the line is backed up, very slow to help. About a week ago I was there and standing at the counter waiting to be helped while the cashier was carrying on a casual conversation with a customer. Yes, their transaction was complete. They appeared to be just chatting with a friend while I waited patiently. I know all of these are not what QT expects, but this is par for the course at this QT. Unfortunate because I live in the condo's right behind it. I needed an energy drink tonight and instead of walking over, I got in my car and drove to Circle K on 16th and Bell.

Ill never come back to this locatipn. Angela, a worker who claimed to be the manager, refused to give me the change left on my gas pump. My gas gauge doesn't work properly so occasionly when i go to pump gas my husband has already filled it so my tank is full. I always pay with debit for this reason. So tonight i happened to be using a prepaid debit card and threw it away after i paid, so I go back in and ask for MY money back and With a smile on her face, Angela tells me to go dig threw the garbage to find the card because she is not giving me MY money back in any other form. GO DIG IN THE GARBAGE?! I am absolutly appalled, is this how you are trained to treat customers ??! Ive had the same thing happen at this same location one time before and since i used debit they did not have a problem giving me my change. I have never written a bad review on here but i am absolutly disgusted with this location and the person the have running the place.

I like frozen cappuccino. I have purchased many times from QuikTrip. I bought a frozen cappuccino here on November 12th between 18:00 and 19:00. It was much lighter than normal. The taste was creamy, like a shake. I asked the staff member at the register if the machine was broken. He charged me money for the frozen cappuccino machine without checking. Checking the problem is very easy. For customers who report problems, he never confirms the problem and charges them money for defective items. I like QuikTrip. I don't know if this is due to QuikTrip's education. I go to QuikTrip in many places, but this is the first time I've had an experience like this. I'm curious if he checked the machine or reported anything after that. I'll try to report if nothing changes. We look forward to the future growth of our black-haired male staff. The other staff members provide good customer service. Thank you!

Staff very nice. I always go here any time of the day or night and I always feel safe. Once our car ran out of gas and an employee offered his gas can for us to use to start back up. Then we came back to return the can and filled up there too. I appreciate great customer service. Especially when a worker goes a little extra to help someone in need. He didn't need to do that for us but he did. So I'll always use this qt . I've been coming here for 3.5 years and never had a problem. Great job!

QuikTrip is the greatest convenience store on the planet. Always clean always well-lit. The people are friendly. Most of them now have a quick trip kitchen which offers really good fast food. And I think they all have the roller grills with hot dogs and taquitos and all kinds of different treats. Like maybe a corn dog. The restrooms are always clean. They have a great selection of snacks and drinks. There's soda fountain has tons of choices.

Don’t know what I would without QuikTrip in my life. I’ve traveled across this country and have seen many gas stations and nobody comes close to Quiktrip. They are the most organized and well planned stores. Well trained employees who can ring up multiple customers at once and get you out fast as possible. I’ll drive past Chevron. Circle K. and 7-Eleven any day just to fuel up here. Thank you Quiktrip and all you do for our neighborhoods!

Horrible Horrible. Buy and ice cream cone and a roller dog (Buffalo chicken or something of that nature). Pay for both, the guy working the ice cream is cleaning it and says it’s gonna be a while. Uhh, I payed 79 cents for a cone you think I’m waiting around for it. On top of that the buffalo chicken dog was cold and not edible. What a disaster! Guess you can’t expect better from gas station food and treats but c’mon!

Husband accidentally walked in without a mask and turned back to go to the car and put his mask on. When standing right next to him was a white man who was able to shop and walk around the store without a mask and wasn't told anything. Hmmm interesting .... Rules should apply to everyone. Disappointed in this QT for being mmmmmm discriminate???

I ordered a pizza thru the app and the store "never got it". I showed the cashier the order and he still tried to put the blame on me. Accusing me of not placing the order right, it got to the point I had to show him my bank statement to prove I played for my order. I'll give this place another try but I'm not getting my Hope's up.

Esteban (store #406) was super nice and had a great attitude. It's rare these days to get workers who are nice and who want to help you. Fortunately for me I ran into Esteban and he was super cool and his attitude and customer service were on point! Thanks brotha, I appreciate you!!

This place is always busy and they keep it as clean as that can.. homeless is everywhere but it's a nice gas station to grab something to eat and maybe use the restroom if you can because people always smoking in the bathroom stalls and pretty much anywhere

Great store, great location and great selection of products. I've been in here a few times, each time I have gotten what I needed and got out really quick. I usually just stop for a soda and a snack like a candy bar or chips. The staff is always friendly.

QT is a great place always on top of it employees are very fast and accurate while waiting on somebody else at the same time also good selection of stuff in the store and one of the only places you can use the restroom at late night ⭐⭐ …

One thing i can say about QT is if you seen one, you've seen them all. It is rather nice to go into one here in Arizona and one miles away in Texas and the layout and cleanliness is pretty much the same. QT you Rock …

Who ever the chick is that's working at this moment needs to stop hanging out with her boyfriend in the back an do her job. I could of just walked out with anything I want an she would of never known.

At the QT to go to the bathroom and buy a Coke cause they are cleaner than Circle K. Not this one. it was a disaster when I told the clerk acted like I was ruining her birthday by saying something.

I walked in here very thirsty and it was clean and spacious. I had a blue raspberry slush type drink for $1.50. It was big and satisfied my thirst. Service was fast and appropriate. Recommended.

My regular gas station. Seems to be the lowest in the immediate area and it isn't shady. Occasionally we run inside to grab a drink or something and the staff is polite. Works for us!

My husband stopped at Auto Zone and I ran over to get a soda. I was greeted by staff twice when I came in and was thanked and wished a good day when I left. Great customer service!

I think I like the new layout. They had what I wanted. I'm so glad they finally got the mobile pay at the pump. I've used my watch twice with no issues.
