I come to the store exclusively all hours. I am partial to this store, I may come 3 to 4 times a day. The store is clean and I feel safe due to the security. However the staff are not professional, I. Had issues when I would buy a Dr Pepper 20 ounces and on the doughnut section you would get a doughnut for free. There is still a sign , that says so. Many cashiers argued with me, due to the fact. As for @2:30 am this morning, yesterday some time, I had the receipt in my car, I purchased two Dr Peppers and I purchased them with Rob or Robert he came gave me both of these names. I walked in this morning @ around 2:30 am. Rob or Robert was assisting two younger woman around his age. I asked him if I could exchange the drinks , I feel like he told me no, to embarrass me and feel more superior in front of the two girls his age. There are no signs of any rerun policy in the store. I was embarrassed I am a regular at this store, I’m going to make a complaint at their main office on San Pedro in writing. Also, as for exchanges or other things are not consistent. Again I felt embarrassed, Robert was the one who sold me the soda, I feel the quality of customer service are not the minimal anymore with most of the agents are below average. I stand firm because they have argued regarding the doughnuts and I always felt Robert customer service skills were above par, I believe he was trying to impress the females at his registers

I come into town few times a week for my sons medical therapies. I drop him off and always drive over to this QT for a Tea and a Pretzel. I will only go to this QT and a big reason for that is the security guard, Daniel. He is the first person you see when you walk through the door. He is always so warm and friendly to everyone. I look for him every time that I come in and make sure to say hello. He was gone for a few weeks and I stopped going to the store. By chance I went this week and Daniel is back! PLEASE DONT TAKE DANIEL FROM US AGAIN! He knows us all by name, he knows about our family and our lives. People like Daniel are very rare because you can see how much he cares about every single person who walks through those doors. With staff like that, it makes the store somewhere people actually want to go. Just to see those friendly, familiar faces in a very crazy world!

I wanted to come here a few times before I wrote my review, as I drive throughout the city during the week and I'm used to stopping at multiple QTs for drinks and snacks. This QT, it's like the Walmart of QT. Most of the people who come here are the type that think flip flops, socks, a wife beater, and shorts is proper attire to be out in the world, the floors feel gross (you can feel the grime on the bottom of your shoes), hot food items are always low stock or just empty, long lines, and outside just looks dirty. The only redeeming quality that I will say as the fountain drinks are very carbonated, if not the highest carbonation out of all the QTs I frequent, however not enough to get more than 1 start as I feel I'm gonna get stabbed when walking through this parking lot. Would just drive a few more miles up the highway and stop at a better QT.

WOW.... Someone needs to train this crew on rush management. Showed up on 7:30 on 5.8.21 they were out of Columbian coffee. I tried to get someone's attention but everyone was busy. So, I raised my voice to get the attention of the tall guy (with glasses that took my order for breakfast) and when I tried to continue his attention to tell him one of his capuchin machines was spewing nothing but water... he spewed back... OK , OK, OK I'm getting someone... The someone came over with a push to get out of his way, then opened all the stickers to drain all the coffee

1 less customer won’t matter to a big company like QT. But for me, I have options on where I choose to spend my money. After the I was treated by Dustin at the PB location #4036 I will make sure to only support small stores. Smaller stores who care about customer service. Smaller stores who deserve my hard earned dollar. Never again will I step into another QT & I will make sure to tell everyone I know. Good thing corporate cares, that was the only apology I got. Shame that it had to get all the way to corporate before anyone said they were sorry

The overall place was fine. Like a normal gas station. But I went in to use the bathroom like anyone needs to do at a gas station. I went to go use the bathroom and the lady told me I couldn’t cause “the floors had to dry” which I get but what do you expect me to do? I need to go to the bathroom. Not to mention she was mean about it too. Dont go mop the floor during the peak hours of the day.. and don’t be rude about it too.

Went out of our way to go to a QT, familiar with their standards of cleaniless back home in Tulsa. A man was washing his hands in the window washing fluid, I thought it was strange but now I think I understand. This QT's floors are dirtier than the parking lots back home. The ice dispenser had a sickly orange film at the rim. This location is aborted fetus of the QuikTrip family.

Can't give zero stars or I would just tried to scam me. taxed an extra $3 guess he thought I wouldn't notice but I did even asked him to double check total he said yep it was right so I left called and asked for price of item and was confirmed was $3 less then what he did. Item was 8 he kept telling me 11 I know tobacco went up but not that much

Wide variety of cold, frozen, and hot drinks. They also have a small variety of snacks and pastries. The hidden gem here is the kitchen. Give their breakfast a try. Large portions, high quality, great value, better than other fast food. Order ahead with the app for convenience and fresh food. Store is always clean and the staff is friendly.

Frozen coffee drinks ignored... at yet another location tonight! It's a shame how QT has gone down. Super disappointing. QT has been my all-time favorite convenience store stop for many years. I come here because of these drinks and approximately 33-50% of the time these drinks are not attended to for the past couple years. …

The Restroom dirty. I don't understand why the stores if open some poor area stay not atention to clean or organazion. All nylon on the floor can somebody slipper and broke bone. Why other rich area or neighborhood the stores keep clean and organazion. Please need same to all store use same way in clean and respect.

This QT is awesome, great food, super super fast service….know what you need and be prepared to pay :) I guess this is why they call it QT….and the best part are the employees…I believe there are only 2 at this point showing excellent customer service at 110% is Res and Security Guard.

very well kept gas station and has restrooms and has a kitchen for your cravings during breakfast and lunch the employees are very respectful and the security is always diligent in watching over the place plenty of things you can buy if you're traveling or just making a quick stop

Shelf edge prices never match cash register rings. Employee told me they don't have time to change the prices on the shelf edge. I think it's about time y'all get a label maker and do it properly so there's no confusion.

Haven for grifters. I am approached by grifters at this location about every week now. The worst one is the Italian guy who parks his minivan at a pump and walks up to everyone else who is pumping gas to ask for money.

I stopped in today because the schlotskys next door was only accepting cash and I am sold. I got a drink a sun and two egg rolls for 10$ . What a deal!!! The employees were so friendly and helpful. Thank y’all so much

This QT puts a $175 holding charge when getting gas at the pump using your card. If you're getting gas but have less than $175 in your account, you'll get charged an overdraft fee because of it.

I Frequent this QT often because it is close to NE Baptist Hospital. This QT is always busy but it never lacks in convenience nor comfort and all the employees are helpful and attentive.

The employees are always very welcoming and helpful. I haven't been to a location yet that had negativity all inside or outside. Overall it's a good business and I recommend it.

The restrooms here are the worst that I've ever been to concerning QT! Normally I stop at QT because of the cleanliness, unfortunately this location has lete down. It's bad!!

I have been to so many QTs and this is by far the worst location. The air machine is broken. The lot is dirty. Bathrooms are dirty. It's just never in good shape.

The pumps don’t say it, but you have to leave your card inserted until it prompts you to take it out. Good prices, friendly, helpful employees.

Free air for your tires. Open 24 hrs. Bathrooms are never closed, unless they're cleaning them. Soft serve ice cream cones. Cashiers are fast.

They need to close the kitchen, i go twice and always i order a sandwich they make sounds and trow doors hard and make the food with bad mood

Appreciate the cheap gas prices but will not be supporting anymore. I paid for a stranded family's gas and got escorted off the property.

Always helpful and quick service at register. Very friendly staff always no matter what time of day or night you visit the store.
