Doing taxes can be difficult--even if one's situation is fairly straightforward. Mine was the opposite. But Sutha at RNS accounting was extrememly patient in explaining things to me. He took the time to work on my taxes and deduction options with me and really went above and beyond. Plus, he provided me with a very handy spreadsheet to make doing my taxes easier next year. Most importantly, he helped me get an amazing tax return. I was baffled at how good it was. I was expecting to have to pay tens of thousands of dollars. Sutha, you are a lifesaver! The first time I met Sutha he was with this guy named Orville. Orville took 1000$ from me and didn’t do my taxes. When I confronted Sutha he said Orville was bad news and he disappeared with the money. A few moths later I dropped in and I saw Orville at his office! These guys are crooks. He offered to do my taxes for free because of Orville taking my money but After I realized they were getting rookie students to do my taxes I left. They offer really bad service and I wouldn’t even get my accounting done from them if it’s free, that’s how much money I lost using them. I actually had the cra calling me because of these guys. Sutha has no skill as an accountant and depends on other people to do his work. Beware

Extremely poor customer service. Nice to new clients but does not treat existing ones with the respect they deserve. I had an appointment with Sutha and he told me since I didn’t have the documents at hand he could not help me. After let him know I will bring the appropriate documents he refused his service all together. Bad day? I’m not sure, but nobody deserves to be treated and embarrassed like that. I would advise against RNS accounting.

Sutha in a way. Fixed my life up for the better. This dude is excellent at his service and had the patience for my incompetence. He well deserved my 5 stars. I would give more stars if I could.
