Do not use QT for gas!!!!! Apparently- there is a 100 hold on card if using pumps!!!! I tried to put gas in the pump on San Pedro by North Star Mall - my card didn’t work which was weird but I didn’t think much about and went to another gas station by where I work. Then a few days later I get a fraud alert from QT trying to collect 100 dollars from my account!!!!!!!!! I called the store and the manager “apparently “ stated QT will put 100 dollar hold on cards at the pump!!!!!! I said that’s ridiculous and she said everyone “gas station” does that . Well that has never happened to me - I told her - you guys should let customers know that QT has that policy- and she said , QT doesn’t have to tell customers anything. And said we’ll yeah- you guys would lose customers!!!! If I were you- I stay Clear of QT!!!!!

The question isnt whether or not you want to go, its what will you get when you get there! The widest array of thirst quenching fruit drinks, frozen drinks, coffee, capaccino, every type of chip imaginable, ready made sandwiches, pizza slices, and Then theres the QT Kitchen! they open at 6a and close at 11p except on Sunday they open at 7am. They have great crissounts suntrust sandwiches, breakfast pizza, soft pretzels, bbq pulled pork and brisket, subs, wraps, mac and cheese bowls, grilled cheese and more Even ready made shakes.The place is bright and clean and extra friendly service. You can even order ahead and pickup outside. and FREE air! and if that isnt reason enough, they have premium quality gas at a below market price and so many pumps youll rarely have to wait! Open 24 hours.!

Went there with my roommate, he bought a 69 cent drink while the cashier was chit chatting with the security guard and when it come time for me to pay she asks my friend if he is going to pay for his drink, we thought she was joking because he purchased it less than two minutes before, keep in mind there are cameras inside the store, she basically accuses us of stealing and won’t accept our answer we ask her to just check the camera if she’s so sure , she declines and as we are getting into our car the same security guard that was distracting the cashier is glaring at us , staring at our car trying to intimidate us. We call to complain and she answers claiming to be the manager says she doesn’t give out receipts unless asked.

This QT is by far the best my family and I stop at. It is clean in here, and well-stocked. The employees are friendly, and super helpful!! Kay on cashier makes sure to greet you with a beautiful smile and hello when you walk in, as does the manager (sorry if this is the incorrect title for you) Ki Jon. This past visit, I managed to lock my car key and phone in my car ‍♀️Ki Jon and Kay worked together to call AAA to come out to open my car. I could tell Ki Jon was busy, and still helped us even through that! Genuine, SUPER kind people working here at this QT, did not feel forced at all. Thanks again, you all are amazing

Staff is often rude to black customers due to houseless population that frequents store, so often followed or cornered during shopping. Most recently after attempting to help one of the houseless people in front of the store, they mistake me as a person attempting to steal then stopped me from being able to allow gentleman to shop for his food. This place doesn't even have great snacks, and the NFC scanners often don't work for touch pay. This location sucks and will be run down due to how little it cares for it's workers and it's community. Won't be returning.

Went in to get a mango tea. I got my cup and put ice in it and then went to pour the tea. I got to work and being that the ice is freshly brewed. The ice melted pretty quickly. Still enjoying my tea I noticed that I had some type of sinker in my tea. I poured the rest out which was a little more than half. And when I got to the bottom of the cup I noticed that the sinker I had in the cup was in fact pieces of calcium buildup from the ice machine. I like Quick Trip, but c’mon man! Clean your ice machines from time to time.

We love QuikTrips. We go out of our way to get to one. But this visit was disappointing. The cashier was doing her best to protect the world from her chin and neck. I felt unsafe here for that reason. QuikTrips are usually very good about making sure their people mask up and that is one reason we frequent them. If their policy on masks is changing and becoming lax, the frequency of our visits will decline. We can't afford to get sick and we do not appreciate the cashier being so casual with the health of her customers.

It's no secret that I love QT! However, this location is not only a little on the iffy side (Dntwn SAs homeless ALL seem to congregate here), but its also not the cleanest location either. I noticed the ice dispenser @ the fountain drink area has nastiness growing in the tube where ice comes out.... the countertops were all just nasty sticky....I didn't visit the restroom but I'm willing to bet it'd leave a traumatic mark on my psyche! So if it were me I'd find a different location to get what I need....

A really clean and well stocked place. The kitchen has good food and the drink bar has a lot if variety. The employees are pretty friendly. This has become my go to spot. On a side note, I wish they had better security. The area has a lot of transients and many use the store as a hangout. I've seen people just come in and steal drinks. I was sitting in my car about to leave and someone came up aggressively asking for money. Overall, a great place but security could be enhanced.

A nice clean gas station, and a surprisingly clean restroom. They have a good variety of fountain drinks as well as snacks and hot meals. I can always rely on this Quick Trip location because of its cleanliness which is not an easy find when it comes to gas stations. They’re gas is a good reasonable price as well as their drinks and snacks and tobacco products. Thank you quick trip for being my nightly stop on my way home from work every day. Wouldn’t want it any other way

Staff is very helpful and pleasantly upbeat and chipper. It doesn't matter if its 6am or 7000degrees in the texas summer heat:) pretty clean for being on "that" side of town and always feel safer because that's where the boys in blue like to stop and get their refreshments too! They also never have any issue with me having my 5month old husky mix (leashed and well mannered ) in the store either

QuikTrip has came to San Antonio and taken over and I’m all for it. Beautiful clean store the cashiers are nice and courteous. The food is always fresh with more options then one can choose. Plan to spend at least 10 min in the store discovering all the snacks and drinks. And if your hungry give the pizza a try it’s some of the best in San Antonio who would’ve thought from a gas station.

Employee’s are Nice The cashier was very Nice and Helpful , security was helpful there was a couple Homeless people who came in and Tried to steal and get a Free Drink This homeless Man Tried to get a Cup from the Trash ️ , another lady asked this man if she did something for him can he Buy her a soda the security Guard Escort them off

Did not like it at all. The employees at the store on San Pedro by downtown treat u more like a crimimal than a customer. They should be working in law enforcement instead of a gas station. They tend to forget that we pay there salaries by purchasing stuff there. I feel this way evertime i enter this store. So I'm no longer stopping there.

Great new store but surprised to see a lot of their employees not wearing a mask, handling food and not even a plexiglass at the registers glassduring this pandemic, pretty much saying "screw you and your grandma". A free country I guess and they'll do whatever they want at their store, I'll just stay away from there.

I don't know what these other people see, but I usually come here at around 4:40 am because the Valero close to my job shuts down for a reboot. So iys the closest store open that time of the morning.... This place is usually very dirty. The coffee makers are just disgusting. Floors, parking lot all .

This is a great place, food drink gas. Awesome job. But I hate when that one moment,when I need to get free air, some da.... person has to ruin it for other , free service people. Their products are better than 7-Eleven, Valero, Shell. Their fountain drinks, like soda have better flavor, not all carbonated like the stores. It's cleaner, shelves all need and stock up. Staff are very friendly, and their large fountain drinks are cheaper. Service is great..!!!! …

Love their soft serve ice cream, their Italian subs, and their lottery, It's always clean and well lit. All foods are fresh. My only lament is their coffee. Why aren't they putting in the machines that grind the beans to order instead of serving it out of a thermos fer cripes sake!

Above average gas station & convenience store, with excellent friendly service, wide selection, & clean toilets. My only criticism of this location is that the parking lot is swarming with aggressive panhandlers, vagrants, meth-heads. Security just sorta watches, _way_ too passive.

I agree with Jared! Employees that work there are extremely nice and friendly. They work very hard in order to keep the store clean well-kept and friendly despite being almost in the heart of downtown San Antonio. Thanks to the security for making everybody safe and secure!

Everything is fine in the store except the restrooms. There is always homeless people showering in them at the sink. They leave water everywhere making the toilets unusable. Used to be my favorite spot downtown but I'll go back to avoiding all downtown gas stations.

This place rocks! The epitome of hard work if I must say so myself. Every employee is awesome here and really goes out of their way to satisfy customer needs! Idk where they hire these people but they are doing something right and it shows! 5+ stars

Don't ever count on QT ice machines to be operational. Joked with clerks on how QT lures customers in with cheap ice from machine and force some with no choice ,like myself, to buy the smaller and significantly more expensive bags inside.

I got a horrible stomach bug from eating their breakfast biscuits and croissant. I was drained, light head, and shaking all day after eating. I woke up at 3 am the next day having watery diarrhea. I still have the watery diarrhea.

It’s usually ok but everytime I come in the restrooms are closed. I can never use the restroom and no one is ever in the front people are always walking out with things Anthony is great and the girl the other guy not so much.

Stopped for fuel stepped out of car and slipped on gas on floor reported it waited for some to come out nothing then reported it to manager gave me attitude even tho i was the one who fell and had fuel all down my back

Very clean establishment. Excellent service, courteous employees. They have a grill that provides tasty sandwiches and pizza. The variety of snacks and drinks is overwhelming in a fantastic way.

They need to train the Employees about customer service after I asked a employee about the price that wasn't correct she rudely said do you want to talk to a manager . Well now I do .

I come here every morning before work and they always take care of me and make sure I got all I need before I leave and the kitchen staff Is really good and cool... I love this store

Nice fast service, but outdoors cleanliness needs to be more of a priority. High traffic area and one of only a few places around, you pay nite attention to it.

Well kept inside. Not too far from Alamo and River Walk but also in a less kept area, especially for a QT. Nothing really wrong though. Maintains good business.

Very busy store but they have just about anything you could want in a convenience store. Employees are friendly and efficient at register.

Almost out of gas, but only getting $19.95 to fuel my Uber cause the price is too high. Half the restroom is busted. Barely a QT.
