I was very disappointed with my services here. I paid $325 and my vehicle sounds and runs the exact same. Check engine light never came off. How is it that it sound and runs exactly how it did when I brought it? I told him and he said he didn’t need to run it. That he put the machine on it but never showed me the code! I now have to take it to the dealership to get it fixed right! I should of just did that from the beginning. He puts on the website that they fix it right and they care about the customer being happy! That was not the case here he basically told me he would not fix it! This is the sad part why ppl have trust issues with mechanics. I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics! I feel because I’m a women they feel like we don’t anything!!! REALLY DISAPPOINTED

Not gay friendly at all. Went to get my Rouge inspected there but they were at lunch. I waited around the 20 minutes since I was there early. Once they opened I walked up to the gentleman and he asked what I needed and I told him and inspection. He said ok I waited another 15 and then I walked towards the bay where he was and he was washing the bay floors talking to someone else. He turned and looked towards my friend and me just turned around. Didn't say a word to us just totally ignored me. I took my business elsewhere and will never return I will also never recommend this place. Not very friendly business. Not gay friendly forsure.

Had them replace my starter. After it was installed I drove it a few days and it sounded off. Turns out it was the wrong starter installed. They charged me labor AGAIN to install the correct starter! I would never use their service again and would never recommend them to anyone. Update in response: Raul went to the store with me and said the part would work. I'm not a mechanic, he is. He should have heard the sound that I did that it was not a correct fit. He should have given that warning about no guarantee before he saw me pay for the part. Shady business practice. I felt totally ambushed.

Saturday my vehicle was throwing codes, brought it into RZ having never been there. Within first 30 seconds Luis new the exact cause, had it fixed within 90 minutes... including an AC charge. Price was reasonable, timeliness excellent, total experience flawless! Later in afternoon another code appeared, just saw Luis at RZ moments ago. Again, in a short while diagnosed and fixed the problem! Def my new go to place for both my vehicles going forward

Lewis was really helpful and kind! I came in because my car was making a noise (I ran over a curb by accident) and was expecting to leave my car there since I didn’t have an appointment. He immediately knew why the sound was happening and fixed it. I was heading home with my car noise free within 5 minutes. Will definitely be bringing my car back there for any future issues or tune ups. Would highly recommend!

I have taken my car for service a few times now and they provide an excellent service at reasonable/affordable prices. They focus on getting in tip top shape what needs to be fixed...rather than coming up with a long list of other items that need to be fixed/serviced. Thus, they are very honest and considerate to customers. Definetely a business worth coming back to! I highly recommend Raul’s Auto Service.

My Hummer H3 broke down and I got it towed to RZ auto repair. Luis worked on my car he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. After dropping the car off Luis called me and explained everything that was wrong and how much it would cost. I got my car back the same day, when I picked up my car he even showed me where the old part was broken. Great prices I highly recommend them.

Hard to trust any mechanics these days but Luis and crew are genuine honest hardworking guys...multiple times ive been in a bind and just roll up to the shop with needed help or questions and Luis has stopped what he's working on to help and its hard to find customer service like that now in any industry. Please put on your website somewhere that inspections are cash only. I called ahead and no one told me I would need to bring cash in order to get an inspection, and it doesn't say anywhere on the website either. I ended up driving all the way there just to get turned away because I didn't have any cash (and there is no ATM around). Service is fine except for that.

I needed my breaks and rotors replaced badly and after getting ridiculous quotes, for just labor, at other mechanic shops I stumbled upon Raul's place. They were able to get me in the next morning, service was quick and decently priced, both Raul and his wife are very friendly. Will definitely come back again for any other service I may need.

Luis at RZ auto repair is genuine, honest, and thorough. Which is why he is trusted and highly valued in Austin. I brought my car in for a battery and alternator replacement and he was able take it in and get it done with in an hour. He gave me a good price for labor and didn’t try to over price me. I highly recommend RZ auto repair.

Raul and his wife Norah (she works the front office) are the most wonderful people you could ever want to take care of your car needs. They provide genuine one-of-a-kind service. Their prices are more than reasonable. They put their customers first which most of us know is not easy to find. I HIGHLY recommend them .

Just moved to town and all the Main body shops were two weeks out. Dropped my car off to Raul and within 72 hours had it back to perfect. Was very transparent on pricing and issues. Gave me a warranty on labor and the part. Will be using him for all me engine needs in the future. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing and quick service. Raul (OWNER) is excellent with people and not just some A-hole every day mechanic. Most of all, they don't fix what don't need fixing. They changed my oil change and did a electrical diagnostic test. Very happy and will return for my vehicle needs.well be back again .

Raul and his people were super great in helping bring my old truck from hibernation. It had more problems than I was expecting but they worked with me along the way to find out what we could do. The prices were fair and the service was great. I won't go anywhere else!!

I’ve been looking for an honest mechanic, fixed my obd scanner and diagnosed the issues in minutes. Price was definitely fair. Highly recommend and plan on taking my truck to him if I ever need more work done I can’t do.
