"I've eaten here 3 or 4 times and been disappointed each time"
"The experience was ok, absolutely not great and not magical"
"I stopped coming to the St"
"The main guy that works here, I'm sorry I don't know your name, might be the owner"
"I had a good sandwich here, although it's not as good as I remember it being"
I've eaten here 3 or 4 times and been disappointed each time. The vegetables have improved and I will commend them for that. A few years ago they were pretty bad. But the value for your dollar sure isn't there and it seems like each time our food gets half eaten because it isn't good. We will quit trying at this point. We tried it again today and our sandwich buns were both cut weird there was almost no top of the bun. The mayo tasted like it had gone bad as well. We tried to mention that it wasn't up to par but there were 2 other tables up there complaining about their food so we just left. Maybe it was just a bad day for them but it really wasn't very good.
The experience was ok, absolutely not great and not magical. nothing special. The quality is not always consistent, and for a place that prides its self in well thought out sandwiches they make it hard to order them, no I do not want to tell you how to make the sandwich, you know how, ask if I want changes. Typical conversation, after ordering, did you want the meet on it... What about each veg... why are you asking me about every single veg.... Just make the sandwich per the menu description.
I stopped coming to the St. James Quizno's, because for the past year, I feel like my meat portion have deminished. I work down the street and love the Quizno sandwiches, but again today, "where's the meat"??? A big mac across the street has more meat, feeling robbed, not worth the $13. Should give 1 Star but the people are great. I guess I'll make the 10 minute drive to the other one :( PS this was the second half of my 9". Same meat portion.
The main guy that works here, I'm sorry I don't know your name, might be the owner... he has been our soup and sandwich guy for about 4 years. He is honestly so personable, he remembers you, chats you up about things that happened from your last visit... the perfect example of what Great Customer Service should be. There aren't many Quiznos around but if you can, go to this one! And the Broccoli Cheddar Soup? SOOO GOOD!
I had a good sandwich here, although it's not as good as I remember it being. They used to be all about the meat, and now it just feels like an imitation of Subway. I say "feels", because I'm not sure if I'm just remembering incorrectly and they've always been like that. Anyway, the food itself wasn't bad; but next time I might go somewhere else.
Is it a requirement to charge a small fortune for barely any toppings? I don't understand why 3 sandwiches and 2 drinks cost 38$ but there is less than 5$ worth of meat in the sandwich my son's ham and cheese barely had cheese on it! So disappointed

Although the meal was free (promotion) the service was poor. The individual at the cash seemed annoyed that I was there. Restaurant facilities were clean. Food (gyro) was small and not filling. Again, it was free, so it is tough to be too upset. If I paid for this meal, I would have rated the experience 1 or 2 stars.
The Broccoli and cheese soup is always to die for but the wrap I had was sub par. It tasted like water and I had to ask for a different wrap to do it myself because they did an abhorred job probably because the bread and wraps were both dry and stale.
Top notch Quiznos. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the classic Italian and my wife had a pizza. Restaurant was clean, staff were friendly and professional. Service was speedy without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend this location.
Elevated subway with the kinds if bread they don't makefresh or even sell anymore Not happy the once signature full stemmed hot peppers are gone but value and flavour are to be had for dollar or two more over the sameol same old Das sub!
Great sandwiches. The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. The beef and Swiss on rosemary bread was excellent. One foot long meal fed my whole family for a light lunch.
Amazing experience and food!! It was out first time at st James Quiznos location, we had 12”tuna sub with chipotle sauce. The gentleman who made our meal went out of his way and made an amazing sub for us. Thanks once again!!
The food is always excellent quality. I go there every week or two for lunch - and like other reviewers I am amazed at how well they remember you and how personal it is. It is better than other locations in the city.
Mediocre and underwhelming. Quiznos has a very low variety on what you can choose and have on your sandwich. Honestly is super disappointing to spend anything here. It's a miracle that they are still in business.
I love this location, the people are the sweetest and the sandwiches are the tastiest. The rosemary bread is chef’s kiss

This is the Best Quiznos Sub in the town , Owned by family which is so professional, hygenic , friendly and dedicated towards customer satisfaction. It's worth the Visit.
Been coming for years. Moved out of the area and they still even after not coming here for over 18 months they still remember our order. Food is always good quality. More
I don't know if Quiznos itself is getting slack or if it's just this location but I wasn't impressed. I used to love Quiznos, however; this round I was underwhelmed.
Good food. Only wish I could see the toppings being put on like you can at subway. Can't really see behind the counter so u don't know how fresh the veggies are.
St.James location gives consistently good quality. I go there when I don't want to take any chances since other locations will serve undercooked meat more often.
Yes. It is Quiznos. What makes this one different is the family and staff that own/run it. Some of the nicest people and they make "toasted" taste even better.
Love this place! They are super nice there, know Exactly how I like my Subs and I would eat there everyday if I could!! Owner and Staff are all Great!!
I live Quiznos it's the best sandwich franchise period. It has the freshers best tasting ingredients out off all the sandwich franchises.
I enjoy their subs but do miss the days when you could see the ingredients so you could make a decision on what to add to you sub. More
