Isn’t it funny how you know within just a few seconds how good and professional a trader will be. The minute Rocky stepped in the door I knew we had chosen the right company. R&G did a full electrical safety check on our property which was carried out thoroughly (judging by the amazingly detailed report I’ve just received), in a friendly manner and with the absolute minimum of disruption. Rocky even pointed out that our smoke alarms needed replacing and I don’t believe this was part of a normal inspection. I’m sure that I could have just got a local electrician to do the work but I doubt if the quality of work and end result would have been anywhere near what R&G achieved. When I needed some of my broken electrical fixed, I called upon R&G after googling them and instinctively deciding to give them a try. They were quite courteous, professional and made an appointment promptly for me. On the day of the scheduled works the relevant personnel arrived on time and sorted out my issues swiftly and I must confess that the work done was value for money and good quality. I have had a poor experience with an another individual doing my EICR. I contacted this company as it is very highly rated on Google. Although they don't cover my area, Rocky very very kindly looked at the EICR report I have received from the unqualified 'electrician' and took the time to advise me on it. He even offered to drive all the way from Hounslow to East London if I really desperately needed help with my unit. Thank you ever so much for your kindness and your help. Called R&G Electrics on a Sunday based on Google reviews for emergency wiring repair and I was not disappointed, Rocky arrived within couple of hours and addressed the issue quickly.
