Went to this store today around noon to request a money order with my wife for a little over $2100 and cashier explained that they couldn't give more than $1900 in a money order per person so my wife stated okay then I'll get a money order for $1000.00 and my husband can get the difference and the cashier said he couldn't do it since he kqqnew we were together? Then he stated it needed to be in cash! I can understand a debit card being limited but if we are giving it in cash why would a store limit a money order to $1900 when one we would be utilizing the ATM at their store and two paying for the money orders cash! As a retired Soldier I will be spreading my displeasure on my social media's with this store's practice! I by myself spend $400 a month at this store religiously and now I will drive across the bridge a mere 1000 feet for my future service's because of their refusal to honor a money order! Service was great till this point but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for!

Great store bad experience. Went in this morning to get an X-Large drink and breakfast biscuit. I put my biscuit and put it in a clear plastic bag. Go to check out and young lady at the register had trouble scanning it so she pulls it out of the bag. Scans it and leaves the biscuit out of the clear bag then grabs biscuit, the clear bag and other items (I had grabbed at the last minute) and stuffs everything in the shopping bag. I call to her attention that she just pulled the biscuit and didn't put it back in the clear bag. Her reply was a sarcastic "so you want a bag for your bag?". Runs the transaction, pulls everything out of the shopping bag and throws it behind the counter and says "have a good day". The young black lady was not wearing a mask, handling money and my food. Regardless why I want a bag in my bag, I dont think it is up to her to decide why I want everything in one whole bag. One star only cause ONE bad employee can make everyone look bad.

You place your order for ice cream (soft serve) on a machine, take the print out to the register and pay for it, then go back to the "food pick up" counter to get your completed order. The parking lot is always clean, and they always have chairs outside so you can sit there and enjoy your food until you're ready to leave. QuikTrip locations that we were at has many pumps for you to easily get gas, and a broad selection of coffees and food that you might need to get if you're in a hurry. The floors were cleaned and the counters were all straight and everything was quite visible so that you can easily tell where you are going to get what you're looking for.

Shoutout to Chris! I am a mother of a 16 month old and 4 month old. I had cash and didn’t want to have to bring in both kids to pay for just gas. I called and asked if it was at all possible to give an employee cash to pay for it and I’d pump the gas. Chris came outside and actually was willing to pump the gas for me but i told him I’d do it. I gave him my cash (i did get change back) and he brought me the cash. I told him I knew it was a weird request and i greatly appreciated him. Such a great person! And did it with a smile on his face! There are still great employees out there!

My daughter and I had an accident where while pumping gas some splashed back in my daughters face. I feel terrible and rushed to rinse her off. Without asking this lady who works here already jumped into action with saline and all the extra help to take care of my daughter. My baby is my life and this was a crazy and unexpected accident. The lady who works here (I feel bad for not getting her name) literally went above and beyond and for that I’m truly grateful for her being an angel on earth.

I went to go put gas and the lady said oh someone is at the same pump, never mind I owe them $3. Then rang me up and my 2 different bank cards would not work. She said it was my cards not them. I asked to ring me up on another register. She said it’s OK. Let me do it again did it five times. She said it’s still me. I went to another gas station and what do you know my card works. I call their number and it doesn’t work. That employee needs to listen to their customers.

QuikTrip is hands down a convenience store without equal. From the top of the corporation down, their focus on employee satisfaction that then passes on to customer satisfaction… I will drive out of my way to go to a QT over any other similar store. Prices are great, bathrooms are clean, food is good… I mean… I know it’s just a “Gas Station”, but to me it’s so much more.

Boy! This was at one time my favorite because of the lovely staff they had overnight. But then they bring in this one... Rude, cold and unprofessional little anomaly and poof by far the worst! "$15 on 13 please" She puts on pump 15 $13... corrects the pump and leaves amount as 13.... SMH says she never heard 15... oh OK

This is the only Quik Trip that doesn't order Xyience energy drink when it gets empty. They've been out of the 2 flavors I like for at least 2 weeks. I was told the warehouse is out of stock but went to 2 different Quik Trips today and found what I needed. I guess this place just doesn't want my business.

I love this company. It does not matter which location I stop in; the employees are courteous, friendly, helpful and understanding. The store is immaculately clean and decorative. So inviting and warm. The restrooms are always so clean. Thank you.

Very clean and the best part is they know how to ring up customers quickly. I love walking in their stores and being greeted. Thank you QT for being my true friendly neighborhood store. It's about time we get shown some gratitude.

I love QT, but this location was filthy! Restroom was nasty! Urine all of over the floor, and sink area was unusable. Store itself was also dirty. Maybe they were having a bad day, but QT has better standard's!

Great place for a quick grab. They live up to their name. Customer service is always excellent! My Gboys like going here for the selections of snacks n wide variety of teas.

I love these gas stations especially because they’re considered a safety zone where they can hear all the audio and visual so if you ever need any help they’re there to help

Plenty of gas pumps to get you in and out quickly. Inside you’ll find a wide variety of beverages and hot food. Staff I’ve encountered has always been nice and helpful.

Not only is this my choice to get gas, but there food is also really good. They also have a huge selection of drinks including energy drinks.
