I like how the hairstylist cut my hair in such a way that my natural curls came through every time since the hair cut. She cut her finger whilst cutting my hair. Naturally, I was concerned for her but, concerned about possibly having her blood in my hair. In the end, I didn't care because the hair was flat ironed and I had no open wounds. UPDATE: one stylist pulls really hard when combing the hair... Paused a lot during the cut. I would like to try a different hairstylist next for my next cut. The other reason for the 4/5 is because she got really close to my scalp and burned me a few times. They have an amazing esthetician!!! Damn! The lady gave me an amazing arch and shape to my brows. The left brow was done extremely well compared to the right. I would and will go back in the future because overall I was satisfied. The staff was very nice and loved talking.

I went there for a haircut and In the first 2 minutes of sitting down on the chair, he( bald east indian guy) asked where I am from, where do I work, where do I usually go for haircut and can his friend (a female)a get a job where I work? Also how short you say to do haircut, he would just cut tiny bit and ask if that's enough. When I asked to cut my hair little more shorter, he didn't like it, and asked "why didn't you say it thr first time ". During the hair cut, he was watching the people going in and out and almost hit my face with the comb. His attitude towards the customer is very bad and needs to treat customers with little more respects and avoid personal questions atleast in the first visit. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I went to Re-nu salon for the first time late last year in preparation for my engagement party. I got my full face threaded as well as a facial customized to my skin. After this I also got the hair spa treatment where the ladies did an amazing job massaging my scalp and the rest of my upper body. This was the most relaxing experience I have ever had, and I say this after I got a massage done by a registered massage therapist. I highly recommend the hair spa treatment here it was amazing! I got so many compliments on my face and hair after I visited this salon. I will continue coming here for all future services, and the owner Renu is amazing, her and her staff are such sweet ladies!

I’m glad they took me in last min to wax my eyebrows but never again. They didnt do a great job at shaping at all, plus she nicked me with the thread as she wasn’t pulling my skin at all which is required when threading. The cut created a scar on my eye and she didn’t apologize or even acknowledge it. I still had to pay full price+tip and she took a call in the middle of the service and made what should’ve been a 5 min thing take 10-15 mins to talk on the phone. They also don’t have a real waxing spaces either you just have to slide down the chair and sit on your back, very uncomfortable.

Hi , I just wanted to share my worst experience. I don’t understand I am their regular customer and every time I visit there for threading they just do it very disgusting and no one will like it. They need to find some proper trainer who can train them and teach them about threading. I just go there because this location was close to my house. But I think it was my last visit there. Because they actually disappointed me and ruin my threading shape. They don’t even sanitized their hands before starting threading. They are touching a lot of things and they should keep their hands clean

Honestly the first time I went was fantastic which was why I was excited about coming back but man was I wrong, when I came back to get my eyebrows waxed something quick and simple turned into an almost 20 minute experience which included waxing some of my actual hair from my head off, I’m not sure how a person gets wax in a persons hair while doing their eyebrows as this has never happened in the 10 years I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed and they didn’t even remove the wax from my hair. Honestly I wouldn’t waste your time and I definitely won’t be taking the risk again.

Hello Very Honestly, the BEST Hair service i ever got here. I had smoothing done . I got the best results and service. Morever you feel very comfortable there very happy . I spent around 5 hours with them . It was so nice and i was suprised to the environment , very respectful and loving to each other. The owner is very friendly to everyone i see her with. Very bad and worst experience, I visited first time their for my hair smoothening. Firstly one of the boss lady was embarrassing their own employees while training. She pretends like she is one who knows all. She did my smoothening with poor result and gave me excuse that it is due to harmon change that affects your hair. She burnt my scalp while ironing. And also in front of me she mistakenly put zero machine on one of customer while doing hair cut. Nadine is the one who fixed my hair and did great job.

Went to get my hair cut here & ended up with a bob cut! I told the stylist that I did NOT want a bob but she did it anyway. I was very clear in explaining what i wanted but she did not listen to me & did what she thought would look good. It is uneven with one side longer than the other. She only thinned the ends of my thick hair so now it it puffy & will not lay flat. Came home crying because my hair is too short to be fixed now. I will NEVER let them touch my hair again. Very disappointed in them.

I had the worst hair cut at this place! I left that place with one side extremely longer than the other side. I came home and when i checked, i had to go back to get it fixed. Guess what? She missed one section and , she agreed to fix it. After a few days i went to another hairstylist and she asked me who cut my hair, when i told them, she said you have one side longer than the other. By fixing it and making it even, i ended up 5 inches shorter hair. So mad, DO NOT GO HERE!

I went to get my highlights dome at this salon first time ever. Even though I brought a picture with me of what I wanted, I ended with a total different look. I was completely disappointed. I ended fixing it my self with a color box the same day. Paying more than $100 for something I did not ask for was very shocking. I would never go back again to this salon for this type of service . However, the eye brows job is always amazing. for sure go back to get my eye brows done!

I went here for eyebrow threading, I specifically said I’m growing my brows I just want a clean up, and they took half my eyebrows off. I’ve been growing them for over three years I’m so upset. I never ever write reviews but I’m so angry about this, I even called back and said something and they said no it was just a clean up but I can see the tan line under my eyebrows where half my eyebrows were taken off. Very upset and very disappointed

I love Renu! She's a great person. When coming back from BC no one knew what threading was nvm how to do it (properly). I've had my eye brown taken off to thin lines when I went to the Magic Room. Then found Renu, super cautious I told her what I wanted and how. But she knew. Still cautious.. but I trusted her. And still do. She is the only person I let touch my eye brows (and her right hand, I forgot her name ) but they are both good.

Needed a haircut and accidentally came across this salon and wow the best haircut I have ever gotten in my life. My hair dresser was Nadeem and he is a true professional. I will never go to another hairdresser again, the bar has been set so high. The whole staff is so kind and made me feel welcome and were excited for me because I keep gushing about how much I loved my cut.

I have been previously for eyebrow threading and they were amazing. Today I went for the head spa, eyebrow and lash tint, they did not disappoint! The head spa included shampoo, hair mask and a delightful massage that was much longer than I expected. The entire experience lasted around 90 minutes and I left feeling wonderful. Nadeem did my hair cut. He is excellent. Keep it up. However, I am disappointed with one lady who did the eyebrows for my wife and sister and was so painful and today she did wax and she did not clean it properly and wax was on the jackets phones etc. She is always in hurry. Dont know why. My sister's hand was bleeding a little. Dont want to mention her name.

The ladies were extremely friendly, professional, they did my daughter's hair after not having been to a salon in 2 years, and we can not say enough good things!! First time coming here for my eyebrows. My partner recommended I go here and I was reluctant at first due to wanting to be loyal to my previous eyebrow lady. I believe it was the owner who threaded my brows today and she did such an amazing job and was super quick. I’ll deffinetly be back. Also $7.50 is very cheap for the quality and level service.

I went for eyebrow threading and I love love love my eyebrows!!!! They did an amazing job. The shape is perfect! The price was fantastic as well!! Very reasonable. I do wish they didn't do it right in the open though. I felt like hair removal is a private thing. The person next to me getting their hair cut was watching and it felt uncomfortable.

A friend of mine recommended Re-Nu Hair Salon and Spa as an option for one of my best friends' bridal spa treatment place to check out. I must say, we were impressed with the work they did, treatment of customers, and we felt so refreshed, relaxed, and good. I definitely recommend it, and we will be going back from now on :)

I have done laser hair removal at many places and currently doing mine at Re Nu Salon. I have to say that they took care of me very professionally. I could see the difference from the first session itself. The best thing about it is that they don't shave the area. I will continue to do my sessions here. Great job you guys!

The team here is great. I've been going here for hair removal for almost 8 years. So glad they now have Laser! Painless and quick it lasts a really long time. After your initial couple of treatments, get it done once in late June and you are good for the summer.I'm never going back to waxing.

I have been getting my brows threaded at Re-nu (formerly Richard's) for at least 15 years. They consistently do a great job. Appointments are flexible and the price is right. I tried Brows by G and I could not believe what I had to pay! And Renu and her team do a better job!

The place is good. Price’s are also amazing. Sandy was amazing at her job. The only complain is please don’t ask to many personal question. I understand engagement is necessary but asking but personal life is not. Apart from that everything was just awesome.
