I have been with RBC/ Aviva for more than 10 years ; the customer service has not been improving . After asking for an adjustment on my auto premium because of Covid 19 and the cars not being used much , they said there is no adjustment
Absolutely horrendous! Called them week after week yet not one soul answers their phone. Been with them for 2+ years to receive this disgusting quality of service.
