First of all, this is not naturals anymore. Do not get confused. Their collaboration with naturals was ended. Now coming to my experience, 1. I had booked a facial and pedicure appointment over phone. While booking, I even asked that am I talking to Naturals parlour, the owner (lady) did say that " yes, what services you want?"Only once I reached over there at the reception, I was asking various queries about service and told I was a regular customer in naturals Bangalore, then she told that they are no longer with naturals but the staff were same and all story. 2. I gave them a chance and did my facial. Shivani did my facial, experience were nice during facial. Since I had a sensitive skin, I was worried after the facial when I saw my nose cheeks were having red bumps. I got anxious and asked her. Since the service were done, she was behaving rude to me. 3. Coming to the pedicure service. It is worst, the owner lady recommended me a pedicure which was costly but the service were so so poor. My toe got cut while cutting nails, the pedicure girl was trying to cover it up with cream, I could see bloods. She wasted the product, and hardly used 5% for my pedicure. Overall experience was terrible. Will not return. They are just behind doing de-tan services and try to snatch more money from it. It is not Naturals, don't get trapped by finding only from Google. Thanks.

While most of the services provided were excellent, I had a disappointing experience with the manicure service. Let's start with the positives. The salon ambiance was inviting, and the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. The hairstyling and facial services I received were top-notch. The hairstylist understood my preferences and gave me a fabulous haircut, while the facial left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. However, my experience with the manicure was far from satisfactory. The nail technician applied an old, sticky nail polish that didn't deliver the professional finish I expected. It was disappointing to see the lack of attention to detail, especially considering the quality of other services provided at the salon. Despite this hiccup, the staff remained courteous throughout the visit, and the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the salon were commendable.

I been there for global hair color and highlights.. I asked for the lighter brown tone, even after telling many times the color I got was too dark. Still paid the full amount. They asked me to come for redo/correction. During my second visit, they told me that they cannot give both service and asked me to pay for global color. Which I did again. don't know what color or technique they use.. global color didn't come as shade card they shown.. highlights are so bold on crown and back looks plain. Hair cut is not good. I spend over 10k on my hair and still it looks like it is done from some sasta salon. I trusted the brand name 'Naturals' but I feel that professionals are not experienced enough. Whole team is friendly and soft spoken still I would not recommend it for hair service. Not satisfactory.

My first experience was in this salon which has been very bad( bad is such a small word for me). Today I had a meeting and I had to shave. This pathetic store was near to my meeting destination, So I moved here and it was the biggest mistake of my life.There was a barber name( Veer) who shaved me and while shaving my face, he cut almost 10 places. There was blood on my face all over. I will not recommend this place to anyone and what happened to me can happen to anyone.Today those wounds of mine are being healed from the whole day. I could not even attend the meeting properly. I had an absolutely wonderful experience. They work with high quality products ; I had an amazing TLC for my bridal treatments and makeover. Rinky is lovely and is very kind. She goes out of the way to help and I felt the team work of the staff is extremely good . I wasn't sure where exactly the parlour is so she actually came to pick me up which was so considerate on her part.Shivani at the parlour was sweet and considerate. All in all a very professional parlour and I highly recommends "the naturals"to everyone !! A special mention for shivani and her catering skills to her clients with utmost priority and professionalism.☺️☺️☺️

Disappointed in so many ways on our first visit..!! unreasonably high prices of several services and confusing price list...half of the staff wasn't present when we went there..so we had to wait for long to get the services.. and then they overcharged us for a simple haircut without even telling us in advance.. Manager is also arrogant and showed disrespect to customers..and we noticed irritated staff member when we asked for service 2 star is given only for the hairstylist Jai who was polite and good.

Why is the number switched off during working hours ? How are we supposed to book an appointment ? Waiting is the last thing that i would want to do. Update - got a call from them afterwards within half an hour, the phone was out of network coverage and therefore was unreachable, so that might happen sometimes. The service was decent and the staff was good. Still waiting for the bill but other than that everything was fine.

Veer,Sameer,Shivani and the captain of this ship Rinki were beyond amazing!! No words to describe this amazing 2 hrs experience. Took extensive care of hair ..each and every treatment of hair spa felt so relaxing. Hair cut was super. I also bought lot of good hair products and will be using them soon. Thank you for your impeccable service. You cannot find this level in India anymore.

I have received very great services from this outlet of Naturals. Mr Jay was the hair artist, and he gave me informative suggestions regarding my hair and skin, very polite and humble. Staff were really admirable. Even receptionist has very soft spoken, and humble. I came here on a suggestion of my relative and surely worth of money and time. 100% recommended.

Amazing Service and very polite and professional staff. They understand your concerns and does more than what you ask for. Very comfortable infrastructure for Hair wash and conditioning. Yash the hair stylist was very kind and invested good amount of time while giving the haircut. I would recommend it to everyone. Monika the other staff member was also very proactive and smiling. She offered me a tissue when my eye lense became foggy. These are small things but matter a lot. The facility was very clean.

Not a good first time experience here.. we went for hair cut there but the hair stylist here was very rude kind of, also I think he lacks skills on giving the hair cut according to customer need.. had huge expectations from naturals as it has some good salons in south of India but this one is total waste of money.
