The atmosphere is cool and somewhat inviting but their service needs shaping up..I will still recommend it for any tired traveller..the overall ambience is great

A pretty decent hotel just off the road that links to Festac. It has a close proximity to the Festival Mall and a couple of nice places to unwind too.

The rooms and service is nice..the only issue is their water which is perpetually brown. Just a heads up you will probably bathe brown FESTAC water.

Their staff were all friendly and all their services were timely and courteous. Enjoyed my stay there and will definitely visit again.

Is ok but you need to fumigate the rooms
