It saddens me to write this review as QT has always been my go-to gas station for various needs, including drinks and snacks. However, I must express my deep disappointment with this particular QT location. The state of the bathrooms is appalling. They were filthy, emitting a strong smell of urine that made it difficult to breathe even with double masks. The urinals were out of order, there was no paper, and the floors and sinks were disgustingly dirty. It was evident that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, despite the store manager’s claim of recent cleaning. Please refer to the attached picture to see for yourself. Moreover, the two assistant managers displayed a dismissive attitude when I raised my concerns. This leads me to believe that such conditions might be considered the norm, as they only offered excuses instead of taking action. Even the front area of the store was disorganized, with items scattered on the floor. It raises serious doubts about the ability of these individuals to effectively manage the store. Outside the store, there was a significant presence of homeless individuals, with multiple vendors and hotdog stands, creating a chaotic environment. I was approached for money four times within a five-minute span, which is unacceptable and creates an uncomfortable experience for customers. The overall state of the store and its surroundings prevented me from even considering getting a coffee or breakfast, as the uncleanliness made me feel sick to my stomach. I urge the store manager, area manager, and director of operations to address these issues promptly. Such conditions do not align with the standards I have come to expect from QT. It’s a disappointing experience that needs immediate attention to restore the reputation and cleanliness of this location.

4.5 stars. What they do well.. + Free air for your tires!! This alone is HUGE!! Seems all of phoenix its really hard to find decent air. They have your back really good here. Thank you QT!! + Their price on beer is cheaper than the Circle K just up the street. + Each cashier runs 2 registers at a time. They are fast and efficient! + I needed $700 cash out of the ATM. I figired I'd need to do 2 or 3 transactions because of the per transaction limits. It didn't tell me when I got there so I plugged in 700 and sum gun it gave me 700 in one shot!! I've never seen an ATM give this much in one shot! + People are friendly. - MINUS, the food. Hotdogs mainly. What was once AWESOME has turned in to a "forget about it". The buns are stale. The hot chili and cheese is always empty. Sad, last time i made a hotdog chili and cheese were gone. A mexican dude with 2 of those lunch bag things sets his stuff on the counter and cleaned them out of all condiments. Walked right out the door without paying a penny. I bought my hotdog with very little on it but will never do it again. This part of my whole review is so sad. - Their price on smokes is way too high. All the pluses and minuses I still give 5 stars cause I do love the place. I think with a little better management they could put all the Circle K's in the area out of business.

This quik trip is extremely busy in the morning hours with blue collar workers, vendors, fuel customers, travelers, and regulars. Yet it is always clean and the staff greats you with a smile and as is quick trip policy they are efficient and move the line very quickly operating both sides or two registers for each clerk. This is a frequent stop for me often a couple times a day it's always stocked full and the service quality is very good. If traveling on I 10 near university or Broadway this is the right place to recharge, fuel up get something to eat, have love at first sight lol hey anything is possible. $

this has to be the most inconsistent unreliable QuikTrip in all of Phoenix show up this morning at 5:05 no breakfast food whatsoever guy says we sold out right they don't even start putting the food out until 4:45 or 5:00 am. At any rate they have an idiot for a manager if they've run out that soon. I had stopped going there and wasting my time but I was desperate this morning, but still it was another waste of time they need to get a new fing manager that knows how to stock the breakfast shelves for morning Rush.

Their "kitchen" is an absolute joke. Opperated and run by incompetents. And since the geniuses decided to put No Parking signs all along the main street, where most of their customers park, their "kitchen" can't handle the extra orders force taken by pushing away the burrito trucks. Pretty sad. I won't spend another cent here, and shall deal with the extra walk to enjoy quality food from the burrito trucks.

Thanks to the guys at qt me and my crew have ice everyday! This is a busy location and they actually live up to there name and make it a Quick Trip every morning! In a hurry I forgot to get my change after pumping gas. The next day the guy refunds me the money! Awesome,this type of service is unheard of these days! Clean fast and friendly service consistently! I stopped here for ice. Apparently they broke their machine and it's too hard to fix. Was the only reason I stopped. I wish I bought my gas somewhere else. Very poor qt. Won't be coming to this one again. Cash register was by himself could barely even talk to people cuz they were understaffed. Young kids doing pizza is zoned out and can't even respond to me next to asking for help. Bad qt here

Cannot say enough how HAPPY I am they finally came to AZ.. I am from the Midwest, where QT is KING. Moving here in 1995 and finding out the best option for a convenience store was Circle K; very disappointing. Now all they need to do is get more stores along the North 101 to the 202, and along the 51 North to Thomas.. Cleanest stores, best selection of everything, and all have fuel. .

Me: What's the point of putting up a sign saying face covering is required if people don't wear face coverings in the store Response from Carlos: there's nothing I can do about it. I can't control it QT either take down the signs saying people don't have to wear masks or empower your employees to do something about it with the people that aren't wearing masks.

No one here is wearing a mask. The cashier straight up was wiping his nose on his hand while ringing me up. Girls prepping the food also had their nose hanging out. only reason this QT gets business is because of its location, otherwise it's very gross, I don't recommend.

used to go there all the time until they charged my debit card $460 when it was supposed to be $4.60 they were no help and attempting to get it back even though I had a receipt day just pretty much blew me off I hate the stores and I hate the people that work there

This is a very busy station. There is a lot of vehicle traffic throughout the pumps and around the store. Especially during rush hour. The store and grounds are well maintained and managed. You can always count on AT to be well run with quick in and out service.

Circle k has gotten hit 2 times this yr with credit card info being stolen at the gas pump. QT HAS ALARMS AND PROTECTION AT THE PUMP TO PREVENT THIS...plus great pizza ... fast as lightning service..... but kitchen isnt open all 24 hrs... bumber..

Always a very busy place except for Sunday evening. This pump 13 must have been out of paper because it did not give me my receipt and I didn't have time to go inside to get it. I come here every week, sometimes the gas gives me better

Thought I would try one of there deli items today. Big mistake. Extra long wait then they gave it to the wrong person. Yep I got a refund and decided real fast food was a better choice and better value. Stick to what you know is good

Amazon Delivery Driver. Gas station never has gas receipt paper at the pumps. Very inconsistent with it when they know Drivers are coming everyday. Really frustrating. Not the cleanest station. Employees are nice for the most part.

Their were four associates working at this location and no of them greet any of the customers as they walked in or even said thank you come again!!! Plus all them made eye contact with me, won’t be coming to this location again!

The pizza is the worst I had pepperoni and extra cheese it was the worst And it cost $14.11 and expensive the pizza had no flavor very tangy no salt the crust,cheese and sauce was nasty your better off going to little caesars

No complaints, and you see sketchy people everywhere not just at QT. So they shouldn't get bad ratings because of an issue within our own community when they do their best and still help people when they need it

Went in today around 1015 Hungry for hotdogs , the Italian Sausage is But , the Dang hotdog buns were hard and the Onion was in chunks instead of being Diced . Need to get this fixed for the next Time .

Frozen coffee machine has been out of order the last couple of times I've been here so now I can no longer come back here because it's the only reason I stopped there and now it's just a waste of time.

Helpful and awesome staff! I was buying 3 gallons of water and had a fountain drink and they made sure to help me bring out the gallons to my car without asking. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

Way too many panhandlers at this gas station. Management should do something about them so their paying customers don't get harassed while they are trying to get their fuel and get back on the road.

This is the worst qt I ever been to. No breakfast stuff made after 7. I asked for my stuff to bag the cashier just threw the bag on my stuff and walked away with out bagging it .

Inot sure way they would remodel this store this way. It is almost impossible to get to one side of the store to the other when people are in line. I try to avoid this store.

There was pigs in a blanket they had bites takin out of them plus the stations where the food cook stink so bad and so dirty of rotten food defiantly do not go there
