This vet recommended following diet for my dog 1.Quinoa(high pottasium and phosphorus) 2. Sweet potato(high pottasium) 3. Banana(high pottasium) All the above foods are high in elements dangerous for kidney patients and should be avoided My dog was earlier on a renal diet and was managing cretanin level of about 4. On recommendation of this vet, we replaced his previous food with the above and within a short time my dog's creatinine level reached 10. He died yesterday. EDIT AFTER REPLY - You agree that you recommended the above diet i.e. sweet potato, banana etc. Now anyone can search even on internet that banana, sweet potato are not for kidney patients. And i came to you not because i was unhappy with the previous diet. I came to you because your website mentions that you provide dialysis for kidney patients and which was not available with my previous vet. You did not recommend dialysis but replaced the diet. The problem was not only limited to that. Your blood test report despite being more costly was also late. Instead of sending it immediately to lab, you kept it in fridge. In other places we got the blood report same day. The assistant who provided liquid therapy was also not trained. After multiple attempts she would be able to inject the needle. And when we wanted your support in emergency on phone, you hardly picked up the call.

I had an horrible experience with petexotica. They just kept on charging us for replacing diet, almost every week. And gave us false hope that our pet will survive without dialysis. My pet died hungry in that terminal condition of CKD. They don’t know the treatment well. And most important the doctor does not put her veterinary council registration number in her prescription. This made us wonder that whether she is even a doctor or not. Because pet exotica’s official site portraits her as acupuncturist not as an doctor. There are no fixed rates for procedures also. They will suddenly increase whenever they feel like. Only plus point here is dialysis , which is done by a technician . And usually pets don’t survive after one or two sessions. I know it’s hard for pet parents to find a vet hospital which offers dialysis. But this place is definitely not the one where you would want your pet to spend his last days. They just make money using your emotional state.

This place is not at all good for the people. My dog stay there for 4 days and he is no more. They were giving him the NS bottle daily which means (normal namak ka pani) and when I have visited my dog they were only one person was there when I asked where is the dr they said she doesnot come after 4 where in they were sending us the video at 9 pm. They were shocked to see us and said u were supposed to come tomorrow. My dog was lying on the floor and they were sending me the videos of carpets. They will also die like my dogs he was in horrible main I can still feel his pain and he was crying for the whole night bcoz the place from where they were giving him the slimewater that place was infected and kidneys has stopped work. Don’t send ur dog here there are other Centers which are actually good... we have been sent through some dr who was taking the commission. My dog was the only dog there and others were stray dogs.

Aden came into our life in 2009. Now when I look back all those years he spent with us it always brings a smile. This year he started having intractable vomitings. He was given injectables antiemetics antibiotics etc etc till he was diagnosed to have end stage renal disease. Desperate to save his life I searched Google and came across these guys. I spoke to Dr Aman and and next morning 3 am me and aden were off to Delhi from Jalandhar . After so many days of suffering I could see him delighted he always loved long drives We reached Delhi and Dr Aman helped us through the diagnostic process He had renal failure a tumour in abdomen and pancreatitis. I knew that moment he is gonna leave us soon. But all thanks to Dr Aman and team I am at peace with myself and got that one last long drive with Aden. I would highly recommend this place to pet lovers

They are nothing but a scam. We lost our Bruce, the very next day we stopped his dialysis. That Amanpreet is a scam that goes by the the position of a vet but she actually isn't a doctor, and we wrr misinformed that she is a vet. So many times we addressed her as doc and vet, and not even once we were corrected. People will just make money out of their greed and won't even understand what the parent of that kid goes through. We gave a hefty amount and at the end we were left with nothing. My father cries everyday thinking about him and I we are so helpless we couldn't help him at all. I wish a signle person or single vet could have told us the truth or have him proper treatment, he would still be with us. i hope karma gets to them who did anything wroyto us, you all will rott in hell.

Never take your pet there!! I will never recommend anyone for this place. Firstly they don’t know anything about the problem my dog was going through. My dog was suffering with the kidney issues with the high value of creatinine and the day I visited she has done the tests again for my dog in which she changed the values to make me believe that she can treat my dog well how can someone do this and i don’t understand which consultancy take 4500 rupees fees in one time. And then a bill of 6500 in total. that too in a personal account of her helper. Knowing the other people emotions for their dog they will keep on charging you anything. Today my dog is no more with me but this doctor is a big big fraud. WaheGuru sab vekh reya hai tere karam kahi jagah ni labni tennu.

Highly overpriced the lady took wrong advantage of our predicament situation.i just went there for an injection to be given to my CKD affected rottweiler so being on safer side I bought the injection from chemist store . .Due to Diwali we did not find any clinic opened . .they used our injection and spoke to us for 5 mjns or so and gave a bill of 2500 for a consultancy that was not even a consultancy ,..just normal talks atleast they shud inform u the pricing n consulting charges first ......if u are planning to go there ,first ask them the price for everything ... .becaUse I felt deeply cheated.. .. .. better u avoid this place and head towards Dr Ranas clinic near South ex .

My dog was treated repeatedly with antibiotics by the many vets i consulted over the past two years. Eventually her kidneys started malfunctioning. I was flushing her at home monitoring her but her creatinine levels were not coming down. I contacted Dr Aman who asked me to throw away all the medicines and started her on a radical diet I was incredulous initially but as we progressed into the second week we noticed that our dog was more energetic, hungrier active. Six weeks of the diet we ran blood and urine test and she has improved dramatically on all the parameters. If your dog has kidney issues this is the go to clinic.

A place with a big heart and a warm environment. The best is they treat even street dogs or dogs without owners/volunteers with the same care and love as pets. Keep doing the food job guys!! She not only drives the mission and vision of Renal pet care with utmost sincerity and dedication but also tries her best to stretch herself if need be. I've seen her sleeping next to my baby just so she can be there when in critical condition. Hats off to the level of service they provide. I took my pet to this exotica. They charged 200rs as fee + 3500(vaccination) and vaccine my dog with cheapest injection. They took high price but vaccine very cheap lowest price vaccine medicine were used .they will activate your pack for a year and then give you due vaccine date after expiring pack. And after that will ask for extra payment.they will ask you not to vaccine for parvo it will hurt . But actually my baby got parvo at the age of 9 month only. PLEASE GO TO GOVT. My dog John (a rescued Labrador) had almost no blood, severe infection and almost no life when we came here. Chances of survival by multiple other doctors was at 1%, I googled a dialysis center and found Stellar. We went there, the doctor (Ms. Kaur) was there with us entire day, she did a transfusion and couple of dialysis sessions and closely monitored the diet. I'm thankful to say that the dog has started eating on its own, wagging his tail, walking and running as well. Truly a life savior.

We managed to give her three wonderful years of good quality life. I went there for my dog’s vaccination The staff shows me and my dog personalized care and attention. They are very kind and thoughtful, and really, TRULY seem to love their jobs. I feel very comfortable bringing my dog there, and he LOVES the attention he gets. Thanks to Renal pet care and the staff.. Also the doctor, she is very kind and experienced i had a great experience with her the way she made me feel comfortable was amazing.

Ive been dealing with Aman at the clinic for more than a year now She’s extremely prompt with her replies and goes out of her to recommend suitable nutrition , supplements for my dogs. We also use the clinic for grooming services , where they send someone to pick the dogs up and drop them back in a few hours Aman has successfully managed to fill the Gap we have for pet services in the Indian market

I personally aways have good experience with them. They are kind and helpful not only to my own pet but to street dogs too which i sometimes take to them for emergency services. Have paid only cost for street dog treatment unlike many other clinics who have standard rates. Really proves their intent.good for boarding too. My lab slurry loves staying there. Someone recommended stellar pets to us when we had to travel for four days. It was our first attempt at leaving brownie without a home. But it was really heartfelt how brownie was kept in such good hands and care. We were sent videos, regular updates on his well being. I promise to only leave my brownie with them. I had a nice experience with them. They took care of my dog as their own. They are good with diagnosting the real problem of tge patient wich obviously requires some tests. Probably that why they are considered expensive but let's face it. If problem of my pet is not diagnosed he is surely left to be treatment wrongly

Excellent treatment for kidney failure cases.max vet east of kailash lost all hopes for our pet labrador 6 yrs age but renial pet care was life savior for him.he survived and @ home.good treatment @ renial pet care.we are thankful to every staff out there.
