December 9, 2020- again only waited 5 mins for meds after seeing doctor. Direct billing for Greenshield and Blue Cross worked great. All staff wearing masks properly and handwashing stations in multiple locations available. Best service in the lower mainland. Why go anywhere else when you can go here for prescriptions and you can help others on need. It makes sense and all their staff are client centered, empowering, non judgmental, empathetic and go the extra mile for their client including better delivery options that are free with the friendliest drivers. Superior customer service. I love this place because it is located within REACH centre and completes the one-stop-shop model of care which is what every community needs. They accept everyone and help everyone in times of need too. Their empathy and compassion for their clients is impossible to miss. if they say they'll deliver it on friday it'll arrive on thursday when you aren't home, even if the techs write FRIDAY in big printed letters on the bag, the delivery guy just does whatever he wants and blames you if you aren't home when HE feels like delivering. allergic to a medication? they'll remember that for a while and then forget. oopsie.

I would give them 100 if I could. First time here, staff did everything in their power to make sure I left with information I needed and educated me bout my health plan too. Hands down, best pharmacy I've ever been to, and by far the best part of the Reach centre. They are helpful, compassionate, kind, competent, and go above and beyond to make sure folks get their needs met. I really appreciate all the fantastic work they do.
