As a frequent at the Inderawasih branch, this is quite the unpleasant experience. 1. There is a number generating machine by the door but when you go in and press, the staff tells you “not to do whatever you please and tell them what you’re here for instead”. The attitude was not rude but it was quite condescending. 2. Came for a quick withdrawal. Number was called in 10mins, but ended up waiting for OVER 45mins. Know that the form was filled beforehand and with that, my IC & form is at their possession this whole wait. If you’re not ready yet don’t call my number. Very frustrating to wait there forever. The only good is the location being at a convenient spot and the staffs are not intentionally rude. Lots to improve at this branch. Both Kulim & Inderawasih branch only took about 15min-20min+/- after number was called for the whole process to be done, that’s with filling in the form at the counter then and there.
