Quite a nightmare. * No communication from the person in charge of the move until the boss was informed. * MESSY : no inventory taken ; left boxes in the old house ; only collected when reminded. * Took the distance of the move lightly & provided INSUFFICIENT protection on most furniture, especially wooden ; only careful with glass furniture. (A) * ROUGH handling of furniture. (B) * Came with a lorry that was TOO SMALL & stuffed all the furniture inside, so need not make extra trip. (C) * Due to A+B+C, all wooden furniture arrived with chips, dents, deep scratches, loose parts, wobbly legs, & torn cloth on sofa. * The smallest issue & the owner called and started raising his voice. * One staff (the laziest one) did not want to leave the house & kept complaining of how hard he had worked in an attempt to get more tips (even after being tipped generously). I would not recommend these guys at all. Unprofessional. However much you save in their moving costs, you WILL LOSE A LOT MORE when you see the damages done to your furniture. And don't think you can reason with the boss ; pleasant initially, started raising voice at the smallest problem. And to a woman at that. Update : Yes, this is very much a legitimate review for the correct moving company. As much as I'd like to forget the day I dealt with this company, unfortunately the state of my beloved furniture is a constant daily reminder of the poor decision I made in engaging their service.

I’m sooo impressed with the professional services of the team. Very responsive, punctual, and reliable. The level of professionalism is consistent from the BD people to the operation team. Alyse Wong, my case manager, is extremely helpful. She is not only highly responsive and accurate in giving information, but also proactively managed the case to ensure my movement go smoothly. Right before the 2nd MCO was announced, Alyse had notified me and asked if we could move the moving date earlier to avoid the lockdown. Fortunately, we managed to pull things together in spite of short notice. When the MCO was announced, the Management Office also banned move-in/out. She even goes extra miles to make sure my stuff land in their storage before the MCO kicked in. I’d say she put in 120% effort . The on-site services was spot on. The operation team were professional, punctual, and able to complete the whole packing & shipping out within the estimated time. The crews were very attentive, they kept checking how I wanted my stuff to be packed. One of them even gave me back my ID that I had left in a box. In short, excellent services. I greatly appreciate the efforts of the whole team to accelerate my case. Thanks team for great support during such crazy time. I’d highly recommend R7!

My family and I have has had the best shipment experience with R7 movers. Suresh was a splendid consultant from the start. My wife had heard about R7 shipment efficiency online in forums. We were suppose to move our personal and household stuff to Australia. We were rookies but Suresh from R7 made this seamless. R7 advised, guided and executed the shipment door to door. Providing updates on each milestone and movement of the cargo. We never felt so secure and comfortable with our cargo. Our consignment arrived in Australia just as promised on the targeted date. The Australian partners of R7 were also as helpful and professional in delivering our goods to our home with no dramas. We didn't have to follow up and get all anxious because Suresh from R7 provided timely updates. Best of all there were no hidden cost at all from the time the quotes were provided. This really made it great from our financial planning point of view. I highly recommended R7 movers for any door to door shipment whether locally or internationally as they do it with the customer first mindset and all scenarios and possible constraints discussed upfront in advance. This is our 2nd time using their service for our expatriate partners. When it comes to international relocation, we know it's going to be an expensive affair. After comparing a few other quotations, R7 offered us a better and more affordable rate, which we did not hesitate to take it up. The arrangement was further complicated by the absence of our partners who could not return to KL since last March due to the Covid-19 pandemic and closed borders. So, things happened very fast and at one point, we were not sure if we could get it done within a week of reviewing and repacking to reduce the volume but Alyse was very responsive and assuring. Her packing team was courteous, helpful and professional in their work. We finally got them out safely! We will definitely recommend R7 to our contacts for their good service and affordability.

We are waiting for our 20ft container to arrive in france from Malaysia. Initially the service was great the packers were excellent. The quote was good (but then they tried to put it up after agreeing a price, when they had our container!). After much chasing we were told our container would be arriving on a ship in Marseille on 10th october. We asked Tiyaghu what happens next and are still awaiting an email with this info a week later. Upon checking if ship had docked in Marseille we find it did not stop here . We have text emailed and rang our contact Tiyghu who is not answering our calls or messages. Obviously we are very angry as initially our container was supposed to be here 3rd week in september but we have to allow for covid etc. What we are so angry about is the total lack of truthful contact.

R7 movers exceeded my expectations and made what could have been a stressful moving situation so much easier! Due to CoVid I had to leave the country quickly and unexpectedly earlier this year and left most of my belongings in my apartment hoping to return before my lease expired, this ended up not being possible. I then had to figure out how to move my belongings while being on the opposite side of the world. I engaged with R7 last month to move my items and furniture from Singapore to KL without me being in Singapore and it was a breeze! The person I would like to thank a million time is Alyse! I was very insecure and stress with the whole process but Alyse assured me that everything will be ok! The whole process went well although there was a hiccup during the packing day; however, it was resolved immediately. I received my items rather quickly (in 4 days) and I couldn’t thank A7 staffs (including the movers and packers) enough for their excellent service ☺️

Moved 2-3 cbm worth of items from PJ to Singapore. Everything went smoothly: from the recce meeting, to the provision of packing materials (good quality boxes of different sizes, tape etc) and the collection of the items. All of our items arrived on the day they said it would and everything was in good condition (there were a few boxes with fragile items including a big TV). Much better value for money than higher end relocation services and Alyse kept us updated from start to finish. Would recommend their services and use R7 again in future.

Excellent Service by these Professional Movers. We have engaged their service twice and they did a great job on both occasions! The movers (each one of them were like a mini Hulk) were also friendly, chatting happily, smiling throughout the process - seeing the happy mood definitely helpful for those who are extremely exhausted and anxious about relocating (like in my a case). We have had terrible experience with R7 movers... I would not recommend this to anyone . They damaged my entire dining table and still in the process of getting me the insurance . My shipment was done in the month of April and still the team hasn't figured out how to justify for their terrible mistake Whenever we call the person is either busy or travelling outside . For any good company it should not take 7 months to settle a mistake.

The account servicing team turnaround time is quick, responsive n great follow up. Must give thumbs up to Roshan for his customer service. The packing team was also professional, patient n fast but detailed. The corresponding partner in Spore were also professional, patient n detailed. We moved our office 2 times in the last 5years due to our merger and restructuring. The most horrible experience moving experience using R7 lousy timeline, incompetent supervisors , owner turn out to be supervisor which did not turn up punctual with no calls being informed due to weather seems to be. Terrified moving 250pax was dangling with uncertainty and miserable of ALL time. Never USE R7 for lifetime

We hired R7 after comparing a bunch of companies for an office relocation. They had the best prices for packing boxes and services. Roshan was very accommodating and professional. R7's moving crew were very polite, hardworking and helpful. They were all very careful in handling our items and made the move a breeze! You won't regret choosing them!

The after sales services were really terrible. First of all, the transportation company that they provided are not dealing things professionally which resulted damaged furniture. They would call you up so often to attain your sales but in the end when things go bad, what they would do is to lengthen and hold up you by giving reasons.
