Slow lazy service. They have sent me the wrong parts multiple times, they have delayed simple orders by many days, and when I confronted them once I was offered a free glue which I needed, but it wasn't provided, so they lied to me. Their stock is inaccurate, I phoned to get them to update the stock count, it took them many days. I made my order, was offered free parts because the stock wasnt set correctly on the site. After 3 days of delay, I asked when my order would be here, they said Monday. On Tuesday the same guy who offered me the free parts phones me asking me to order the parts they didn't have in stock and and to pay additionally for them. I was told how many to add, and I was told the stock was updated, but once again there wasn't enough stock. My order has been delayed over a week. I would not order from them if I had other options. I've spent over R4000 and have not received good service.

The service was great, but it was difficult to find the place as they had just moved and there were no signs. Once the signs are up, though, I reckon it should be easy enough to find, and they even have parking space for customers.

I caught Charlene on a busy day and she attended to all my queries with ease. I got exceptional service at RSE Electronics and will reverence them to anyone. according to me, they are the best in the business!!!

The shop doesn't mind selling you a R0.05 electronic component, and may just give it. Staff knows their way aroud, and can provide good advise. The area in which this shop is, is becoming a bit schetchy though.

I am very disappointed. Bad service. Staff is so disinterested and not committed to their work. Came home and discovered that I was given wrong staff. Mr x who served me was absolutely incompetent.

Courier cost is the most expensive I experiens, the highest I have from all the online shop dealing with not exceeding R90, But RSE top them all with a whopping R250, compare apples with apples.

Easily located just off the M2 freeway, south of Johannesburg City. Friendly, knowledgeable staff go the extra mile to assist and advise. IMHO, one of the best stockists locally. :)))

Love this place been going here for years. Might not have a lot of parking or a pretty shop front but is still best place to get any electronics. Great service with a masked smile too

Great staff but the electronic parts are all from a generations ago (Stuff I haven't seen in 15 year). If you are into retro or steampunk this is your shop. Otherwise...
